Destin did an excellent job. He thoroughly inspected the system, explained what he was seeing, and identified the fresh air damper schedule that was bringing humidity into the house. He also let me know where my refrigerant level was and where it should be. He made sure everything was running correctly before leaving. Very professional, knowledgeable, and honest.

Nick and Scott did an outstanding job from start to finish. Their diagnostic process was thorough and easy to understand — they took the time to explain what was going on instead of just rushing to a solution. The install process was smooth, efficient, and clearly done right the first time. You can tell they take pride in their work and care about doing things correctly. Scheduled appointment for ac/furnace tune up and cleaning. Ability to schedule appointment online was a major plus. Destin with Apollo air was amazing. He was very professional, polite, and ensured I understood all the work he was completing. He provided pictures of all the work and made recommendations of things that are not immediately necessary but May want to consider for the future. Truly good service, ended up signing up for thier annual service plan based on the first visit, will recommend to have Destin come out again.

After years of trying to find reputable and affordable Heating & Cooling companies, I noticed Apollo’s ad in our church bulletin. We have found a plumber and a lawyer that way so I called and actually spoke with the owner, Gabriel Garcia. We set up a monthly payment plan for a twice-yearly duct cleaning and check up. We scheduled the inspection and found that one of our units needed a replacement. Gabriel and another technician came out, performed the inspection and explained our options. They called companies to try to find parts and found that there was a 2-3 month waiting time. After much discussion, we decided to replace the unit. Everything is so expensive now; however, we were able to get a new, larger unit for less than we paid for a smaller unit a few years ago. His technicians actually came in on a Saturday and installed the new unit.
Everyone is so polite, respectful and professional. I will not hesitate to continue to work with Apollo from now on. Apollo is a family owned business and not one that has been taken over by larger corporations. Many local companies have been bought out by the bigger corporations. Their reputations have suffered as a result. I prefer smaller, independent businesses that still treat their customers with respect.

I have a home warranty and the coordination between them and the HVAC companies have always been a massive headache. Me and my family have been left sweating for weeks. I skipped them and went to Apollo Air and Nathan came out the same day. They waived a service fee for me and I paid 130 bucks for the work to clear my drain lines. Thats only 40 bucks more than the warranty rate and and it was fixed immediately! Ill be going to Apollo Air again and recommend them. Thanks again for your expertise and professionalism Nathan!

The office customer service was impressive, the actual completion of work was completed on time. The plumber was very informative, professional and knowledgeable.

Today Nick and Scott finished installing a new water heater

They came yesterday to give us a free diagnosis. Nick showed us our Top Expansion tank was leaking from our water pressure being too high and hard water. (9 year old water heater and our house has no water pressure value regulator thing).
So Water was pooling at the bottom pan.

We discussed three different options.
Apollo has third party financing which we appreciated.

We have used Goodleap before and like them.
We saw the total price, loan time, and monthly payment.

My mom and I chose the option that works best for us.
Nick was able to answer any questions we had about general plumbing and water heaters very kindly, professionally, and thoroughly. We really appreciated that because we genuinely wanted to know.

His knowledge gave us confidence to go with Apollo and know they would do a good job which they did.
We are very very thankful to Nick and Scott for their professionalism and work.

We recommend this company for educated, kind plumbers, and good customer service.

It looks very neat and nice and did more details like switch out the metal casing on the electric cords to non conductive (rubber), a lever handle for easy yearly drainage, they did the whole shabang and we are happy.

The “package” we chose came with a yearly membership with maintenance goodies and a new smart touchscreen thermostat which was very nice and Nick installed.

Amazing customer service,very professional, easy to schedule. Our AC went out and Jo was amazingly helpful getting us scheduled, then Andres came out to try and repair it, unfortunately we needed a new system, Christian came out the same day and gave us great options, then the next day Ernesto and Jorge came and installed it. From start to finish and in every interaction every was kind, courteous,and professional. Highly recommend!

Nick came by and sold me on their plumbing services which took some coaxing bc I was burned by a contractor on a bathroom remodel job. I could not be more satisfied with his and Scotty's work. These young guys were knowledgeable and efficient! They were punctual and very clean which is big for me. Nick was so genuine, compassionate and professional. We bought a 19 year old home in need of major upgrades. We hired Apollo for 2 Amana ac units and 2 Aprilaire whole house filters. Christian, the project manager spent a long day checking out the systems. Thomas and Christian came the following day for more system checks. Ernesto, Jorge, and Brayon did the installation after all the equipment was staged and ready to go. Kelsey took my initial call and got the ball rolling. Danny showed up toward the end to install the last item. Everyone worked as a team. Each appeared to be highly trained, had great skills, was professional and had excellent communication skills. It was a calm event. We hung out at the house and they worked their magic. They even installed ductwork above the gas cooktop( there was none prior) and vented it outside on the side of the house. We are very pleased with everything they did!!!

I called Apollo Air to do a flush and preventive maintenance on my water heater.
Nick, the technician that came to do the flushing, come to find out that there were some serious issues with the water heater, other than just a flush that were addressed to me by Nick. There were some parts that needed to be replaced.
Nick and his partner Scott were very acknowlegable, efficient, experienced, and respectful and did an excellent job and cleaned up afterwards.
I highly recommend Apollo Air for any maintenance. They're technicians are excellent.
I am a very happy customer and glad to be in the family.

Highly recommend this company! They fixed our water heater, resolved our water pressure issues, and replaced everything properly. On top of that, they went above and beyond by fixing things that were backwards and addressing issues they didn’t even have to touch. They were very kind, honest, and professional the entire time. Amazing service and quality work. We’re very grateful! Especially thank you to SCOTTIE AND NICK, they included a smart thermostat and we also went with a yearly membership!!

It is always a great experience with Gabe and his team. He was on time for our appointment and completed maintenance in a timely manner. I’ve been having an issue with certain rooms getting too hot and he gave me recommendations and options with no high pressure sales. Overall very happy with this service and will continue to use them for years to come.

Gabe and his guys took pride in their workmanship, and they did the job for significantly cheaper than two other quotes I received.

Gabe and his technicians did a great job repairing my AC unit. The original company I called said I had to replace my whole system (evaporator, condenser, and furnace) for a refrigerant leak. They were very pushy in trying get me to replace it all with them. I called Gabe, and he immediately found the leak, and was able to get it fixed for half the price of the other company. Not only that, but he noticed a couple things that were installed improperly during the original furnace install, and he fixed those things too.

Our family has had the pleasure of doing business with Gabe's Priority AC Service for many, many years. Gabe and his crew worked diligently to keep our original (25 year old) AC unit up and running faithfully until one hot July day about 10 years ago when it finally blew it's last breath of cold air and needed to be replaced on an emergency basis.

They wanted to make my pregnant niece (who was staying with us at the time) as comfortable as possible so they even brought us some portable AC units to help cool down the house until they could complete the job. Now that was OUTSTANDING service then and they continue to provide our family with outstanding service time and time again.

Today two members of Gabe's crew (Urban and Roman) did an excellent job on an Evaporator and Blower Wheel Pull and Clean for us. They were prompt, friendly, courteous and highly knowledgeable of the entire process. Now we are ready for the cold snap that will be with us for a few days and for our hot Texas summer which is right around the corner.

With Gabe and his crew's continued expert service, I expect our AC to be cooling us down for many hot summers to come.

BTW: Gabe offers a great 3 year Maintenance Service Plan that is well worth the price! On this plan, our AC unit will be serviced and maintained regularly throughout the 3 year period and you even get discounts on other services that are outside of the coverage of the plan. Gabe will work with you! Ask him about their 3 year Maintenance Service Plan.
