Alamo Comfort Air has now worked on both my Commercial business and this week they worked on my home system. The tech came in and was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He found the issue in my attic that I was having because my unit was falling behind in the afternoons. He then cleaned and checked my outside unit and was completed the service in less than an hour. Please use Alamo Comfort! I highly recommend.

I originally gave this company a 2 star rating because there was some miscommunication. I was charged when I thought it was a free estimate. Maria called me and apologized for the mishap. She offered to issue me a refund for the charges. This is great customer service. They really care about their customers. I would recommend them because they reached out to me and made it right.

I called over the weekend for an emergency repair on my apartments ac, Rusty got back to me quickly and made sure to reassure me that they would be out asap. Roman was the technician who came out, he was very nice, within 20-30 minutes my ac was cooling. I’m so grateful for Alamo Comfort especially as the summers get hotter and longer.

After some good reviews on the Southtown FB page, I gave Alamo Comfort a call when my AC quit cooling. The technician was professional and knowledgeable, fixed the problem quickly, and got the temperature back to what I needed. Can’t ask for anything more!

Alamo Comfort Heating & Air Conditioning was very responsive, quick with a resolution and implementation, and fairly priced. They replaced one unit and demoed an existing supply plenum, rebuilt and installed a new supply plenum, and installed 12 manual dampers all in less than a day!

We had an issue with our AC unit and gave Alamo Comfort a call to get a quote. I sent some pictures to them of the gap in our system and had an estimate from Rusty within an hour. A technician was scheduled and arrived within three hours! Eddie M. arrived in a marked van and got to work immediately. He Repaired the unit in under an hour and showed us pictures of the unit after the work was completed. The repair looked wonderful. Within an hour of completion of the work, we could tell a big difference in the temperature in the house. We will definitely be using Alamo Comfort as our new AC company and will highly recommend them to anybody looking for AC and heating services. Rusty also knocked it out of the park, as far as customer service goes. He was extremely responsive and friendly, as was the office staff. A class act all the way around! If you need AC/heating work, give Alamo Comfort a call!

We've had great service from Alamo Comfort. They are very thorough in their bi-annual inspections and maintenance and are very good about coming out quickly when we've had any issues with our units.

Arrived quickly, polite, efficient and knowledgeable. Roman did the routine maintenance. He located and fixed the backed up pipe, removed avcumulated water in water heater overflow tray and rewired the sensor. Everything was tested snd in good order before he left. Price was very reasonable.

Completely recommend!!! Our fan motor went out and another company told us a part would take several days or up to six WEEKS to come in. We called Alamo Comfort for a second opinion and they were able to find the part in just a few hours AND come out after hours to make the repair same day! Roman was incredibly nice, professional, and knowledgeable. He worked late to make sure our family didn’t have to spend another night without AC. Will definitely use them from now on.

We woke up to a freezing house and made a call to Alamo Comfort. They were out within the hour, diagnosed the heating issue, and had it repaired before the day was over. The entire staff was incredibly responsive and kind. The work was done well and on budget. I expect Alamo will be our first call for all HVAC issues in the future.

Blower motor went out during a prolonged hard freeze situation. They sent someone out the same day and replaced it so I didn’t have to spend a second night with 30 degree temps in my house. Happy with the results and the prompt service. Two thumbs up!

After three failed window a/c units in my garage, I reached out for mini split quotes. Rusty from Alamo Comfort responded immediately. He suggested a mini split unit with a ceiling cassette because of my lack of wall space. The Alamo Comfort installation crew, the construction and electrical subcontractors, and the office staff were all a pleasure to work with. The cost was very reasonable. The unit has a 10-year parts warranty. Now that I've used it for a few days, I'm more impressed with the modes and features the unit has. I highly recommend Alamo Comfort. I wish all contractor companies did business like Alamo Comfort.
