I recently had an A/C installed and the crew was great, they arrived when scheduled and communicated well also, explained what they were doing and told me what type of filter was best to install. When finished they did make sure units were working correctly & picked up all trash & area. Thank you so much.

I am beyond unsatisfied. Installed our unit saying we didn't need a new thermostat , then our house cought on fire from the unit not running correctly due to NOT having a new thermostat.. They did not put in a new drip pan even tho the original one was old and breaking.. lovely to see water pouring in my Livingroom and mean while no one has actually come to fix it. They sent one service guy who suggested us to fix our pan crack with gum

Had an issue with my AC and they came out a diagnosed it was the unit inside. They ended up getting me a really good deal on a a system and had it all installed and running in 3 days. Team was very professional and was awesome.

I would leave more stars if I could. I got home from out of town today and walked into a broken ac and my house at 97 degrees. too hot for my kids to even step in so we had to stay in the car. I called them and they were so sympathetic to my situation and got me helped as soon as possible. I’m so grateful. They showed up knew the problem within seconds and had cold air running in 5 minutes. The best customer service I’ve received in a while. Thank you💕

My home ac was in need of replacement. Ernesto came to my home and provided me several options. I picked a replacement as my current unit was out dated and in need of repairs. The replacement units where a better value. Cool components arrived on time a did exactly what was told to me they would do. Very professional organized company. I will recommend to family and friends.

They did work at my house and the job was horrible, my kid could do better. I have mold coming out again when it rains. Cracks in the ceiling and they did a half as job. If your going to do work for somone do it right the first time. I will never hire this company again.

They arrived on time, assessed the situation thoroughly, and provided a detailed explanation of the replacement process. I chose this company because of their pitch when they showed up at my home to do the assessment but tbh if I’m being honest I would’ve rather went with a different company because when they showed up a the gentleman performing the assessment was real nice and told me which areas were lacking. He ran a blower inside the home and pointed out how the back door was releasing air then addressed the insulation in the house. He put that I needed a carbon monoxide detector which was a help because you never know right?

Well the day came for the crew to come and they came out to do the attic and that’s pretty much it. I asked them about the back door and they said it was fine which was confusing to me because the other gentlemen said it needed to be sealed. That was one mistake and then they also told me that they forgot the batteries to the carbon monoxide detector that was already installed into the wall of my room. I said it was okay and they told me that there was no worries because when they conduct “a final inspection” that they would bring the batteries and have someone recheck the back door for me. I was satisfied thinking they would make it right. Well the following few days I receive a call from them and I’m thinking it’s for the final check but it turns out that it’s just one of the employees that forgot to check the gas appliances. I mentioned about the batteries and sealing up the back door & he pretty much said to contact them so I did and the women I spoke to (I believe her name was Kayla) told me that she would stop by Sunday and leave the batteries in my mail box. Welp Sunday came and nothing… I never received a call to make sure I was satisfied or anything… once this company has you sign the dotted line they won’t care about you anymore. They’ll sell you a pitch then not follow through on things they promise. I also want to note that the day of the insulation installation I requested to see pictures of the before and after so I called on a Friday and was told that they would be texting me them first thing Monday morning. Lol as you can guess, they never sent anything either.

Good company but I think they need to work on getting better first instead of working with CPS energy because they obviously can’t handle the work load of clientele
