Definitely a company that exemplifies “value.” Guy took time to work through the problem, not make assumptions, and then take appropriate action to resolve the problem. Hoping not to have to call them again soon but I won’t hesitate if I need too. Would recommend to anyone.

Called Wilks Air to take a look at A/C unit which was not running. They came out sooner than expected and quickly got it working. Great customer service and trustworthy. Would recommend them highly.

Wilks A/C company is hands down the best company you can ever call for your A/C needs. Reasonable, reputable and friendly. They never try to sell you something you don’t need. I have used them for 25 years and would never call anyone else. My Kids are grown and are using them as well!! Highly recommend Wilks!!! You won’t regret it! Shout out to Zach who was our Tech. He is great!!

Everyone I have ever dealt with at Wilks is 100% professional (scheduler, sales, installation and service). I have a service agreement with them on two systems in my house (1 system is older/original and the other system is a new Bosch that Wilks installed). The installation of the Bosch heat pump was a great experience. They had to work around some tight challenges in the attic. That system is now 2 years old and has been awesome. The installation crew was top notch. The mechanics that have provided the twice annual service, like Zach who performed my service in early May, have all been very good. They provide a detailed explanation of what they are going to do and review all the pressure and temperature readings contained in their detailed report for each system. They always pay attention to cleanliness, and leaving everything like it was when they arrived, or better. I retired from 35 years working for a major air-conditioning manufacturer, and I have always felt confident that the Wilks team knows their stuff, and customer satisfaction is a top priority.

Our experience with this company has been great since we first contacted them for a new A/C several years ago. They have been nothing but professional, efficient, proactive and courteous. Very polite group of professionals. They are quick to return phone calls, great with setting up the appointments, and the service is always top-notch when the technicians arrive. Great service. I have had wilks as my maintenance people for quite some time. They have always been straight forward with me. Finally had to have one of our systems replaced after 17 years. They have certainly taken good care of us to make our system last that long. Would highly recommend them

As always, it was a great experience to have Wilks come for our semi-annual inspection. The technician was extremely professional and very friendly. We received a report detailing what actions were taken and a list of the electrical parameters for our system. I have and will continue to recommend Wilks to all of my friends and family. A+ job!!

Wilks AC and Heating is a honest company. They ensure your units/systems work properly They do not pressure you to purchase products or upgrades not needed. Phone schedulers are friendly and the Technicians are prompt, thorough, and courteous. Highly recommend this company.
