Don't waste your time here. This place will only sell to you if your a "licensed" electrician. Not for public/personal purchase. I did call before stopping here and got the opposite response.

Was told to come in with photos to get some parts, drove a half hour across town for the counter guys to tell me to pound sand and read their online catalog (everything is out of stock).

Been using Ferguson's for my Daikin and Bosch purchases for about 6 months now. Counter does a great job, outside sales are resources, they do not just take a transactional approach to sales, but rather identify needs withing your organization so they can be a resource. I'm impressed, not a lot of HVAC Distribution outlets take this approach, and I appreciate it! JECIII

I been having problems with my AC unit turning off when it will get over 100, I had American home shield insurance that did nothing for me but just take my money. American Home Shield sent a HVAC tech from San Antonio cool zone LLC that told me I needed a new compressor. I watched few videos on YouTube an all I needed was the contactor! From $1,500 that I was told the compressor would cost me it went to $15 contactor! Ferguson HVAC supply has AC parts! It's a good store! I definitely recommend it.

I spent a good 20 minutes talking with her on the phone, as she very patiently walked me thru finding the part that I was looking for, even sending text pictures of what they had available!
She DESERVES a nice RAISE!!

Today I was helped by Salesman 061 at the San Antonio HVAC customer walk in. He was very helpful and took the time to point out the difference between my old capacitor and the new one, marking the rusty old one so I could hook up the new one correctly. Voila! I have cool air! Thank you!
