I picked this place based on reviews and the amount received. It was an excellent strategy. Very nice and reasonable. Also super quick on troubleshooting what was going on and quickly repaired my AC. Appreciate it! I would say the price was very fair as well. Just an overall great experience.

Aaron, Ramon and the rest of the team are awesome. They installed an AC unit a little over a year ago. We recently had an issue with it and the FAN Blower failed. They came out the same day I called them and replaced it FREE of Charge. Finally a company that actually stands by their warranty. I highly recommend them to anyone needed AC / Heat services.

When our AC was in the fritz we decided to call Quality Star Services, based on the recommendation of some friends and neighbors. We were not disappointed! Aaron came out very quickly, diagnosed the problem, and fixed it. He even gave us some tips and advice for our AC, which we appreciated. We'll definitely be calling them again for any future repairs.

The technician (Aaron) was very polite and professional during the entire visit. All work being done was explained well and took the time and care to make sure a thorough job was done. Military friendly too! Only reason 4 stars instead of 5 is because the time window was missed and I had to reach out for updates. Still saw me same day which in 105 degree heat was crucial!

Not sure why some people want to b@s$& about the service... I am visiting my daughter and I’ve interacted with Ray twice now. He is very pleasant and tells me what he’s doing throughout the job. From my experience with him, I feel this company has great customer service and cares about its customers. When the air went out a month ago, Ray made sure to get here ASAP to get us up and running. Oh, the kid that was supposed to be here showed up late...but Ray replaced the unit mostly on his own! HE ROCKS!!
Cost wise, it is pretty comparable to others, but others didn’t have the quality customer service this company does!

I'm not an expert, nor have I watched enough YouTube videos to pretend to be one, but the job Aaron/Jared/Ramon did installing my new AC unit was fantastic - the kind of job a company can build reality TV shows around. They walked me through what was hurting my previous heating/cooling experience, and how they could help so that I was never in the dark about what I needed. There was no upfront cost, and even when I changed my mind about how to finance everything, they let me wait despite EVERYTHING already getting done. I really can't say enough good things about everyone involved. They were professional but conversational, and quick but still thorough (and I paid for ALL the trimmings). They were a stereotype (in the best way!) of the small business who cares about the customer experience but has the experience and acumen to execute a quality installation.

Great company! I’ve been using them for more than 15 years for three different homes. They always explain clearly what is going on with our system and recommend the best options for us even when it is less business for them. They have done maintenance, replaced ducting, installed a new air return, blown in insulation, and replaced an entire system for us. I’ve stopped getting second quotes on big jobs. It’s good to have someone we feel comfortable with.

We have had Ramon out when first our heater was not working and then our A/C. He is extremely professional, thorough, honest, and so kind. I really felt like he treated us like family and made sure we were taken care of. Couldn’t be happier with the service we received!

Today Ramon serviced my unit and was able to diagnose the problem with my AC within minutes. He was very professional and explained the issues at hand. He outlined the pricing of services and they were very comparable if not better than most company's and the quality of the work was fantastic.

Aaron came out on short notice in July when the temps were 105 degrees. Poor guy stayed until 7 pm working on my system. His prices were reasonable and he got my AC working again!!!! He was professional and friendly. I will use them again if needed, and will recommend him to friends and family.

This company is awesome!! Both heaters and AC units in our house were getting older and we knew we would have to replace them soon because they were installed in 2007. We had a Freon leak and originally called a big box company to come out and look at it. When the told me it was over $900 just for Freon + diag for the leak and other charges I abruptly asked them to leave. I then called a company that I believe only had 1 employee but only charged $220 to recharge. He informed me I need a condenser so I asked him to email a quote to fix it. I waited for this about a week and after calling twice, never did get that quote. That led me to quality star. I called, because by now the Freon was out again and a super nice lady said it would be a couple days before they could get to it. I was about to call other places when she called back and said that the tech would swing by on his way home for the night. They came by and were so professional and just had very good vibes, for that reason I had them quote two new heating and AC units. I did not even shop the price I was given because of their superior honesty and we now have all new heating and AC units. Absolutely wonderful company and the only place we will ever call for this stuff. In a world full of scammers and poor business practice I fell very lucky to have found such a great company. You will not be let down if you do business with them.
