Marco did an excellent job today. He came to diagnose and fix a problem on one unit. The drains were clogged and needed to be flushed out. On the second unit he diagnosed a faulty wiring job done by a different company that was causing the second unit not to work. It was a long day but he was tenacious and fixed the problems. He was polite, very knowledgeable and definitely a determined hard worker.

This company sent a technician out to my house to diagnose my air conditioner, and I was told late Monday afternoon that the problem would be taken care of Tuesday. I found out today (Wednesday) that the company is not going to take care of it because they don't like where my unit is located.

I wish they would have just told me this rather than wasting 2 full days of my time, while I'm in a very hot house. I will never call them again, nor will I refer them.

Promised to come out between 9 and 1 last Monday. Came at 300 pm. We could have been out and about if the tech was going to be that late. Said our motor needs repair or replacement but needed to order it from Trane and would call us once the part arrives. No call 1 week later.

Rudy came out and helped me in replacing the temperature relieve valve. He was very professional and explained the situation step by step. Rudy gave recommendations and explained why. He was very thorough and very knowledgeable. Great customer service . Rudy was quick in getting the job done. Thank you Rudy for all your help and expertise.

Josue was incredibly professional, friendly, and punctual. He took the time to thoroughly inspect my home’s hvac system, explaining every detail of what he was checking. His knowledge was evident as he clearly outlined the issues and the benefits of professional cleaning, even providing recommendations and options for other services (outside of my original service inquiry).
The estimate for the duct cleaning was presented transparently, with clear explanations of the process and pricing, making it easy to understand. Highly recommend.

Great service, pricing for water system was reasonable for everything you are getting and clean water! Jonathan was an amazing help me and my husband appreciated his honesty and knowledge! The quick service is plus we called one day and had our system scheduled to be done by the next day!

We had an old pipe that wasn’t replaced crack after softener installment that caused some water damages, they did take responsibility and restored our damages. Accountability and responsibility taken which is above beyond customer service to us.

Our restoration tech was Mr. Martin M. He did a fantastic job and was very friendly while repairing our wall panel. We appreciate Goettle and going forward we look forward to get further business for our home from the company.
