Cowboys HVAC and Robert saved the day! They responded quickly on a weekend and Robert worked patiently with the home warranty to decrease my out of pocket expense, explained at the right level the initial diagnose and 1st, 2nd, and 3rd / worse case they might discover to prepare me as I unfortunately did not have a typical component fail, kept me informed of timelines, proactively followed up, and overall managed to make a bad situation into a smooth, affordable, calm situation. The professionalism, positive demeanor, and diligence to resolve a complicated issue was simply impressive.

Over the last ten years I’ve bounced around HVAC companies in San Antonio who are always trying to upsell you and the tech has no decision-making authority and calls the manager to put you on the phone with them the whole time as they further try to upsell you. That however, never occurred and I was bracing myself for that. No one wants to have to talk to three different parties to try to get an emergency situation resolved. I’m so glad they do not operate that way! Robert even tidied up the wires so the system looks squared away from the mess that was there beforehand, which was not a problem they had created, but he actively resolved.

I am happy to say I’ve finally found one I can rely on that is dedicated towards resolution and customer satisfaction. Thank yall for saving the day!

I called Cowboys Air and Heating to give an estimate for a Carbon Monoxide Flue pipe replacement. Your tech Tyler came to my home and gave a quote. I accepted price and the installers were scheduled. Two installers Jimmy and A.
(DONT remember the complete name). Both were excellent at installing the flue pipe. They were very knowledgeable of the process, efficient, courteous and are assets to the Cowboys team. Thank you for your excellent work. I am very satisfied!!!!!!!!

Emmanuel did an excellent job with my A/C tune-up and air quality service. He thoroughly cleaned both my outside condenser and the interior blower fan, leaving everything in great shape. He also helped me resolve an issue I was having with the programming of my thermostat, which I really appreciated. Emmanuel was very thorough and professional throughout the visit. One small suggestion would be for the team to consider using a shop vac with a long nozzle for the taller 5' RUUD condensers to make the job even easier. Overall, the service was very reasonably priced considering all that was done.

Dylan Rodriguez( no relation to me) came by today and did our maintenance checkup. Just want you to know that Dylan did an awesome job. He was very thorough and showed me all the pictures as well as reviewing everything he did at our house. Keep up the good work Dylan and I’ll be reaching out to you for the next checkup. Cowboys AC has always done exceptional work for us.

I am writing this review to share- I was highly impressed with the exceptional service provided by Cowboys for my heating and/or air conditioning needs. From start to finish, the entire experience was seamless, professional, and genuinely pleasant.
The technician- David B. arrived right on time, courteous, and took the time to explain everything clearly from start to finish. He also performed a full system check to ensure everything was running smoothly, got the filter from his office, and came back the same day, I did not have to worry about scheduling the next day. David also cleaned up some of the mess in my garage after his service.
In an industry where quality service can sometimes be hit or miss, Cowboys Airconditioning & Heating sets the standard! I highly recommend this service for your cooling and heating needs.

Daniel & Carlos did an excellent job on installing heat furnace and A/C unit. Very professional. David did a very thorough quality control inspection, found a couple of problems and a team will come out tomorrow ands fix. Great job guys

Daren was terrific, and they were able to do the work that day. My only complaint was not being informed how long the install would take. They guys worked until just after midnight. I appreciate their dedication but we could have scheduled for the following day just as easily.

Cowboys always takes good care of us! No fluff, no pressure. I noticed a significant difference in my electric bill after they did their job, it actually went down. Dylan Rodriguez, from the moment he entered my home to the moment he left was a professional. He explained everything in detail and went far and beyond with his customer service. From his uniform to his work ethic, he looked like an Army Soldier that was trained very well by his leaders. Robert Castro was very knowledgeable about my system. Cowboys was very quick to respond to my call. Robert came out and fixed my issue at a reasonable price and now my family has heat again! Big thank you to robert and cowboys!

We had a regular check up today and got some unexpected news.After our visit,we found that my water heater was just about to cause some serious damage to my home.i would’ve never known till the damage was already done.from hoses leaking and closet falling apart, I decided to replace it and get it fixed. Your Technician Miguel Conde is very knowledgeable in his trade and has the experience to point out different issues that could cause other headaches. My ac and heat system wasn’t the issue.I’m am very happy with Cowboys air conditioning from your techs and your installation crew.They did a great job.i will let all my friends know.

Daren came our and inspected our AC. He found out the ducts in the attic were 30 yrs old and falling apart. He took many pictures to show us his findings. We also needed a new unit outside. Our unit was from 2008. He was very patient professional, knowledgeable, and patient explaining to my mother. He got everyrhing set up to be completed in 1 day for us. Justin came and took measurements for the ducts so they could get started with the work promptly the next day. He was also very professional, respectable, and knowledgeable.
Today Alejandro, Justin and their's crew came out bright and early to get sfarted with the ducts and fhe new unit. The worked endlessly all day till about 5:30 to get everything done! They did an amazing job and worked quickly and efficiently. They even cleaned after they finished the work. They all did an outstanding job and I want to thank them for making this ALL happen in 1 day!!! Thank you!!!!!!

I was very happy with the service provided by Robert Castro. He was very accommodating and professional. He went above and beyond in his efforts to accommodate our needs. The installers Sean and Moise (?sp) did a great job and worked hard to remove the old furnace and place the new unit. CPS had shut off the gas and placed a lock on the box while they were working on the installation. My payments are current so don't understand why CPS shut off the gas. Fortunately your installers were able to restore the connection and now I have heat available. Cowboys has awesome techs! Praise the Lord!!!

First on a night I was worried about my family getting rest because my son had a recital the next day. Franco Padron the tech sent over was fast explained all of our options. He got us up and running again. I do need to save to do some recommend services and possible future replacements. I couldn’t be happier. They took care of me and helped me take care of my family.

Overall we were very satisfied with the professional yet personal approach by both Greg & Josh. They were very thorough and explained & answered any questions we had with an honest approach. We were very pleased with their recommendations and suggestions and were offered several available options to work with. My technician Jose come by today to do a tune up/check on my AC system. He was so professional, friendly and absolutely informative on what he was doing and what he suggested I could benefit from. I would definitely give him a five star review. Cowboys AC was able to accommodate me on my appointments, since I am pretty busy.

I received one of there flyers on my doorstep some months ago and put it up on my fridge as I wanted to have a mini-split installed into my garage. Since I am new to the area figured they would be a good place to start. When I was finally ready to get this done I called and from the start it was a good experience. The receptionist was pleasant and super helpful, she was able to get me an appointment for someone to come out and give me a quote the next day.
The automated system they use to send text messages was super helpful and everyone i have met with from Art, Armando, Jimmy, and Ariel have been super personable and professional.
Not only did I get a mini-split installed but during small talk about projects I am looking to do in the garage, like putting in an attic pull down access ladder. Art informed me they also can do that if I want to add that to the quote. The price was right and I am glad I did cause that also turned out to be super helpful to me.
Will definitely check with them for any future HVAC work i need done.
