Great service for plumbing issues, I had requested their service and were so professional, Domenic Jaramillo that is part of their team, make an exceptional job, he arrived on time, explain everything he was going to do.

The entire experience was positive. Joel, Mike, and Johnny were very professional and knowledgeable. They all took the time to explain the process thoroughly and answered my questions. They were honest, reliable, and respectful of my property. I really enjoyed working with Rosenberg and will definitely do business with them in the future.

I usually wait about 30 days before reviewing a product or service, and now is the time. I recently had a new HVAC system installed, and it’s working great—far exceeding my expectations.

The installers, Michael Sumner and Michael Lee, were knowledgeable, professional, and clearly skilled. They answered all of my questions respectfully and thoroughly. It was obvious they enjoy working for Rosenberg and take pride in what they do—it really shows. The two of them worked seamlessly together and made an excellent team.

My initial consultation went well, though I wish someone had done a thorough inspection on my system prior to installation day. There were a few questionable aspects from the previous install, but they figured everything out quickly and efficiently.

I was referred to Rosenberg by a friend, and I’ll definitely refer them to others.

**Newest Update!** I want to keep my original review on here because the amount of care that this company has shown me over the time from the last technician that came out to the new one they sent out to me again (days apart) is completely mind blowing! We were delighted to have had Lalo come out, he is incredibly knowledgeable, empathetic, and extremely thorough! He went through literally everything to get a proper diagnosis and offered solutions to help resolve our issue. He explained everything clearly, wore boot coverings when going upstairs (we just had our carpets cleaned- so this meant a lot to me) and was just a humble individual! The owner was extremely kind, and helpful as well! Although I had a bad experience with the first technician, I do not see that person as a reflection of this company. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company because they truly did “Make it Right” Thank you!

1 star- Waste of $89. Literally did nothing. Been having AC leaks and upstairs not getting much air flow and tech didn’t even try to investigate. Said they don’t “work with” AC set ups like mine, although my AC unit is only 2 years old… He tried thinking of excuses to say, but ultimately just sounded uneducated in the field and literally went just to collect the fee of coming out. Complete waste of time, and waste of day with having a 5 hour window of when he would be showing up with the AC off the entire time in the heat… Nope.

I was very pleased with the service provided by the Rosenberg technician. He was professional and courteous. Everything was completed and left clean and neat. I have signed up for the bi-yearly system check-ups!

I give 5 stars for the technician Dam on our routine maintenance for our club membership on our heating and air conditioning units. He was polite, knowledgeable, thorough, arrived on time, and professional.

My first time contacting an air-conditioning service company as I am a new house owner - everything went great. I had a newborn in the house when the air-conditioning broke in South Texas. They had someone on call, very responsive, good communication, sent someone over within an hour and a half, the job was completed within the next hour, the service person was professional and knowledgeable, and got to work straight away. I’m impressed with their Organization, will be using them again

I can see why Rosenberg has so many 5-star reviews. Lalo and the team were fantastic. Excellent communication, very professional, and very personable. Lalo inspected our furnace and a/c units, diagnosed the issue, explained the situation thoroughly, and then presented multiple options to fix it. He also went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable in our house while we waited for repairs. I am having Rosenberg replace our furnace and will review that experience separately. So far, I am a very happy customer!

I've tried a number of plumbing companies from Boerne, and here in San Antonio. Didn't find one that did a good job. My last plumber caused me more heartburn than it was worth. My faucet still leaks, from a different place! I'll be giving Rosenberg Plumbing another call for an estimate.

6 Jan 2024- I called them on Saturday to check my heating. They were out that same morning and fixed the problem at no cost to me. Wonderful service 👌

Update on 5 May 2023.
Had a problem and the AC stopped working. Called this company at almost 10 pm on a Friday night. Thought it would be a hot night without AC.... Much to my surprise, they sent a repair technician out that same night and had me up and running again within two hours. He fixed the problem and also finely tuned the system for better performance. Absolutely amazing support! Thank you Derrick Rogers and thank you Rosenberg Indoor Comfort.

I have owned 10 homes and seen many HVAC companies... This is by far the best company I've ever seen. I talked to about 8 companies here in the local San Antonio area before signing with Rosenberg for a communicating heat pump. So glad I did. Their salesman was very transparent and got me the terms I needed. Their installers were dedicated, thorough, and did OUTSTANDING work on a tough job. The price of the system was very competitive also. I can't say enough about this company. They will have my business from here on. Thank you to my installation crew - Mike, Richie, and Carlos. I had such a great experience this time around! I explained to the owner what happened during my first visit, and they promptly sent out another technician named Lalo. This visit was completely different — Lalo was professional, thorough, and took the time to figure out exactly what was going on with my AC unit. He explained everything clearly, made sure everything was working perfectly, and fixed the issue. I’m very impressed with the service this time. Rosenberg will be my go-to company from here on out!

Shout out to James and Rosenberg! James came out on a emergency call as our AC stopped working and I had just had surgery that day. My husband called in and the schedulers were very understanding as it was late and said they could send a technician. The technician James arrived in 30 minutes. He was very professional and kind. He was very knowledgeable as he diagnosed the problem right away and completed the repair. We were so relieved and thankful. James is a definite asset to the company! Called a dozen "24/7" plumbers to try and get my water main break fixed on a Sunday night. Literally an hour ago. These guys were the only ones willing to do it. Came out in about an hour. Can't ask for anything better. Thank you!

Called Rosenberg for an emergency service and they came out within a couple hours of when I called and asked if they could make it out after regular hours. The technician that came to look at and repair my unit was very polite and courteous. He explained everything that he was doing and checking. After he was done with the repair he walked me into each room and showed me the temperatures that were coming out of each vent. Again, he did an outstanding job!

Domenic was awesome! He was on time, courteous and fixed my clogged sewer line! So glad I called them. I will definitely use them again and would recommend them to anyone looking for a good plumbing company. Thank you again Domenic!

This crew did a fantastic job with our AC inspection and cleaning. The technician was incredibly knowledgeable and walked me through all the components, explaining what he was doing. He was able to get into the hard-to-reach areas and even pointed out a minor issue that needed attention. Their service is top-notch, and my AC unit is running much more efficiently now. Great value for the peace of mind they provide.
