I normally don't post reviews, but I feel I need to let every family know... We are very blessed to have found this company. This company is a class act. Great, honest, and dependable service. We bought a used home, our proud fixer upper... We started with getting a mini split installed in our garage. We are very happy with it. Bravo Air gave good recommendations for our needs. From the time I called to the moment they left after install, everything is professional, timely, communicated well and cleanly installed. We feel like VIPs and always feel like we are the priority. Now fast forward 6 months and our aging central air system was no longer cooling. We remembered the great job they did with our mini split system so we called... Again, great service. They had a tech out to our house quickly to diagnose, replace our AC coil and we're back in comfort. Very reasonably priced and again, very clean install. Our system is running great. Thanks Bravo! You've gained a life long customer.

These guys are great. Frank, the technician, was punctual, informative and friendly. When another company came out last year to service my mini split AC for my grooming studio, he topped off my freon, but never even checked or cleaned the coil.

He just said it was best to replace the unit as opposed to working on it.

Fast forward, to today. Frank did a thorough check of the system inside and out, showing me how to maintain the coil. We also talked about the fact that the unit may be a half ton less than needed. The initial company who installed it should have taken into a count for the square footage and the ambient needs keeping my client dogs comfortable as the days get longer and hotter. Fair and honest pricing.

Joe from Lonestar helped install a new tpa7 carrier unit. He answered all my questions and checked on all the concerns I had. So far everything is running great! Brittany was also very helpful before and after installation at times going above and beyond.

Used Lone star AC twice now. 2 years ago and now in 2025. Upfront, straight forward, and no games. Technician explained everything and some possible causes for the motor burning up. I would recommend for fair upfront pricing and service.

I had a very positive experience with Lone Star AC and Heating. I got three estimates and they were not only the lowest, their estimate was easy to understand while also being thorough. It was more information-based versus a sales pitch. Once I selected them, the professionalism and excellence continued up to and through the installation. I’ve been working with the team at Lone Star HVAC for the past 9 years. In 2016-17, they designed and installed a Carrier HVAC system to heat and cool our newly renovated King William home and two new buildings - a total of four residential units and a garage/studio building. Our HVAC system is comprised of five large Carrier units and a splitter system.
The team at Lone Star has been with us over these past nine years maintaining and servicing our HVAC system. They’ve made warranty repairs seamless and are there for us in emergencies.
We are Airbnb hosts and a couple checked into one of our apartments on Saturday June 28th for three nights to celebrate their 25th wedding anniversary.
That night the AC failed in that apartment. We were able to provide them with a Murphy bed in my air-conditioned office for the night but we urgently needed to get the AC fixed on Sunday June 29th or our guests would have to find alternative accommodations.
I texted our awesome Lone Star team at 9:16am on Sunday morning, received a text back at 9:23am and our awesome service technician arrived at 10am - in his minivan, with his 3 year old son and spare capacitors. By 10:30, he had replaced the failed capacitor, confirmed that the system was working and was on his way. Our Airbnb guests gave us a 5 star review!

I have been a customer of Lone Star AC for 13 years. Always prompt, courteous and professional, and exceptional service. I hired them to install my AC system when I built my house. They come out twice a year to maintain the system, and I have had zero failures with my 13-year-old system. Preform routine maintenance on your AC system and it will last you for years.

Air Systems replaced our home's central AC & heating system. We weren't too happy about having to replace a 13-year-old system (I thought they'd last longer!), but Carlos Jimenez with Air Systems worked with us to get the best system for our home at the best price. He gave us quotes on 7 different options so we could really compare products and make the very best, informed decision. We loved our previous AC company, but Air Systems gave us a price that the other company couldn't match.

Due to manufacturing delays, we had to wait a few weeks for the system to come from Trane, but once it came in, the guys from Air Systems were out the very next day. They only took one day to remove our old system and install a new Trane XR17 heat pump system and outdoor compressor, along with a new Trane WiFi thermostat. They had to remove door trim to get the old system out, but then they came back a couple of days later and reattached the door trim, caulked and painted it. Looks like new! The new system has a 10-year warranty from Trane and for a nominal fee we were able to add 10-year warranty on all labor from Air Systems.

Everyone at Air Systems was so professional and respectful. The install team was so respectful of my home. I work from home due to the pandemic and they didn't disrupt me at all. I look forward to continuing our relationship with twice a year maintenance agreement.

Get a quote from Air Systems before you commit to anyone else!

We called Air Systems as a second quote for a new HVAC system. Actually I didn't call but filled out a form with my phone number and my question late at night. I received a text the very next day saying someone would be out later that day at 3pm. Our system was 12 years old and had a leak. Unfortunately it also has the old refrigerant R22.

So Carlos came on time and he went straight to the attic to see what kind of system we had. He is a man of few words and let me know that he would have to go to his office and gather info for the systems we were interested in based on the seer rating. He left and I received an email about 2 hours later. The email with the info was easy to read. My husband and I made a decision and let Carlos know through text.

We had to go the finance route and signing up for that process was painless and quick.

At this point is was Friday late night. He had to wait to get confirmation from the bank about our approval and that would be on Monday.

On Monday I let him know that an ideal day for us would be Thursday. He said that he and his team would be here between 8 and 9 am. They were here right on time! The whole process ended around 430pm. One of the workers gave me a quick rundown of the wall thermostat. It was great. They were great!

Carlos came by the next day in the morning to check that the installation went smoothly.

The process from beginning to end was easy and we'll use them again for sure!

Update, 6 weeks later, two days before temps were forecast to drop into the mid-teens: Already cold enough for the heater to kick on, it would kick off in an hour or two. A tech was at my house within an hour of calling. After leaving, the system kicked off again. The tech returned, again almost within an hour, and this time found the problem: a bad circuit breaker that would overheat and trip. (Intermittent problems like that are the hardest to find.) The heater ran for hours the next day without fail.

Original review: Price was high but installation, it's said, is more important than the brand. This installation was excellent. Drop cloths were laid down on floor. All old equipment, inside and outside house, was removed. Crew worked without taking a break, and boss checked the system before they left. Professional all the way.

Very responsive when our HVAC needs servicing or repair. When our unit needed a part but was hard to find they made extraordinary efforts to secure the part and expertly repair our unit in a timely manner. We highly recommend Air Systems.

A previous customer was so satisfied with Air Systems equipment and installation they recommend the company to anyone needing HVAC work. For us, response time for estimate, written estimate, and completed work was just a few days. Installation crew was professional; they asked ?s as needed and got on with the job. Carlos provided equipment options and doesn’t hard- or up-sell.
Our duct system is old, old, old and we’ll be calling the company soon for an estimate on that work.
