It’s time to have my furnaces serviced. Technician Brett Johnson was great. He arrived right on time and was very thorough in his work. He made sure to explain to me all that he had done with my units. Brett is also a nice & personable guy. He took the time to answer all of my questions in a very clear manner. Now I have peace of mind knowing that I’ll be ok during the upcoming winter months.

One thing I like most is the prompt response whenever I called. Brad Peacock is the technician I have today. He is friendly and courteous. He did the diagnostic right away. He was thorough and knowledgeable. Pleasant experience with him.

Brad did an outstanding job as always! Brad serviced my four HVAC systems and ensured they were ready for winter. He identified an issue with the heat strips in my Trane system. He is very persistent in diagnosing the issue and recommending solutions!!! I highly recommend Brad for any HVAC service or repair!

If you choose TemperaturePro, you are actually supporting our San Antonio community. Courtney, the owner of TemperaturePro, was very easy to communicate and she was open to hear for pricing and scheduling. And I didn’t feel any sketchy marketing sales feeling at all. She came here for us to propose the best solution they can offer clearly. Even I had a better price quote at that time, I signed bc her offer was very professional, clear and fast delivery. Next day, Antonio and his team was working so professionally and explained all the details and tips to maintain AC in good shape. Whole installation was completed in about 2 hours and checking all the corners. And new ac is working so good now. I am exiting about their follow up for the next season and more. All this great experience turned me as an active promoter for her business for my friends in SATX.

Josh did and outstanding job. We really hated to lose Austin, but Josh picked right up where Austin left off. Looking forward to working with him in the future.

Ovie Rodriguez was our technician today for Temperature Pro and he was very courteous, knowledgeable and considerate of our time. He texted to let us know he was on his way, gave exact feedback on how the air conditioner was performing and what he repaired and the cost. No hidden fees! It’s nice to know there are reputable businesses out here and that you can count on them for your AC needs! 😊

Our AC stopped working in the middle of July. Called the office and a human picked up the phone and made an appointment for that same day. No voicemail, no AI chat bat, no endless menu prompts, glad a kind human picked up the phone and quickly made an appointment. Technician Joel Rubio arrived at the beginning of the scheduled time and quickly found the problem. He cleaned the drain line and the unit starting working again. This included taking the drain line of our sink apart and cleaning the inside of the p trap. Unit was back up and running quickly. Thanks Joel!

Ovie Rodriguez did a great job repairing a problem with some leaking in a blocked drain line for the main HVAC unit in our house. He was thorough, professional, very friendly, and explained everything he worked on for us–complete with photos. Highly recommended!

I recently had the pleasure of working with Mr.Jash Diaz from temperature true who provided exceptional air conditioning service. Not only was he highly skilled and professional, but he also demonstrated excellent punctuality and fairness throughout the process.

His attention to detail and willingness to go above and beyond to ensure my air conditioning unit was functioning optimally was greatly appreciated. I would highly recommend Mr. Jash Diaz for any air conditioning needs due to his outstanding service and dependability.

I purchased a new HVAC system six months ago. Everything is working great. The six month maintenance was completed and a minor repair was needed but was fully covered under the warranty. I would recommend TempPro.

Professional, informative, friendly and kind are just a few words I would use to describe Ovie! This is the second time he’s been to my house and handled what I needed smoother and faster than any other service I’ve used. I don’t wanna have to have service on any of my large appliances, but if I had to, I would choose Ovie every time.

Josh Diez came to our new home to cut a hole in the ceiling and put in a register for a vent that the builder sealed over in my kitchen. He was very punctual and professional and easy to talk to when he told me about other services the company offered. I am very happy with his company.

Brad Peacock went above and beyond anything I have ever had in customer service. He was honest, through and took time explaining everything to me. The offered different solutions to fix an old unit and worked with me in every aspect of things. I was so very impressed with Brad and Courtney. This company really, really takes the time to listen and give you options that are best for you, not just like so many other places that only are concerned with selling you something new. I would highly recommend this company for any and all you needs!

I also want to note that TemperaturePro is now doing Plumbing, and just as with the Heating/Air side, they do excellent work in this area as well. Clay was excellent and so wonderful when he came out. I cannot say enough good things about him and all the people at TemperaturePro! They are without a doubt the best and I trust them totally! Honest, reliable, go above and beyond! The customer service that they give is the best I have every seen!
