To be clear, I declined service because I felt the price was excessive. Presumably, the plumber was honest. I have no way of knowing. $325 is too much, in my opinion, to replace a hot water faucet cartridge on a bathroom sink. But he was polite. And he was on time.

Domenic and Devin were very professional and knowledgeable. They both went above and beyond with their customer service and problem solving skills. They assessed my bathroom plumbing situation to the best of their abilities, and solved the situation with ease. We thought they were gonna charge us an arm and a leg, but the prices were extremely reasonable! We're so fortunate that they were the ones that came to our house. We highly recommend them!

Life savers. A/C went out on a saturday. Set up an appointment with another company for sunday and they called that day to say they wouldn't be able to make it until after hours and would charge an emergency fee. rescheduled for monday morning and they were once again a no show and didn't bother calling. Made an appointment with Rosenberg that afternoon and got a call from I believe Chelsea, who was very friendly and explained the process clearly. Joel showed up that evening and had my AC running again in about an hour. Prices were fair and Joel explained everything including options without being pushy or trying to sell unnecessary items. I will definitely be using again and looking into the maintenance package.

We have had two experiences with Rosenberg Plumbing and both were above and beyond. Lalo came to service our heater this time and he was here about 1.5 hours, all included in our annual plan. He took detailed photos of before and after and gave us a full report of the work he did and the state of our system. He also cleaned everything beautifully, including our AC and checked ventilation as well as our ducts. He left us with quotes for things we can add like a carbon monoxide detector and air purifier, but he was not pushy at all. We plan to purchase those from them in the future. I can’t say enough great things about this company.

Domenic, did an outstanding job. Very knowledgeable and great customer service. Price was very reasonable since it was an emergency job on Sunday. Would highly recommend this company.

Amazing plumbing job done by Rosenberg. Felix was great to work with and his workers were awesome too. Shout out to Dominique who took care of an issue I had when Felix was picking up equipment. They finished a three day job in five hours. I’m very impressed and grateful. Highly recommend.

Our heating failed during the middle of the freeze. I called Rosenberg and they sent Drew the Technician to come over. He was courteous and respectful. He worked on our unit in the freezing cold and got us back warmed up in no time. He always gets the job done! Thank you!!!

Rudy was professionally friendly and his recommendation of installing a surge protector made sense. He took his time to check everything. He looked tired but did good work.

Nyco such a cool professional and respectful of our house by using shoe covers as he enters. He has a knack for making us easily understand the technicalities of our AC problem. He didn’t try to sell, rather he said things as it is. Nyco is an admirable working young man and deserves the great reputation Rosenberg has.

I was in the market for a new company to service our Ac going forward and im glad I found this one. Our tech was Lalo and he was really awesome. Never felt like he was trying to talk me into spending money- if anything I felt like I was talking to a friend who was giving me knowledgeable suggestions and trying to help out as best he could.

Had an unlicensed HVAC tech come out yesterday to work on our units named James! He has been here before and I am appalled. Had I known he wasn’t licensed and poses a safety concern for my staff and building I would’ve NEVER hired this company!!!!! I am taking legal action to see what my next options are! This is completely illegal and Rosenberg knew this and still allowed this to happen!!! How terrifying!! You don’t know who you let into your business and homes anymore. Be careful!! Research your companies before you hire them and make sure they have licensed personnel working for them.

Called Rosenberg to see what was wrong with my ac unit. First off they claim they are 24 hours. The woman told me on the phone they were not 3 stars for the prompt call back in the morning. Tech came a few minutes before time. 3 stars on that. I already knew evaporator coil was rusted you can clearly see that. I don't care how old the unit is. Was told evaporator coil to replace it would be 5000 dollars. Since your system is old. A new unit would do. Quoted price 12.000. A lot more than what I owe for my car. I have a block I had around my ac unit outside. If you checking for a refrigerant leak there was no need to tear it off my unit. I have a dog that protects him from chewing through my pipes in the back of it. Oh and before you say the tech didn't do that here are the pics. If I do decide to get a new unit which I will not it won't be through your company.

Update on situation
Been busy but had to do a followup.

Went and bought 2 new AC window units months ago under 500 for both. Laughed at my neighbor's as I saw them hanging in their windows. Talk about cold. I can see why people have these. Electric bill has went down also. Don't know if I will get another HVAC or just keep these. That will be further on down the line. It still won't be with this company.

