I have been a customer of EZ Air Conditioning & Heating for the past 20 years and have never written a review. That changes today.
EZ AC&Heating creates value in every transaction, from the time Jimena answered the phone to the prompt and punctual arrival of Jaime Martinez and a second technician whose name escapes me (my apologies to him). Their ability to diagnose and fix the issue was second to none. I appreciate and praised their honesty about the issue and their efforts to fix it without significant costs.

Exceptional HVAC companies are hard to find. I should know, because I’ve hired a few in my lifetime and had gotten burned by a few. I was moving into San Antonio from DFW. I needed to search for a HVAC company to replace an HVAC unit at my new home. I conducted my due diligence from afar, and selected EZ Air. I had spoken to their general manager, Jonathan Hernandez, by phone on more than a dozen occasions, and he struck me as knowledgeable, professional, and a man who keeps to his to his word. And am I glad I did select the company because after meeting his crew on site, I realized what a great organization I had hired to do this work. They also exhibited the same knowledge and professionalism of their boss, as well as great people skills when communicating with their clients. I was also very impressed about how well they worked together as a team. Without a doubt, this is a company that you would want to hire to do your air and heating work. Thank you Jonathan and the team at EZ Air. I will certainly trust you to take care of all my HVAC needs in the future!

The EZ Air team is great to work with! From Jimena and Amanda answering the phone to the techs, Miles and Gerardo Aceves have been very responsive! They perform great work every time, go over in detail with me what has been done and what is needed. They are a great company!

Working with Joshua Villagrán today was a pleasure. We have used EZ AIRCONDITIONING for over eight years now. My husband and I enjoy getting to know all the technicians. But also knowing that after eight years, they still have many of the same technicians. Which says a lot for any company. Trusted company in our eyes. We highly recommend them.

Our Heat pump was 17 years and needed replacing soon. I had no idea who I was going to use. I had done some research on specific brands of heat pumps and decided to go with a Carrier heat pump. An article I read said it was the best in reliability. So, I went to the Carrier website to find a specific model. Next, I found a local company who serviced them. Finally, I looked at the Better Business Bureau for some suggestions and came across EZ Air Conditioning and Heating. They have an A+ rating from BBB. I have to say they are a first rate company. From the manager, Johnathan Hernandez, who sold us the unit, to all the installers, and to the Service Technician, Larry Hennen, who oversaw the final setup of the system were very courteous and professional. Jonathan and Larry were up front with everything. What they said they were going to do, they did. I am glad I discovered them! I highly recommend this company (a local San Antonio business) for HVAC service and installation.

I am very satisfied with the work/results of what EZ Air does in maintaining my HVAC system in peak operating condition. Service are also customer service friendly. No problems here. I also love the fact when my six month maintenance is due, they call me like clockwork, I don't have to call them. Great job guys!

YAY, finally found my permanent heat repair/maintenance company! My heat pump stopped heating/cooling over weekend. Took a chance based on their great reviews, and they responded quickly. Had a technician scheduled for 2-3p.m on Monday, he came promptly at 2. Robert was FANTASTIC! He was honest, very upfront on problem, what he could do, and how much total cost. NO trying to sell me stuff I didn't want, couldn't afford. EZ Air Conditioning & Heating and Robert are definitely a 5 star group and I HIGHLY recommend! Thank you again, Robert!
