I have been using Countywide for several years now and they are incredibly responsive. Each technician that comes out is professional and will go the extra step to teach me simple things I can do to help my ac work more efficiently. This visit, Roger came out and helped troubleshoot a situation that happened due to CPS working behind my house. He visited with the CPS tech and we were able to come up with a resolution. I cannot tell you how much I appreciate him going the extra step. I cannot say enough about the response time. From the time I called countywide to the time Roger left it was less than a hour and a half. Thank you Countywide for the excellent service!

I have used County Wide for a very long time--since I purchased my home in 1996. They are very reliable and are very prompt in their service. In fact, they are very proactive---they call me to schedule my annual service maintenance check on the equipment. The technicians are courteous and friendly and knowledgeable and offer suggestions on how to use my equipment properly. Thankyou for all that you do.

technician was extremely polite. Listened to my concerns with the toilet. Then recommended several options. We will be using them as our plumber from now on!

This is a great and trustworthy company. Don't hesitate to use them. Our entire AC system went down and we had to suddenly spend thousands to have it replaced. It could have been overwhelming but they made it easy to get financing online and they were able to replace it the next day. It was over a 100 degrees in SA so we were so grateful for there diligence and hardwork. I trust them and so does the rest of my family. It could've been such a terrible situation but they made it easy on us.

We needed a diagnostic reading on our ac system for my home insurance so they can get it fixed . An employee by the name of Josh came out to our home that same day. He did a diagnostic test for us. Found the problem and explained how that particular part could have went out. Well he actually had the part we needed with him in his work van. He told us how much it would cost to fix it right then and there. And he also told us he would have to come back at a later time since we were going through home insurance. We told him to go ahead and replace the part right then and there and we will deal with a reimbursement from our insurance company on our own time so he emailed the diagnostic test results to us, We needed our cold air working asap! It only took him a few minutes to replace. Josh did a great job!!! Very professional and informative. He also let us know about other services they have that could benefit us for our ac system in the future. We will definitely be calling them back if needed. And I will now email the receipt and diagnostic test to my home insurance so I can get reimbursed. Thank you county wide service!

County Wide has been my go to A/C company for the last ten years. I have a service contract with them and they come twice a year to clean and inspect the units - before winter, and before summer. I especially like service agent Tim - he's knowledgeable, courteous and friendly. Any questions, he'll answer them.

In addition - whenever something is wrong with one of my systems, I call them and they send someone out the SAME DAY. I have never had to wait until the next day for service.

They are courteous and respectful of my home and property as well.

We used to use County Wide but stopped two years ago because of poor service. The repairman they sent back then spent 20 minutes looking at our unit and told us we needed a totally new one and then went into sales mode. Even though we told him we were not going to buy a new unit he spent more time trying to sell us one then he did finding the problem wit the one we had. When he left we called a different service who repaired our system in two hours and it worked perfectly since.

However, this time our unit went out Friday night, and we didn't know if our regular service worked on Saturday. County Wide is good for coming at all days and times so we gave it a try. This time the repairman correctly diagnosed a faulty fan but wanted $550 for a replacement with a 30-day warranty (longer warranties cost more). Our regular service called and said they could come out so we declined CW's offer. To their credit they only charged us for the service call. Meanwhile our regular service replaced the fan unit for $350 with a 3-year warranty.

County Wide is good about coming in an emergency (and in this heat that's a good thing) but you have to be prepared for sketchy diagnosis and high prices for replacement parts. This is why we stopped using them in the first place.

County Wide has been our Service Company for many years. All the
folks there are pleasant and friendly. Technician Louis Gonzalez has been
with them and there for us throughout the many years which included
replacing heating and cooling units and duct replacement as well as
twice annual inspection service. I wouldn't consider calling anyone else
for service.
10 June 2021 - Update. Summer system check performed today. Technician Louis was on time, efficient and thorough. We are confident that the service we have always received from this company is what we expect and have never been disappointed. five stars!!

I was very happy with their quick response to my email contact (I emailed them later at night and the reached out to me the very next morning) and that they could come out the very same day to service my AC. The technician was polite, thorough, and addressed all my questions. I've always used county wide but it had been a few years since I've had them come maintenance my AC especially with the whole pandemic going on. I'm truly grateful that they also follow the CDC proticols to keep their customers and themselves healthy.

The County Wide crew did an outstanding job for us. On time as scheduled, great communication throughout the job and very professional guys. They replaced old deteriorated ducts with all new material and brought our overflow pan up to code. They made modifications to make the job correct and not just to get by. The charge was exactly as bid even though I think they went above and beyond. Would highly recommend these guys and will always use them for future work! 10 stars

I am very happy with County Wide Service Co. My AC went out, in August, and they were able to send someone out within a few hours to get me up and running again. So thankful for the quick service. Unfortunately, the old system was caput and I had to have a new system put in. Their team was able to schedule the install of the new system for the next day and had it nice and cool by the end of the day. Great, hard-working company. Very happy to have found them.

I have used County Wide for at least 25 years. The service has always been prompt and professional. I know the service people by name and I know that each person has the skills to do the job effectively.

These guys are awesome. My A/C had gone out, so I called these guys. It was our first time using this service and I will definitely recommend them to anyone with A/C issues. Primo Gutierrez was our service Technician and he was very professional and Responded quickly. Mr. Gutierrez took his time and did not rush. When he was done he explained the service and what to expect. Mr. Gutierrez also took the time to not only fix our A/C unit but clean it out as well. I am very thankful.

This paragraph is my update. I am so grateful that I have County Wide plumbing! I am also happy to have a service contract with both, the Plumbing department and the HVAC department. Plumbing visited me yesterday, October 1, 2025. Mr. Ruben Rodriguez was very helpful, and very professional. He very much solved my problems within very little time. The professional communication to client understanding was awesome. The experience that I get from HVAC is the same. Thanks County Wide for also having a great plumbing Department.

I have been with County Wide for at least 27 if not more years. They are always on time and have the greatest service and greatest communication skills. Knowing that I will have the best prices possible and the parts and work are guaranteed is comforting.

Our bi-annual plumbing inspection was conducted by Korey Wiseman of County Wide Service Company. Mr. Wiseman was punctual, courteous, professional, efficient & very knowledgeable. I strongly recommend this individual & his company for anyone that might need residential plumbing repairs or upgrades.

I needed to have a smart thermostat installed in my home, after two other AC companies bailed on it. I finally contacted this company and they accepted my request and had it done the same day!!! Less than 3 hours after I called. A little pricey but I think it’s worth every penny. The repair man was amazing and helpful and he did a very good job. He also made sure my product worked and went above and beyond, very pleased with this company and will use again if I have AC issues.

This was the most professional company we have ever worked with. They we're friendly, knowledgeable did a great job of cleaning up after themselves. They kept us informed throughout the entire install. The install was completed in the allotted time they said it would be. The names I remember we're Thomas, Roland and Stephen. All great workers. Jonathan did a great job explaining the different systems to us and helping us select the right one for our home. Thank you all for a great experience.

Joquin was very helpful with installing my dryer vent and very respectful! Appreciated his service very much. Showed up earlier than expected which was perfect and came back when I didn’t have the right piece. He was able to fix my issue the same day!
