I have a maintenance contract with champion Home Services and every time they send someone they have terrific service. In this case Mario came over and he was so knowledgeable he cleaned my system very well he let me know that other items are of concern to be replaced he was very professional easy to understand in this complicated world of air conditions and heaters but he made it sound easy he's such a gentleman very courteous very respectful of my property thank you Champion Home services for your choice in Mario as an employee he values your company.

I called Champions for a winter “ tune up” and took them up on their $89 offer… and SO GLAD I did!! Everyone I spoke to is very professional and they communicate well to let you know what to expect.
Jez was my tech and he not only arrived on time but called the day of to give me a heads up on his way here. He went above and beyond in explaining everything he did and how my system was working. He also provided his knowledge to help with my thermostat and in SO GRATEFUL!! I will be using them again!! Thank you, Jez!!

I have had them come out twice and loved that they sent the same tech both times as it makes it so much easier. We had Jason M come out for a normal hvac cleaning and knew we would need more as we just bought a new to us home. He checked everything thoroughly and communicated with me. He took pictures to show me what was being seen and what was being done. He worked around the move in mess and the nasty mess the old owners left. He was professional and worked with tact and discretion. He was just great! I also loved that as a fist time home buyer and so unsure what I needed, when I called the few ladies I spoke to were so helpful and just laughed with me as I I tried to translate what services I needed.

I work with plumper and recon and mitigation people all day and it’s nice to see that out side of the people I work with (out of this area) people are still respectful and hard working.

Brian from Champion Home Services provided excellent service when coming to check my ac unit. He was thorough and answered my questions without hesitation. He provided me with suggestions but was not pushy like a salesman. Thank you for talking me through what you were doing and everything you completed.

Champion AC has been amazing to work with. this lates interaction with Jason M was absolutely a pleasure. Jason had to come out twice to take care of an issue be a subsequent issue and he did this with a smile on and a polite attitude. He shared his findings and and recommendations and wasn’t pushy about any of it. He really made it easy to do business and plan for next steps. 5 star interaction indeed.

Rodney was very thorough inspecting both our units. He explained how our unit works since we never had a heat pump. We asked several questions which he took his time answering them. We got the service agreement so we can continue getting great service twice a year.

First off, Miguel was prompt and showed up on time. He was able to quickly diagnose the problem in my outside condenser unit. He offered me a few options with pricing, and informed me about the different service plans they offer, which was very helpful. He was very professional, detailed, and thorough in his work. I want to thank Miguel and Champion for the easy process.

I had my winter service performed today. My technician, Jason Maldonado, did an amazing job explaining what he was doing with my unit to assure it would run properly and made recommendations, but did not apply any pressure, which I sincerely appreciated. Even took some time to check what my service plan offers along with providing discounts. Couldn’t be happier with Jason - thanks Jason!! Keep up the good work.

He sat down and walked me through all his work and explained all his findings in easy-to-understand language. He offered a number of solutions tailored to my systems and I appreciated being able to discuss each in great detail. He is a wonderful technician and I am very happy being a Champion customer. Mario Guerra came out and serviced my A/C on 02/03/2026. I have been working with Champion AC for about 9 years now and service has always been excellent. In addition to service, They will suggest what needs to be done and give you quotes but it is always up to the customer and discretion on what they want done. I am pleased with the service I always receive
