Technician Johnson was very personable, week versed in the job, explained a lot to me. Hope to see him again. He ran the diagnostic on the central unit and the mini split. He told me about the mini split needing cleaning and showed me the pictures. I’ll be making an appointment to have that done

So often, homeowners worry about being taken advantage of in an industry fraught with exorbitant price gouging, excessive fees, false or inflated diagnoses and all while receiving inferior and often unreliable care. That, thankfully, has never been my experience with Temperature Pro. I have come to expect only excellence because that is all they serve. This is the second time I have used County Wide and both times I was impressed with how quickly they came to the house. Both Tim and Edgar were polite, professional and fast. Great people, from the minute your call is answered, it’s a kind person on the other end ready to help. I highly recommend this company.

Technician responded quickly and on time to diagnose my AC problem. 100+ degrees on a Sunday. Quality work, no wasting time. He had replacement parts and a fan motor in his truck. County Wide was great. I called them at 6:30 pm thinking I wouldn’t be able to get anyone to come repair my ac until the next day on one of the hottest days of the year. They came out that same day and got my ac working. They replaced a part that had been replaced by another company 2 years ago for less than what I had paid the other company. I was able to get a good nights sleep thanks to County Wide.

Countywide installed a new heating and AC system a few years ago. We have used them for yearly maintenance ever since. Always on tme and thorough. Technicians are friendly and address the issue f you have a concern or question. I definitely recommend their services.

I've used Countywide for many years due to their great service. Today I had them do an extra tune-up on my AC/HVAC since my system is 17 years old and the weather has been so hot this year. Also discussed the technical details of doing a full replacement of my system, including ducts, and requested a quote. I got all my questions answered and got high quality maintenance.

County Wide installed a commode I purchased from Home Depot. When they unpacked the box, the bowl was broken. Ugh. No problem, "we'll go grab some lunch while you return the toilet". Called them back from Home Depot and they were back in 30 min. What service!! Ruben and Korey were great and I won't use any other company but County Wide!

Update: I've also used CW for HVAC for two years after firing my previous service company. This company is just hands down, the best! Primo has been our technician since 2022 and back in April, he recommended that it was time to think about a replacement for our HVAC. Our evaporator coil and condenser were 12 years old but the inside blower was from 1999. And the condensate pump was about to fail.

We got three estimates and CW was by far the least expensive...for the same equipment. We went with a Daikin Fit Flex 17 SEER system and LOVE IT. Variable speed so the hot spots are eliminated and the blower/condenser are SO quiet. Everyone from the front office, to the techs, to the installers, etc. were so easy to deal with, friendly, and professional. Special shout-out to Primo, Gustavo, Andrew, Tomas, and their assistants whose names I can't recall. Thanks also to Jennifer and Jonathan from the office too! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND County Wide!!

I have used Countywide for almost 15 years and I would not change service companies. They replaced my old system and the new system is well taken care of with service agreement. I have had the pleasure to work with several of their service personnel and all have been knowledgeable and professional as they perform their duties. I am glad we made this contact years ago.

County Wide has never failed me when our AC has. They respond immediately and their work is excellent. They recently installed a new Daikin AC and the difference in temperature and cost per month is very noticeable. The city inspector was also impressed by their work. I highly recommend this company.

My wife and I have been very pleased with the responsiveness and overall professional service provided by the technicians. My wife has been a 'fan' of Countywide after a service call at our old home at 9110 Welles Way in San Antonio over 20 years ago. This technician, Able is such a nice young man! Your company really does have 5 star quality service and PEOPLE ! Able came out last night and spent time tracking down the problem with out A/C system and explaining what was happening, and why. Great young man.!

Best of all, no one’s out to poke your eyes out with unnecessary, hidden, or outrageous prices. Reasonable, reliable, excellent.

This is the third or fourth time that I’ve called County Wide out to work on my A/C unit and each time they have come to the house the same day within two to three hours. The repairs were completed within an hour or two and repairmen have always been courteous and professional. Repairs have been reasonably
priced. I would definitely recommend them.
