They kept me informed every step of the way from when they'd be arriving, to what the problem was and how much it would cost to repair before any work was started. Alfredo Martinez III was very professional and did amazing work!

I selected a different company to do my HVAC spring tune up this year than I did in the past.  Texas Tech did not disappoint! Alfredo, the tech that arrived, was here over 2 hours for a preventative maintenance check. My previous company was less than a hour. He was extremely thorough in the process. I'm a hover owner. Wanting to see and understand the process. What I thought was a quality service call in the past was truly the bare minimum to get my money and move on the the next customer. Alfredo took the time to answer my questions, provided images of my system before and after, actually cleaned my system inside and out (REALLY CLEANED IT) and even patched the hole he made in my system. (Which they should be doing and other techs didn't) I was amazed at how clean he got my blower assembly.
I cannot express how happy I am to of truly found a reliable company who says they will be where they are suppose to be, do beyond the basics and at an amazing price too! Texas Techs has truly earned a customer for life. It's VITAL to use a company that is licensed and insured. I'm recommending them to everyone!!!

Alfred was great today! I was having some issues with my heater and he spent over 2 hours attempting to solve the problem. I will use them again and would recommend them to friends and family!

My heater broke down when it was 29 degrees outside and Alfredo came out immediately and fixed it! Amazing work! I have always been pleased with his work! Highly recommend!

Alfredo went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. He thoroughly explained the repairs and even got them done ahead of time. He clearly demonstrated his expertise and professionalism. I highly recommend him without a doubt!

The service we received was absolutely the best! This is the second time we've used this company, the first being a major call with complete replacement of our heat pump and the indoor units. The technicians were so conscientious, and worked very hard to get our system up and running. The second call was not so major, our very old thermostat decided it was time to quit. Alfredo brought about 5 different thermostats and answered all my questions, and I made my selection based on the information he gave me. Once that was done, he installed the thermostat and had it up and running in no time. I am extremely happy with the choice I made. I highly recommend this company, they are very conscientious and provide some of the best customer service I've seen in a long time!

Wow! Fast, friendly and thorough. I needed a second opinion on a potential freon leak. Alfred responded promptly, scheduled a same day appointment and share all the findings via email with pictures and diagnosis. Other companies did not even want to come out for this. Texas Techs went above and beyond. Thank you!

Alfredo was amazing! Very patient with our normal after-school chaos, and very efficient in his work. Great communication, he made sure to let us know when he was on his way, and arrived earlier than expected! Thankfully for us it was a fairly simple fix and Alfredo was able to get our heater running, thank goodness. Alfredo followed up with an email explaining what he repaired and documented everything with photos, both for his own records and mine. 5 star service from a very humble man and company.

As always, Logan was on time, professional and polite. He got right to his work and did not try to upsell me on anything, but told me straight on how well my system was running. Absolutely no inclination to go anywhere else.

Living in Texas air conditioning is not a luxury - it is essential. I Have been a customer of My Father's AC for 4 years. They are the best AC service I have worked with in my 45 years of home ownership. AC always break in the peak of summer and you are at the mercy of the AC service company. My Father's has always provided very fast response. To top it off the owner Noe is honest and his technicians are top notch. All at a reasonable cost. Highly recommend.

Noe was responsive, honest, and explained so many factors that could lead to our AC not working. Within an hour of calling we had someone here to fix the AC before the afternoon heat and I couldn’t be more grateful. I will highly recommend My Father’s to all my neighbors and friends.
