Excellent service from Wilks in the many years we have used them. Arrived promptly as scheduled and quickly diagnosed the problem. Completed repairs and submitted a fair bill. Service person was friendly and knowledgeable.

I had called Wilks Air during the summer for an AC repair when ours stopped cooling. Ended up signing up for their yearly maintenance plan and so glad we did. Our AC has had the same issue twice since the initial visit and both times they were prompt to come out (same day service) and the techs were kind and informative. We were not charged for either of those additional visits due to their service warranty and the AC is finally back in business. Highly recommend this company!

The only heating and HVAC company we use. Prompt and friendly service. Heat had went out in our trailer with our grandson, wife and infant living there. Wilks was there 1st thing the next morning. Also woke up to our heat not working at the big house. They were able to take care of us also.

Another company came yesterday didn't troubleshoot correctly went straight to the most expensive repair possible and or complete system replacement.

Very pleased with my first AC service. Flushed the drain and checked put how thr AC was functioning. Angel was veryry polite and clean. I purchased the standard annual service.

I highly recommend Wilks Air Conditioning & Heating! My heat pump wasn't heating or cooling (and you need both on any given day in this Texas weather). Rick came out, figured out the issue and fixed it- and you could tell he knew his stuff. He was professional, knowledgeable, and explained everything clearly. Great service from start to finish—thank you !! 5 stars!

I Highly recommend Wilks for your AC-Heating Needs! Because of my past experiences with Wilks in keeping my 23yr old unit running as long as they could, when I finally had to break down and buy a complete new unit, I called Wilks. The entire process from my first call to request pricing to the cleanup of the site could not have gone smoother. Everyone is so nice and pleasant.there! GREAT COMPANY!

Very quick and professional response to repair my A/C unit on a Saturday at a fair cost.