Contacted Rosenberg to determine why garage drain was overflowing. Came out on January 19 to respond to the problem. They determined that a line was clogged and cleared it easily. Was told that would be $351.

Our water softener flows into the garage drain. It was suggested by the service man that the softener was old and too small to service our home and recommended replacement. We were told a state of the art system that uses cylinders and not salt crystals was recommended. It installs into the wall.

We also discovered a kitchen sink leak. They determined it was a problem with the sink faucet seal or something. We also found a loose faucet connection in the primary bath. A new faucet apparatus was recommended for the kitchen.

The repair man offered to do everything for $4100, including a complimentary service agreement. We felt we needed to make an immediate decision so we said yes, having no idea what a state of the art softener system costs.

Later, friends and family said that we had gotten "ripped off." I then did some online searches about Atlas Filtri systems and could not find one as costly as our system is apparently.

I will say that the work was done quickly and professionally, but as two retired couples on a limited income, we felt we were overcharged and therefore taken advantage of.

More disappointing is that Rosenberg Plumbing was recommended by someone who knows the Rosenberg family.

Had an awesome experience and Emmanuel was professional and super knowledgeable. He made sure I was aware and informed and I felt comfortable asking questions and learning the specific issues he was working on. Genuinely happy with the experience overall!

Mike and Felix did a surgically neat tankless installation for my family and stayed late on a Friday to make sure the work was delivered within the agreed-upon time frame. We're very grateful for their skillful work and we will be contacting Rosenberg Plumbing for any future projects. Thanks, guys.

Mike and his partner did an excellent job. We just moved into our new home and unfortunately we ran into an issue. They quickly identified the issue and corrected it. They were also able to provide us a quote for a water softener.

The Rosenberg HVAC team replaced our heating and A/C system recently and we could not be happier with their work and their team. Joe, was great about answering questions throughout decision-making, and following up on details once we decided on the system. Edgar led the install team. He, Joaquin and Tomas were friendly and efficient, fully cleared and cleaned the work areas, and made sure we were satisfied with the install before they left. Our system is quiet and performing beautifully. Rosenberg is an honest, efficient, professional team and it was our pleasure to do business with them.

Derrick Rogers represented Rosenberg Plumbing & Air in the best possible way today! Apart from regular maintenance he was scheduled for today, he resolved our huge problem with our bedroom cooling. The space was at least 5-8 degrees warmer than the rest of the house and nobody could figure out what the problem was. Derrick fixed it !!! He also adjusted all vents so the cooling will reach right spots, which was crucial for our 2 story high living room. This guy knows everything he should know to be outstanding technician. We will request him every time. And , by the way, Rosenberg company is , in my opinion, the best in San Antonio. We were lucky to find them.

moved into my " new to me" home which one month prior Rosenberg plumbing had replaced the water heater..

first day water heater leak.

Then used their hvac service.. they want $60 to add a 1oz simple green to clean the drain and the technician took 3.25 hours for the hvac inspection......

then spent 30 minutes trying to talk me into add- ons I said I did not want.

Tired of their over promise and under deliver... my new service company cleans my drain which is included in the annual price.

Dominic and Jaylen came out SAME DAY to unblock my main sewer line. They removed and reset the toilet. They actually leveled it because it was a bit tilted. But mainly, they snaked the line twice and repeatedly placed a camera down the line until they were successful clearing a blockage. Dominic kept me informed the whole time even showing me the camera view of my main sewer line. They were GREAT. Very courteous, friendly and professional. Thank you for saving my weekend!! -Trish

Called Rosenberg on Sunday afternoon, left message with answering service for non-emergency situation, expected a call back the next business day. Instead, I was called within a few minutes by a Roseberg rep, who scheduled a tech for us the next day. When Emmanuel, the tech, arrived, he was professional, patient, and pleasant. He expertly answered the over-abundance of questions my husband and I both asked, several repeatedly, as absorbed the info he offered. We never felt pressure, just educated on options, ranging from whether we wanted to just-get-system-operational again, to full replacement, given the recurring and plentiful problems our current system has gifted us. Very pleased we called Rosenberg!
