Jacob was very professional and knowledgeable. He loves what he do and take pride into making sure his customer is pleased and happy. He was very informative and let me know what I need to do to keep my ac unit running. Too bad I was only able to give him 5 stars.

My technician, Kito, was great. He was on time, knowledgeable and really focused on the details. He provided a quote for a replacement condenser and was honest with me about what my options were. I love that Eagle is a truly local company and their price was competitive with the larger companies.

Eagle Heating & AC does excellent work. We were having problems with our furnace not heating and they came out in the time scheduled, checked the entire system and found the issues. They explained what they had found went over our options made a plan to fix the problem. David, Raymond and the other technicians kept us informed of everything they were doing during the repairs and got the entire system working again which was great since freezing weather was coming to the area. If you are having problems with your ac or furnace I recommend you call Eagle I’m sure they will be able to help you.

After turning off my AC breaker for routine cleaning and turning it back on, the breaker kept tripping. The technician quickly identified the issue—a broken furnace breaker—and replaced it. The AC turned on immediately after the repair. He also did a very thorough inspection of the entire system and explained everything very well. There was no upselling or pressure to fix the other issues right away, which I really appreciated. The pricing for the breaker replacement seemed average, though not necessarily competitive in my opinion. Overall, a very positive experience.

It was quick and very nice. Technician explained really well. Luckily he had all parts what I needed. Happy to recommend this place.

The technician was very courteous and did a thorough check of my system. He quoted prices for repair, and new replacement unit. I advised him that I needed to think about it because I was surprised that my prior maintenance company had not mentioned that particular problem. They had also installed a new unit in 2013, and three years installed a part that manages the (flow of oil). They mentioned nothing about it to me. The costs at this point are very high and I realize that the system might need to be replaced, but I was surprised at how much units cost now. Thank you for your service.

Customer had no heating during recent cold spell. Called Eagle Heating in the morning and they were out there by noon. Quickly diagnosed problem and made necessary repairs. Very competitive pricing for an emergency call! Technicians were courteous and knowledgeable. Will call them again!

Techs; David and Raymond were most professional. Friendly and knowledgeable with appropriate attire and tools. The close out report by Raymond was very detailed and most of the info I forgot by the time they left. It seemed to me that he was trying to sell me new units, aside from that it was a great service call.

My ac system was acting up and not engaging at all. It wasn’t cooling either and was leaking everywhere. We made a phone call to Eagle heating and ac, and they dispatched Kito to my home. He was very respectful and explained everything we asked him in complete detail. He fixed our diagnosed our problem in less than 5 minutes and fixed it within an hour. This was a free tune up I got with CPS. Eagle was very thorough and stayed for around 2 hours. I was very impressed and will use them again.

Our technician Jacob was punctual, polite, and professional. He did a very thorough job on our AC checkup, cleaned our outdoor condenser, and was also happy to answer any questions I had. He gave me a short list of recommendations but wasn’t pushy. I’m very happy with the service we received!
