Jorge at Bravo AC has been dependable and honest servicing my properties over the last 8+ years. He is quick, thorough, honest, creative, knowledgeable, and I have come to rely on his expertise more and more. There are situations when I have to work with other repair men, and it the difference is noticeably in favor of Jorge at Bravo AC.

Bravo AC did a fantastic job. Had them come out for routine AC maintenance to get ready for the San Antonio summer heat. The technician was polite and professional. His work was quick and comprehensive. He showed me plenty of pictures of my system to show critical areas of importance. Will use again and recommend. 10/10!

Frank came out and diagnosed the issue. Explained the problem and fixed it in a timely manner. Frank was professional, thorough, and showed me what he was doing. Part also came with a 1 year warranty. Truly appreciate the A-1 service. I have used Bravo Heating and Air Conditioning several times including a full A/C replacement and routine maintenance. Always extremely professional and the team walks me through everything they did, their findings, and recommendations (if any). I received a call from Jorge He was reaching out to make sure everything was working well after all the freezing weather we just had. Everything was working well but I have been hearing a vibrating noise with the fan outside. He knew exactly what it was and sent his guy out who took care of it. Scheduled a routine maintenance appointment via email which was very simple. The technician, Frank, was polite and told me what he was going to do ahead of time. Also at the end of the service, he let me know that everything was working correctly. I liked how they didn’t try to sell me something which almost always happens with service calls.

Frank did a great job in communicating when he was on his way to our house. He also called me when he found the problem and gave me the options for fixing it. He answered all my questions in layman’s terms. He was very professional. Overall, great service. I highly recommend.

Setting up the appointment for my repair was easy, they were able to fit me in today, the part I needed was available and my AC is up and running. Date: August 29, 2025 The high today is projected to be 100°. My AC went out last night and I was desperate to find someone to come fix it. In a situation like this, you're pretty much at the mercy of whoever you call, and you can't call around for the best price. I called Bravo and Frank came out almost right away this morning. He replaced the electrical capacitor. The cost was less than $350.00. Honestly, he could have charged more, but he seems like a serious and honest guy that doesn't take advantage. I was nervous that he would, because plenty of people would, but he didn't. Thank you Frank. So if you have the luxury of time to choose someone, I would definitely recommend Bravo.

Had a fuse go out in my system, and they were quick to help and not overcharge for such a simple fix. I went with them based off a recommendation from a friend, and I am glad I did.
