One of the vents in our house got loose and almost fell down. We had the vents cleaned out 2-3weeks ago , and at my age 74 it’s very difficult to do what needed to be done. The Technician did a beautiful job and put the vent back. Thank You.

Carlos was very professional and very knowledgeable about what he was doing. Explained things to me so I understood the what and the why. They have earned a customers respect and we will continue to reach out to them!

This company has been a pleasure to work with. I’d been loyal to another “big name”. HVAC company that got bought out and kept the name. I was hesitant to try another company but when my AC got near the end of its life, I decided to get a second opinion and was referred to Yeti by a family member. I spent a lot of money on replacing my unit, but felt the salesperson and install team were very professional and explained things with plenty of photos. I had several options to choose from and addressed my concerns and tons of questions. They also have a generous referral program that got me and my referrer a pretty good check. They also did all the paperwork so I could get a CPS rebate as well, and to top it off I got a nice fun and yummy surprise after my install was complete. Would gladly and highly recommend the company to anyone needing their services!

Macio serviced our hvac unit at our home and it was a wonderful experience! He educated me on the unit and provided information to help ensure it continues to perform at its best. I look forward to using them for our hvac needs. (Not too soon of course!)

Carlos from Yeti was extremely polite and thorough. I have never seen another company do as much as he has on performing an inspection and cleaning. He had made sure the units are running as efficiently as they can and has advised the next plan of action based on importance to do. I appreciate everything that he has done and hope to have him come out soon to perform what he has advised.

Our technician was wonderful! He went above and beyond locating a gas leak to our water heater. Many would not have bothered with issues not related to their particular service but this care and attention to detail supported our family's health and well-being and that means everything! Not sure what happening as I have used them for 2-3 years but the most recent tech game out and gave me a whole laundry list of things that needed to be done that no one had ever mentioned at my regular 6 month check ups. Hired some body else to come confirm if that work needed to be done and he told me it was all fine and showed me proof it was not needed. Not sure if the company is selling out, told a new tech to do what he could to make a sale, or what. I work hard for my money but was okay paying for a monthly membership fee as they always seemed honest and the pricing fair, but canceling my membership as I they seem to no longer be honest.

This is an update to the 5 stars I originally gave and I continue to give! Mike is so awesome. He works hard and always goes the extra mile. He takes the time to explain everything. Mike always provides us with options. We moved here from Austin a couple of years ago into a house with multiple units that was built in 1976. Mike has done so much to keep our units going and in good shape. One unit required replacing which wasn’t cheap, but replacing an HVAC never will be cheap. The new unit has been excellent! It’s so quiet and efficient. We have seen a drop on our electricity bill since new unit was installed. The blown in insulation they installed has helped with energy costs as well. Mike and the Heavenly Air crew are reliable, trustworthy, and it’s a pleasure to work with them. I highly recommend Heavenly Air. I will be using them again and again!

I highly recommend this air conditioning company! Their service was prompt, technicians were professional, and the quality of their work exceeded my expectations. I called early am and Mr. Tomorrow was at my house the same day with equipment necessary to complete our job. Such peace of mind with the price we paid as wall.
