Very professional and thorough. Junior Gonzalez was very knowledgeable and provided the explanations that I needed to feel secure. I called for a simple Water heater flush. However, because of the great questions Mr. Gonzalez was asking me, turned out I needed a Pressure reducing valve (at a great price also with warranty on parts and labor) and it made such a difference in my home. My wife is so happy with the water pressure now. Our home is only 5 years old and we have been dealing with low water pressure for 2 years at least. I recommend Goettl, very transparent and I love it.

Peter and Billy were here today. Just want to let u know how kind and respectful they were. I am a Goettl member and this was my yearly check up. They didnt have an easy job but they stuck with it and mission was accomplished. 2 yrs ago we went with another well known company. We were so disappointed. We had an outstanding experience with Goettl Air Conditioning and Plumbing. Jonathan came out for our AC issue and did a thorough diagnostic, taking the time to really figure out what was wrong instead of rushing through it. He identified the problem and had it fixed the same day. We had previously called another company that spent a week going back and forth with unnecessary bids, only for us to learn the first tech never did a full diagnostic. Jonathan’s professionalism and attention to detail were a breath of fresh air.

Around that same time our water heater went out. Junior came out the same day for an emergency visit. We had to order a part and, unfortunately, the manufacturer took a long time to ship it due to severe weather in the northern states. Throughout the wait, Robert from customer service kept us informed and updated every step of the way. As soon as the part arrived, they sent Junior out at 5pm and he had our hot water running that evening. They easily could have pushed us to the next day given their workload, but instead they made us a priority after we’d already gone so long without hot water.

We are incredibly grateful to the entire team. This level of service, communication, and follow-through is rare. We will absolutely be customers for life. Thank you to everyone at Goettl!

Andrew, the technician, assisted me with my dad’s plumbing and was incredibly thorough. He assessed the problem and walked me through every step of the fix. I really appreciated how transparent he was—he stayed in constant communication with his supervisor and even let me listen in on the process so I knew exactly what was happening. They were quick, efficient, worked with us on the pricing, and followed up afterward to make sure everything was still perfect. Truthfully a great experience. I recently bought a house and my dishwasher was not connected to the drain. Juan came and looked at my set up and found a great way to get this fixed. Joseph worked with him to give me the best quotes available for my work. Definitely would recommend.

Jr did a great job servicing our plumbing needs! He was very informative didn’t over push selling us service but at the same time gave us wise information on preventive maintenance, which we will do in the future. He was very nice and mindful of taking care of our house when coming in and out. I don’t think there’s any other company I will go with going forward for Plumbing and HVAC needs.

We recently had a full HVAC system replacement completed, and the entire experience was excellent from start to finish. Eddie Sanchez Olguin and Rafael Alfonso were professional, knowledgeable, and respectful of our home and pets. They arrived on time, walked us through the installation plan, and explained everything clearly.

They worked efficiently throughout the day, kept us updated during the process, and made sure the system was properly tested before finishing. They also kept the area clean and made sure everything was running perfectly before leaving.

I can’t give enough praise or a good enough review for my technician Jehad! He was extremely professional, informative, and just an all around nice guy. He took the time to explain everything to me, and break it down so I would understand. He went above and beyond to ensure that my issue was resolved and that I had the peace of mind I was looking for before leaving. He will be my go to technician for any other issues I may run into in the future, and would recommend him to anyone needing an AC technician in their future as well!

Setup my appointment at 9:30pm on a Sunday, when our water heater stopped working. They called me the next morning to confirm. They called back a couple hours later to let me know that they had an opening in their schedule and they could send someone earlier. They were there within 30mins. They assessed the situation and recommended that we replace the water heater, which I knew would be the case as it was leaking out the casing. They presented several options from about $3k-$15k installed. We chose to go in the middle. Another technician picked up the parts that they needed and showed up to replace the water heater. It took him a while, but he was professional and and cleaned the area so well, that you couldn't tell he even did anything, except that the water heater was shiny and new.

No one wants to deal with a freak water heater replacement, but if you have to it should be as easy as possible. I think Goettl is a little more expensive than some others, but they work professionally and take care of everything for you.

Technicians Rudy and Ralph did a great job installing our new water heater. They were professional and kept us informed throughout the entire process so we always knew what was going on.

While working, they discovered a major issue that could have easily gone unnoticed and potentially caused a devastating situation for our home. We had Goettl perform a complimentary AC unit inspection in preparation for a hot San Antonio summer. Jose Carreon was the technician who came over to inspect. He did a great job! Took his time to inspect every aspect of the AC unit. Jose not only preformed functionality test but also inspected physical conditions of the blower, coils and vents.
Jose was very thorough and knowledgeable. He patiently answered all my questions and gave recommendations to improve the efficiency of the unit. It is nice to know that there are still companies that put customers first !
