Great customer service great communicator. I didn’t feel pressured. He explained everything to me in simple terms, so overall, I was very happy with the outcome.

What a great experience with this team of technicians — Bryant, Ernesto, Thomas, and one additional tech whose name we unfortunately didn’t catch. From start to finish, they were professional, efficient, and respectful of our home.

They completed a full installation in just 6 hours, which was impressive, and they made sure to clean up everything before leaving. After only 4 hours, our system had already reached and maintained our desired temperature, just as promised. The unit is also as quiet as they said it would be, which is a huge plus.

Now it’s just a matter of monitoring the system over time, but so far we couldn’t be more pleased. Big thanks to the entire Apollo Air team for a job well done!

I Called Apollo A/C because of reviews I read on Next Door and Angies List. I just needed a check up to make sure it was ready for the winter. My technician was Tom Mullinax. He went above and beyond because he took the time to educate me! I had bought the wrong a/c filters and he showed me what to order. The company SENT me pictures of everything!! Before Mr. Mulligan arrived, the company sent me his picture and a short biography including his experience. The communication was great with multiple texts so no surprises. They do both a/c and plumbing so that is a win. Another win is they are open 7 days. I feel very good about this company.

Got us a next day appt. Big plus. Let us know when we were on the way. Huge plus (we have dogs). Both gentlemen were polite, easy going. I appreciate the honesty they brought. Im a straight forward tell it like it is person, and they were the same. We have a plan set up for what will need to be done next. Overall a great experience.

Apollo air was wonderful!! My landlord contacted them to check why the water pressure was diminishing on the 2nd floor of our home. They checked the pressure and water hardness and kept him informed of everything they found. They were able to have an addtl appoint same day to remove the buildup in the tankless water system. It didn't take but maybe 1 1/2 hours to complete the cleaning and now we have awesome water pressure!!! Nick and Scott were amazing technicians, they answered all my questions, handled concerns, and were very professional! Any problems in the future and I will definitely be calling them! We called on a Sunday because our heater went out during a freeze and they were able to come out the same day. This is a locally owned company and you can tell they care about their customers. They were very up-front and honest, and their prices are very fair.

They went over our options with us that day and we decided on replacing the unit. They were able to come out the very next day (Monday) and replace our system. The install went a little into Tuesday. I would highly recommend this company and we will be using them for our hvac needs in the future.

Amazing service and very quick response to my issues. They were even able to come out and fix it at a time requested due to me working nightshift.

What was done?

Complete duct and vent replacement.

New filter location with bracket installation and sealing.

Redoing furnace wiring, as the original installer failed to install up to code.

They were able to work with me on financing and itemized the cost of every service that was needed while talking about the triage of it all.

We received great service and feedback from our Apollo Service Technician, Nic James. Things started with a message from the office that Nic was on his way and he arrived shortly after that. He ask about our system and what we needed. After a short survey of our unit; he researched the questions we had and then got started on our repairs. He completed the job and showed me the problem that was solved. He continued to answer all of the questions that I had. All of the employees of Apollo Air are extremely knowledgeable and very friendly. This is a excellent company to deal with!

Nick and Scott were professional and efficient in their work! A free diagnostic made the issue clear, and the work was done quick and clean in about an hour for a whole wax seal reset for our toilet. I’ll definitely use their services in the future should anything else come up. We also appreciated the shoe covers! Nice touch to the clean work.

Amazing work and expertise! Destin came out for system maintenance on our heating and cooling system. Super friendly, very knowledgeable and efficient. He took the time to explain each test, meaning and how the system looked overall. Great experience and hands down my go to for future needs.

I lost power to my HVAC unit and scheduled an appointment in the morning and Matthew was able to make it out by 11am on the same day. He gave me various options to choose from so I was able to select one that fit my budget. As much as I need and would love a new unit, I have some other priorities at the moment. I got the system cleaned out and working again with a maintenance plan to hopefully keep it running longer. I appreciate Matthew's quality customer service.
