It’s never a great day when you have to shell out thousands of dollars to replace your AC, but the people at Temperature Pro were patient and courteous and professional as I took the time to make my decision. When I did notify them that I was going with their unit (I got a couple of different quotes), they were able to schedule my installation for the following day. Now, I know that was lucky and not always guaranteed, but the next available opening was only a couple days after that, so the promptness of service was excellent.

My system is in, and that thing cooled my very hot house in a matter of hours. I haven’t felt this comfortable in my home in a couple of years. I guess my old unit was worse than. I realized, even before it started leaking Freon and freezing up.

Definitely put these people on your list of quotes. I think you’ll find them competitive in pricing, and if you’re looking for a heat pump, you won’t go wrong going with this company. I will update my review if my system breaks or is less efficient than listed, or if I experience any service issues.

BRETT came to our home to service the two unit we have, he was on time wich I value a lot . He introduced him self and explained whst he will be doing , He started in the attic and ended outside , when finished , he explained all what he did.
He was very friendly and his work was very clean. I did not catch that he forgot to put some caps but my husband did , Brett came back and corrected that minimal detail. All in all the service was puntual, friendly and very satisfactory. Thank you.

We signed up for a membership for semi annual maintenance. It’s a great thing we did too. The technician, Brad Peacock, inspected everything and flushed the drain line and had some great recommendations for some inefficiencies he found in our system. He was very knowledgeable and super nice. The person I talked to over the phone was also very nice. Great company!

Brett Johnson arrived on time and did a great job . It was a winter check- up and the placement of our air handler make it a bit challenging to access. He easily got the job done.
I love that we received a text that he was on his way & with a picture of the technician .

Spoke to the owner Courtney that was so helpful and nice. Technician Josh (JD) was great and checked the entire system then explained the issue and steps to resolve it. Amazing service overall.

Buyer beware, this company is more of a duct-cleaning company than a full-service HVAC company. We reported mold coming from the register and asked for someone to come take a look at the HVAC system.

We were recommended a duct-cleaning and installing an air-scrubber but were told the mold was only really in the registers. We bought that work and a membership program to get discounts on tune-ups.

2-3 weeks later we started to notice water damage on our ceiling coming from the unit. They came out to take a look and charged us for an inspection wherein after an hour or so they noticed some damage in the supply plenum (which is right next to the airscrubber) and recommended we replace it.

While waiting for parts with TemperaturePro, the water damage specialist recommended another HVAC company look at it. The second HVAC company noticed the issues throughout the ductwork in about 5 minutes and showed us it was MUCH more extensive than we were told by TemperaturePro. We also already had a UV light in our system, it just needed a bulb repair. Also, the issues in the register boxes with the box warping which TemperaturePro said they had fixed were not fixed.

The second company had the parts on hand and created a more extensive/detailed plan for fixing the issue.

The good: Temperature Pros were easy to get ahold of. Nice people, not rude or anything.

The bad: We were charged for a lot of things that weren’t going to fix the problem and it took a lot of time which then increased the scope of damage.

The ugly: We ended up paying for a maintenance membership program we now can’t really fully trust. We probably also did not need the airscrubber as well as we could have just gotten the UV bulb replaced.

Just trying to help out other consumers so you don’t end up spending hundreds or thousands without fixing the problems you set out to.

The professional and technical knowledge displayed by Mr. Weaver was outstanding!! He was friendly and patient with me and all my questions. I highly recommend Temperature Pro because for all that was done, initial system check, temperature balance check, capacitor replacement and re-check of the temperature balance the cost was less than $375.

Ovie did a great job. Extremely attentive and worked around my schedule. He even helped rectify a billing situation.
