We had a problem where one zone of our sprinkler system would not turn off unless the main valve from the street was turned off. Ruben showed up early and did some troubleshooting and was able to turn off water to the sprinkler system but allow water to the house. Very impressed with his work.

I am at a point in my life where I can no longer do these repairs for myself. I haven't priced a fill valve lately; I would think it’s around $20. I realize I’m paying for convenience and somebody else’s skill set.
In my opinion, the price was exorbitant at $165.

I had a fantastic experience yesterday with Cowboy AC’s Team members, Robert and Jesus. They came to my house to clean my air ducts. What an incredible gift it is to have this service. I never realized how much dirt and dust was collecting in there. Wow! My husband and I could tell the difference right away. We slept so much better last night.

Cowboys Air came to my house in October 2025 to solve the issue with my AC which not cooling efficiently. First they sent a technician named Martinez who did a long and meticulous evaluation and problem finding and at the end he thought all findings lead to some sort of Freon-leak in the system and called up office to do a detailed detection. Jose was the next Cowboy Air technician who came over and truly did exceptional, skillful and detailed leak detection. He found a leaky Coil is the cause. Next day, two other fully qualified and courteous technicians came over and replaced the faulty/leaky coil without any issue. They did it exceptionally well, skillfully and timely. They cleaned well after job was completed and invited me to inspect. I was extremely happy and satisfied with these two outstanding technicians’ work- the best I’ve ever seen. They named John and Shawn. Thanks guys. My AC issues are resolved and we are enjoying our cool house. All from start to finish, my experience with Cowboys Air is really pleasant and troublesome-free. They showed why I think they’re the best, trouble free and real AC issues solvers. They have technicians that are simply the best in AC fixing business. Called to get heat/ac checked. I appreciate the explanation of what needed to be done & why. Daren Crabtree was very polite & patient as I don’t know hvac terminology or how the system works (the parts I can’t see) and Armando did a fantastic l, very clean, & thorough installation of a new 3 ton evaporator coil & case. Our home is going on 3 years old and we had it serviced last year by a different company. The technician that came out had explained that our system was low and it could of been when they installed the system that they never topped it off with Freon. So they topped it off and added dye just in case it had a leak. I called them back five different times in a two week time. At this point I started looking for someone else and that night I saw a TV commercial from Cowboy's and decided to give them a call and I'm glad I did.
I was worried about calling a big company to service my home BUT from start to finish it was a great experience. First off to the women that took my call was very professional, set up my appointment with a same day service ( I called around 11:30 am ) and was offered several times to choose from. The technician that came out was Javier. I spoke with him several times over the phone being that I was on my way home from work and my wife said its up to me what I want to have done. Once I got home I was surprised he had shoe covers on big plus to see that the company cares on keeping your house clean. Then he told me a few different options on getting it fixed. I explained to him I was having a couple of events that our family will be hosting and really just need to get thru the next few days / weeks of our crazy and unpredictable warm weather. So he got us back up and running. Then before he left he had already scheduled me to come back at the begin of the year to find out where the system is leaking from. I would recommend cowboys to all my family and friends 10 out of 10 service. Cowboy's has done a extremely great job on the staff you have working for you. You have another customer for life now....
