This is a locally owned family company, not owned by a private equity firm. Let’s keep our hard earned San Antonio dollars right here in San Antonio! This company strives to give solid service, honest solutions with NO upselling of any kind. Customers should know their options and make decisions theirselves without a technician sales person, pushing them to make unnecessary repairs or upgrades.

The day my heating unit went down it was an extremely cold morning with snow and ice and 17 degree temperature. Not ideal working conditions. The service man arrived within a couple of hours of my calling and despite the weather he was pleasant, polite and patient as he listen to the details of my heating unit's problems. Later I found him to be very knowledgeable in what he was doing to putting this unit back in service. Which made me very happy.

The crew from Alamo Comfort did a great job of replacing our ductwork under extreme conditions. They were courteous, friendly and hardworking.

We were told by another air conditioning company that our Trane unit could not be repaired and that we would have to buy another unit (22k was the quote). Such great service! We needed a service call on the Saturday of Labor Day Weekend and our tech, Daniel arrived promptly and he cheerfully checked out the system. We really appreciate this level of service!

Alamo Comfort did all things well. First, they communicated clearly and often. I was alerted when the technician was running a bit late (but still within the window of arrival) and when he had an estimated time of arrival. Second, the technician was extremely nice and knowledgeable. He cleaned up his work space and clearly communicated the condition of our units. Price is very comparable to others we've had work on our units. I plan to use them again.

Roman, the service tech, was very knowledgeable and personable. He quickly unclogged the condensation drain, and corrected a wiring problem with the drain line overflow cutoff switch. He then inspected the blower system and the compressor system for proper operation. I will use these folks again!

Ed did an excellent job servicing my system! He is very knowledgeable and thorough with his work! Also walked me through everything he was doing and gave an explanation easy for me to understand! I highly recommend Alamo Comfort and will be using them again!
