Jacob/technician was on time for appointment. He was professional and took the time to walk me through the results of his analysis & recommendations. (He was nice to my curious Yorkie pups too). I was impressed Jacob was able to forward me the 8-10 photos he captured of the indoor & outdoor equipment evaluated. I highly recommend Eagle.

Raymond came to do my spring maintenance on my units. What a polite and professional young man. Why did I wait so long to get good service, I should’ve called Eagle air long ago. Thank you, Raymond Thank you Eagle Air.

I hired Eagle for an A/C tune up and I'm amazed by the amount of care and knowledge my technician gave for the appointment.

Kito was awesome to work with - he arrived as scheduled and sent a message ahead to let me know. He was careful about his equipment and tools in my living space. He was courteous - he made sure to keep his boots covered while inside. He was also great at explaining the process of the tune up and the resulting recommendations!

Overall, I would definitely recommend Eagle for HVAC work - since tune ups are usually potential sales pitches in disguise - but I saw nothing but professionalism and task focus!

They were on time for repair

Nathan was a great technician. He was knowledgeable. Patient with questions and took his time to complete the work. Everything was done extremely well and I felt very comfortable. Nathan’s welcome back in my house anytime.

I went on thumbtack and needed someone that can come and give us a diagnosis with our AC it hadn’t been cooling and it was just struggling. Apollo air reached out super fast and even got Thomas here same day! Thomas took his time, was super professional and even took his time explaining everything that was happening with our AC. He offered different solutions and provided a resolution!! If you don’t know which company to look for, look no further and book with them!

Andres is very knowledgeable, concise in his assessment of my system. He went into my attic and not only took pictures but also explained exactly what he saw and gave me his professional opinion of what he saw and reassured me that my heater was in good shape. Then we went outside to the ac unit. He took the cover (?) off and inspected the coil and the compressor and its various components. Although my system is older, he didn't try to sell me a new one. He is an expert you can trust and I'm especially pleased with his assessment. If you're in need of having to replace your system you should call Apolo Air and request Andres.

I had a great experience with Nick and Scott yesterday that came out right away and fixed a broken sewer pipe for me! Not only did they come out and fix it right away, were professional and cleaned up the area, they charged me less than other ones I received quotes from! I would definitely call them again!

Apollo Air Heating and Cooling came out for my yearly maintenance and I was really impressed. They actually listened, asked good questions, and figured out my issue pretty quickly. I couldn’t get everything fixed in one visit, but they still helped and gave me affordable options for my next steps so my family and I don’t end up freezing this winter. I’ll definitely be calling them again for anything AC related and would recommend them to anyone

Installing an entire new HVAC system is a massive project that is very intimidating to a first time home buyer, like myself. From start to finish, everyone at Apollo Air was super professional and transparent. The entire team worked seamlessly together that made the time go by very fast, with no hiccups, and took care of our family(not having a/c in the summer with an 8 month old can be daunting). Apollo Air is a FANTASTIC company to hire if anyone is needing HVAC maintenance or installation.

Andres was an incredible and personable technician! He answered all of my questions, installed high quality parts and got our air conditioning back up in no time. Great service! Parts were pricey but made in America and solid.

Nic was able to repair my heating unit very quickly but was able to come out quickly on the weekend to determine the issue and order the necessary part. He did a great job and would highly recommend!

My experience from start to finish was easy and excellent. Love being able to schedule an appointment for services online. Lots of appointment times were available within a day or two. Thomas M. really went above and beyond to get my AC unit cleaned out, and taught me a lot about my system and how to keep it up to date. His recommendations were all thoroughly explained, and he gave me honest feedback about potential outcomes for my unit depending on which repairs I chose to go ahead with. He patiently explained things so I had a good understanding of what I needed and what I would be paying for. Danny J. came out the next day to install a larger vent and replace some parts. He was just as wonderful and thorough, and equally patient with his explanations about the work. All in all it was a great experience with two awesome technicians, and reasonable prices for quality work.

Updating my review since I can’t review more than once: 3 individuals were amazing to work with. First and foremost, Andres remembered my dog and wanted her to be out and about with him while he was working. My dog can be a bit of personal space intruder but he welcomed it and handled her high energy with enthusiasm. Now onto the repair work, Andres from the HVAC side came out to perform my 6 month service and found a large crack in my drain pan. It was repaired the next day by a couple of installation techs that unfortunately I cannot remember the names of. They were professional, organized and clean, and the work was completed quick and efficiently. Nick and Scott came out to help me with a plumbing issue, little did I know that would lead to a complete replacement of my water heater. Nick and Scott were also professional, cleaned up their work area, and work quick and efficiently. I can’t say enough about Apollo Air and Plumbing and I can’t recommend them enough.

Andres inspected my AC system and provided great recommendations regarding maintenance and future expectations. He was patient in answering my questions, avoiding the technical jargon. And he provided great pricing on their membership and benefits included.

Our home furnace went out in below-freezing weather. Gabriel came out on short notice and got our furnace working again. He was considerate, professional, patient and thorough. He explained a number of options available to us to fix the problems he found, and he did not try to upsell us. We are grateful to be warm again.
