They were extremely professional, clearly experienced, and quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue without it costing a fortune. Their knowledge, efficiency, and honesty really stood out. These folks are always on time and very respectful. I had a recurring issue that ended up being tough to figure out and they went above and beyond to get it figured out. It's tough to find an HVAC company that will do that. They will always be my first call for all things HVAC!

One star for showing up on time. I heard a lot of good things about this company so when my capacitor went out I gave them a call. 450.00 for new capacitor that took 10 min to install and cost 50.00. Crazy I thought this was a good family run honest business. My mistake. Look elsewhere.

I really enjoy using this company for multiple reasons. They are small and personal. I feel like a VIP every time they come service. They have a subscription that includes 2 services a year and a discount on any extra work needed. They are on time and efficient. Logan even changed my air filters for me.

Noe and his excellent team of technicians have been wonderful To work with over many years. They’ve replaced my central air unit in my main house as well as installed a Mini split in my guest house. I highly They are efficient, Honest and kind.

Amazing customer service, knowledgeable tech, and and ensured all must questions and needs were addressed and taken care of.

The technicians were here for a while but eventually figured out I had insanely bad luck with my thermostats. Apparently both of my thermostats had the same problem and my system was very low on refrigerant. It was like taking the Kobayashi Maru but they fixed my unit and now I won't pass out from heat exhaustion so I am very grateful. Also, the techs were very awesome and easy to talk to, while also being professional.

Logan was absolutely great while servicing our AC unit. He was detailed and explained the situation for our cooling service call. He gave us clear options of ways forward at each step and was able to our AC unit repaired with parts covered by warranty all for a fair price. I would highly recommend My Father’s for either general service or repair purposes.

My Fathers Mechanial was able to get us in same day when I had some concerns on our unit. Texts verified when the tech would be over for service. Logan came over to complete our HVAC inspection. Very professional, and spoke to me in terms I would understand to make sure I was fully comprehending what he was saying. Received quick feedback along with photos, an invoice, and a text that service was complete. 10/10!

Such a great company. Noe has assembled a great team of polite, professional, and knowledgeable people. We've had them come replace our AC unit and unclog the piping (separate occasions). Each time Logan has come out and walked us through everything. I highly recommend them. They're a pleasure to work with.

This company was phenomenal! Not enough great and kind words to say about this local company. Logan helped us tremendously over a weeks period to make sure we were operational. My family signed an annual contract immediately for routine work. We will never use another company as long as this one is around, with the services provided.

Long story short. 3 of 4 companies said our A/C was shot (it was out) and we needed to get a new system, they almost had us. My Fathers came out, accessed the situation, provided advice, had us up and running in a couple of hours. They definitely gained a life customer. Thanks again My Fathers AC and thanks again Logan!

We’ve been in our home 9 years (new build.)

Past few years, we started having issues with the Ac unit (replaced capacitor etc)

We’ve been using My Father’s for 2+ years for service and issues. They’ve been fantastic.

This past Saturday our Ac unit outside froze and the unit in the attic had a leak in the line.

My Fathers was closed (we left them a voicemail) so we called 2 other companies to come out.

Both did and told us the unit was hanging on by its last leg and we needed a new unit.

One quoted $16k, the other $8200.

Meanwhile, Noe from My Fathers calls us back (he got our voicemail) to check on us and said his team was out in Kerrville helping feed folks.

He got us on his schedule for Monday AM, confirmed we did in fact need a new unit and gave us a price of $9k for a better unit than the other 2 companies.

His techs showed up Tuesday morning, spent the majority of the day here and replaced it all. These guys are fast, efficient, knowledgeable and polite.

It’s running great, house is cool again and we couldn’t be happier.
