My air conditioning system went out during the tremendous heat wave that we are still experiencing in Texas. I called air systems based on a personal referral that I got from a friend. He lost his system during the pandemic and supply shortages but air systems worked with him to supply him with a loaner system until they could secure his new system. That was the kind of support I wanted.
They show up when they say they are going to come. Call and text and always keeps you in the loop.
Technicians are knowledgeable and friendly and answer all your questions.
Office staff are very responsive.
When a specific unit wasn't available for me after Trane said it was there, they got me an upgrade without cost.
The unit itself is so quiet, cools so well. Each and every night I enjoy this a/c.
Going with them for servicing too!
It's just going to get hotter in Texas, you need to have the right a/c to deal with the heat and the right company to back it up.

My wife and I purchased a “hybrid” Trane heat pump (XV20i) and gas furnace (S8V2) HVAC system from Air Systems in October 2023. Carlos Jimenez came to our home, discussed the pros and cons of heat pumps with us, and prepared a detailed quote. I got several bids for the job; they were close in price but Air Systems installation looked superior. We accepted the Air Systems quote and installation was scheduled for about two weeks later. The installers were friendly, quick, and professional. The new system was installed and running within a day! The installers even repainted our attic stairs, which had to be removed to get the new furnace into the attic. Carlos prepared and submitted applications for rebates from Trane and our local utility! Danielle in the Air Systems office did a great job scheduling installation, arranging for the city inspection and registering our new system with Trane. We couldn’t be happier with Air Systems or the performance of the new Trane system. I highly recommend Carlos Jimenez and Air Systems!

Corey replaced my washer faucets which were leaking. He did an excellent job.

I have had Air Systems replace my 23 year old system and the work accomplished was fantastic. The work was done on schedule and the crew that worked at my residence was efficient and the result was great.
The technicians were very careful and the installation was completed.
They concentrated on what had to be done. Any questions were politely and answered without hesitation. After completion everything was cleaned-up. For their professionalism, I highly recommend Air Systems.

Was able to get a quick appointment! The process was smooth and all that was promised was delivered. I love that they told me that the technician would call me before he came since I was going to get my service request completed on my lunch break! Mark called me 30 minutes before coming giving me enough time to make it home. He also didn’t mind me walking with him during the inspection asking him tons of questions. I was looking to replace a 22-year-old AC system. Looked at Angi's list for AC companies and found Air Systems as a recommended company. Submitted a quote request thru the website. Five minutes later I get a call from Carlos to schedule an appointment. I was very impressed with his quick response. He came over and assessed what was needed and provide me with 5 replacement options and what each would cost. I was able to do research on units and had a good understanding of which would meet my needs. Other companies just gave me one choice. Once I decided which option I wanted, I informed Carlos and we scheduled and appointment. Before appointment I had a few questions regarding unit and install, every time I contacted Carlos he would respond almost immediately and would answer my questions. Carlos and his crew arrived at appointment time told me what they were going to do and how long it would take to complete replacement. The team was very professional and very courteous and did a great job on install. They cleaned up as they finished and David gave me a quick tutorial on the Thermostat and its functions. All in all it was a great experience and never felt pressured at all. Great company great team of employees. Definitely would recommend to family and friends.

Called today for service. They literally called me back within minutes and 30 minutes later had a tech in my house working in my AC unit. Mark was kind and knowledgeable. He was quick and efficient. I appreciated his ability to explain his work and his tips for improvement.

Service fee to come out is about $100. Any work that is needed is additional cost.

My 85 year old mother's AC was on it's last legs in the heat of August. I got 3 quotes from Angie list recommended contractors for replacement. While Air Systems was not the cheepest, I did my research and found they had the level of experience I needed and a reputation for quality and service. As a Trane shop, I also knew they were well trained. Carlos worked with me from quote through install and did the final inspection. Work was completed on time in one day with no addition charges. My mother was very happy!

We hired Air Systems to do regular maintenance on our home HVAC. When it was determined that our 22y/o system was beyond further repair they helped us select the best new system for our house. Supply issues aside, they were responsive to all our questions. When the new system arrived, Air Systems crew arrived on schedule and had the new units installed in just a few hours! They worked cleanly and professionally and they carted off every bit of the old system! I highly recommend this company!

Our AC was not working when we arrived home after being away for over a week. We called Air Systems first thing this morning and received a response quickly.

We were placed on the schedule for today and one of the Air Systems technicians, Mark, called and asked to arrive earlier than originally planned. Mark was thorough and personable. He quickly ascertained the issue, had the necessary part and completed within 30 minutes.

We have been using Air Systems for decades and have always received excellent service, prompt response, and quality work with a friendly demeanor.

When Carlos came out to make the estimate, he impressed me because he was very detail oriented and very knowledgeable about his industry. He went through the options and explained the differences in cost in the short term and long term to make sure we would get the results we were looking for. He and his crew were very efficient, respectful of property and courteous. We’re so happy we went with Air Systems from 4 in home estimates. He was not a fast talker or would overpromise like a couple of other AC companies did. We’re very comfortable now with a properly running AC with balanced cooling finally. And…I can’t wait to enjoy a warm home this coming winter with our new furnace.

Air Systems is the company to use for you AC/Heating needs. I worked with 4 companies and Carlos with Air Systems was by far the most professional, informative, knowledgeable and customer focused of any of them. The proposal was detailed and informative which allowed me to know exactly what I was going to have installed.

As soon as I selected the units that I wanted installed, I was given an install date ASAP. The crew showed up first thing in the morning with a box truck that had everything that was needed to complete the install. The team that worked on my house was dedicated and determined to get everything I ordered installed in one day.

Carlos followed through with me off and on throughout the day to make sure everything was going as planned. The technicians remained with me until the house started cooling off. They assisted me with how everything worked and would not leave until I was 100% satisfied.

Marco is very knowledgeable. He was able to get my AC fixed after having numerous technicians and companies come time after time to service my system and only putting “band aids” ; Marco was able to find and fix the problem. 100% recommended!

Marco Macias is a true prodigy. It all started with me mentioning something strange I saw in my new purchased home. One of 2 thermostats, installed by AirTron, was never reaching temperature. I had Marco look into this and he was able to determine the txv was clogged. He helped me get the part under warranty with Carrier, did the repair and, ever since, I am able to control and maintain temperature and humidity in my home. Air Systems is lucky to have Marco. I had a Trane A/C installed by air systems. Carlos and his crew were on time, worked very efficiently and finished the installation within 1 day despite having to widen the attic opening. They cleaned up carefully and were professional in their communication. Also, their price was about $1000 less than the closest competitor. Would definitely hire them again!

Marco is outstanding! I had Marco Macias install a mini split in my home. Because of the structure of the home it was going to be a difficult task, but he was able to come up with a solution. He had to run 75 feet of copper lines and made everything look extremely good! His attention to detail is amazing, he is very professional and respectful. I came back to leave a review because I have had my mini split for over 3 months and it still works perfectly. Marco has a bright future ahead of him. Thank you Marco!
