We ended up not get a ac recharge. It wasnt Cowboys fault that r32 is so expensive and they didnt try to push us into it.

The technician that came today was Charlie.He was through. Knowledgeable and personable. Made recommendations and was able to come up with a reasonable solution. Very helpful. Glad I called cowboys for service.

Trevor H was amazing. His attention to detail and professionalism is unmatched. He took pictures of everything, explained them very well, and ensured he was utilizing the factory specs and suggestions of my specific system. Due to this I am having him come back to fix some unrelated items to ensure my system runs great. Thank you Trevor.

The service is great and they responded pretty fast! As a landlord who takes pride in taking care of my tenants, they got out there quick and fixed the problem with a quality part. Problem my tenant had was a busted capacitor that prevented the outside unit from kicking on. Cowboys tech (David B) diagnosed and gave me two options; install a generic or a premium capacitor. Well, I care about my tenants so I chose the premium part. I paid $494.00 for the service call, diagnosis, and the premium part (Am Rad Turbo 200 capacitor). According to ChatGPT, I paid about what is standard for the industry. Thanks Cowboys for not trying to retire one of your techs off my one service call job, and thanks, David B, for taking care of my tenant on a holiday weekend (Labor Day) and for your professionalism.

From scheduling my appointment to Noah coming over and doing his inspection the customer service was stellar. I was able to get an appointment fast. I was notified when he was in route so I knew when to expect him. Noah was so kind and respectful. He explained everything in great detail and answered all my questions even if I asked it twice. I was given several options to fix the issue so I had a choice based on what I could afford at the time. Thank you, Noah for showing that Cowboys Air & Heating cares for their customers. I would 100% recommend you to friends and family.

Noah came back today 12/19 to install a new capacitor and a UV light inside my unit to prevent mold. Again. He is the sweetest young man. My comments from above are true today. I would recommend Cowboys Air & heating every time. Thank you, Noah. You are a beautiful human.

Robert, the HVAC technician, was very professional and polite. Took his time inspecting our unit, made some recommendations but certainly was not pushy about anything. Quoted a very fair price for the work. Will definitely call them again when service is needed.

I had an awesome experience with Cowboys AC today. David did an amazing job and really went above and beyond. Not only did he fix the internal issues in a timely manner but he also took the time to water down and cool off our outside unit to make sure it was running at peak efficiency before he left, that kind of service makes a big difference. Highly recommend David from Cowboys AC for anyone in San Antonio!

Start to finish 1st. Class installation. Moses and team installed a complete HVAC system in our home - allowed me to look over his work throughout the entire process. I feel good knowing I made the right choice “TRANE” - Along with the right team to install it “COWBOYS”.

Daren, Miguel and Luis were phenomenal. Once we ordered the unit, the install was the next day and they took only half a day. They walked us through all of the detail of the order and how to work the unit and how to troubleshoot. We will always go to Cowboys for any AC needs! Thank you guys!

Greg Git, Hernán, and Victor are skilled and knowledgeable technicians who arrived on time or earlier to our scheduled appointment. They were polite and respectful of the home and wore shoe covers inside -- something I greatly appreciate. They kept us (my husband and I) informed throughout the tune-up and disinfectant process, taking photos of the condition of our system as well as any areas needing special attention. Because of Greg's thorough evaluation, we were made aware of a bigger problem involving our condensate drain and pan - It was blocked and the pan was nearly full of rusty water! Since the block in the drain wouldn't budge, (Greg tried) we needed a bypass installed or the emergency line would eventually rust and clog from over-compensation. Greg offered us various options and we were able to select an affordable plan. Hernan and Victor arrived first thing next morning and not only managed to clear the old blocked drain pipe and suck out the rusty water from the drain pan, but installed the new insulated copper drain pipe and pump system in our attic and merged it with the existing drain line outside, ensuring a clean and seamless bypass installation. 10/10 service. Now we dont have to worry about the pan filling up anymore! Thank you!

Trevor came out to work on our AC system and the experience was honestly great from start to finish. He was professional, punctual, and took the time to explain everything clearly without trying to upsell or rush us. You can tell he really knows what he’s doing and genuinely cares about doing the job right.
He was respectful of our home, answered all our questions, and made sure everything was working perfectly before he left. It’s not often you find someone this thorough and trustworthy. We’ll definitely be using Cowboys Heating and Air again and asking for Trevor specifically!

I had Trevor come out to perform maintenance on my split unit today, and I am blown away by the quality of service. He is honestly better than the last five technicians Champion sent out to servoce our unit. He was incredibly thorough, took the time to explain what he was doing, and left the area cleaner than he found it. You can tell he takes pride in his work. I wish I could ask for Trevor every time our split unit needs servicing. 5 stars!

Cowboys called and we set up a date and time frame that worked best for me. Trevor came out and did a thorough and complete maintenance service on my HVAC system. When he was finished he came in and showed me all the pictures of my unit and describe everything I was looking at and what was done. I am extremely pleased with Cowboys and with Trevor. Great Service!!

Team did a great job, only had it 1 day but, seems much quieter than the Lennox unit we had and runs well. Only reason for a 4 rating and not a 5 is it took longer to install than expected. The Techs were great, arrived on time and knew their stuff. Did a great job setting up the system and explaining its functions and the implementation of the wireless thermostat. Worked until after 10:30 at night and came back in the morning on time to complete the job. Techs were Elijah and Victor. Job was to replace a 4 ton Lennox.

I've been dealing with cowboys for awhile. I ended up going with any new system, it just didn't make any sense to put anymore repairs into this old unit, they offered me a great deal with amazing value and even offered financing. We agreed on a price within my budget and I am so glad I did. Thank you very much to Robert and Cowboys for taking such good care of my wife and I. I would recommend Robert to anyone! He really took his time and explained everything!

I had a 2 ton ac/heating spli unit put in my barndaminium. Hernan and Victor did an awesome job! They explained everything they did. They even made sure I knew how to care for the unit like the drain line and filters. Pros at what they do!!!

Just say I'm very impressed with the diligence and prompt service from Cowboys AC but most of All the work done by Armando and Gabriel installing my new Trane unit. They were both good at what they do.

From the moment the crew arrived until the time they finished, it was clear they knew exactly what they were doing. Our AC went out overnight so my wife called first thing in the morning, and Tyler showed up within an hour. She said he made her feel extremely comfortable (which made me feel good since I was not present) and he was able to explain everything clearly and provided different options. We felt comfortable enough to get our coils replaced based on everything Tyler explained and he was confident that was the best route to go. Hernan and Victor then came to replace the coil and they treated everything with care. They put down mats to not get our floors dirty, and they even vacuumed after. They let us know when things were going to get noisy (we have a 2 month old who was napping and a dog who might have gotten startled). That was very thoughtful. They took the time to explain maintenance and care so I know how to maintain the new system. We really appreciate Tyler, Hernan, and Victor for going above and beyond and handling our issue in a quick manor, thank you all! We will continue to use Cowboy and refer anyone we know needing help with their AC/Heating system!

Kevin and Tyler were the technicians who installed the AC Unit and Air Handler in my home. They did an outstanding job together. They were very professional and knowledgeable as they did their work. I was very pleased with the installation and the courtesy they gave me while answering all of my questions. I would recommend Cowboys AC and Heating to everyone who needs to replace their AC System.
