We recently had our AC system breakdown on us and Zimmerman was our first and last call. Terry came out to help us with all our needs and he has the best customer service I've ever experienced. He was thorough and extremely knowledgeable. He was able to answer all the questions we bombarded him with. Terry was highly professional at all times and showed mastery in his craft. Great installation and no issues during or after. I will always recommend Zimmermann for the job to anyone in need.

I've installed new Carrier AC last year through this company and they have done a superb job as well as helped me save money compared to the original company who install the AC. Their company personnel including the manager Jonathan were very professional and courteous and did not disappoint my expectations. I highly recommend this company!

I called EZ air conditioning when my original installer was unable to take care of my air conditioner when we had a problem. EZ air’s service call was reasonably priced, but they do not apply the service call fee to your bill. They did go out and check my system and found the problem that my original installer missed. They fixed it quickly and for very reasonable price. There was another issue with my AC though, so they sent out an expert tech (with no additional service call fee). He was very knowledgeable and thorough. All of the billing, invoicing, estimates, everything was digital and I really like that. We approved the estimate and are waiting to schedule the other repair. I was really satisfied with EZ air conditioning, felt confident in their diagnosis, and did not feel taken advantage of. We will definitely call them again, if necessary. Maybe even before we call our original installer.

EZ Air Conditioning and Heating is Top-Notch from start to finish! Enrique was excellent in inspecting our home and suggesting fixes to problem areas (one too hot, one too cold). We had very specific requirements that were met with a smile and a "yes, we can do that". We wanted a Carrier Infinity product that they priced very competitively.

The installation and commissioning crew were superb! Arrived on time, worked diligently, cleaned up after themselves and were very respectful of the homeowner and any comments we had during installation. They went above and beyond to make this one-day install work.

And the Carrier Infinity system, having had it before in South Carolina, is exactly what we were looking for. It is already "learning" our home, adjusting accordingly and maintaining temp and humidity levels perfectly! SOOO worth the extra dollars.

All in all, we would highly recommend EZ Air Conditioning and Heating for installation of a new system. They handled all registration and rebates for our system and left us knowing how to operate what they installed. Can't wait to see their service in the coming years!!

EZ Air Conditioning and Heating did a fantastic job with the replacement of my HVAC system, throughout the entire process, from sales and installation, to a follow-up quality control review. The crew who performed the installation (Marco, Jose, and third gentleman whose name I didn't get) worked as a team, were very respectful of my home, and performed the installation like true professionals. The proposal that Enrique shared with me was the most transparent and well outlined compared to three other proposals I had received from big-name contractors. The price was also very competitive. Chris also did a great job explaining how the system operates, registering the product for warranties, and helping me fill out the CPS rebates. Before I hired EZ I had a very negative experience with a big-name contractor in town who had completely botched the job. Thankfully I found EZ and will definitely reach out to them when the time comes to have my second unit replaced or serviced. Thank you all!

Excellent! Decided to try them out via word of mouth. Was able to get same day appointment. The service tech (Robert Q.) was nice, courteous, thorough and quick! I asked if he wanted me to leave him be or stay around, and he was totally fine with either option! Charged a very fair price and fixed my issue quickly with my AC. Also wore blue shoe covers inside the house (definitely liked that as we don't wear shoes inside).
In conclusion:

Took a few business cards to hand out to others. I don't see a need to go to some other more expensive highly advertised companies when this company did the job just perfectly. Usually I may shop around for companies, but they hit it out of the park the first time. Bravo EZ Air. Cheers.

I have used EZ Air Conditioning and Heating for all my service and repair needs twice this year since my system is 24 years old. The technician James Lara came out on time and diagnosed the problem within minutes. He was knowledgeable and polite. He even wore the shoe covers in the house without even asking him to do so. He showed me the pictures and explained everything in detail and completed job in a professional manner. I am satisfied with the work he performed and I look forward to seeing him for the next maintenance check up. Thank you!

Just had our AC unit in the attic unclogged by Emmanuel Montoya Perez and mind you, he did come at the appropriate estimated time, but very unprepared to do his job. He asked ‘us’ if we had white vinegar so that ‘he’ may use it, it was a brand new bottle, and barely left us any of our own bottle. Then walking into our spare bath I see our hand towel wadded up on our sink soaked versus on the hand towel rack. He asked us earlier for hot water and the white vinegar to use, so I’m a little surprised that he didn’t ask us for an old towel to be used versus our spare bathroom hand towel.

EZ Air conditioning ,came out to check the air conditioner was having a little problems Thanks to the Gerardo Aceves -Lead Tech did an excellent job and checked everything out to make sure everything was running great I really appreciate it and will continue to use easy‘s air conditioning and their technicians are excellent at everything they do and double check everything. I had made an appointment with EZ Air Conditioning and Heating to take care of the wiring for my Carrier 2-stage system, as the previous contractor who installed the unit didn’t configure it for maximum efficiency. The team sent out James L., who was very knowledgeable, patient, and understanding. He genuinely cared about resolving my issue. James demonstrated the differences between running my AC unit in stage 1 and stage 2, thoroughly explaining how the process works. He ensured I was satisfied with the work done. I had an AC emergency during the 100+ degree weather week. It was a late appointment, and our technician serviced our AC on the spot. He was professional, knowledgeable, genuine, and honest about everything. We were up and running in no time!

I signed up for the maintenance service they offer twice a year. Within two weeks, another technician came out to perform maintenance. He showed me the pictures and explained everything in great detail. He suggested a couple of things that would help with maintenance and longevity. Shout out to Jaime and Robert; great job! THANK YOU both for all the hard work. I'm impressed with this company, and its prices are affordable!

unit installed on 02/11/21. We are very happy with our new A/C unit.
Everyone from the owner, office manage to the install team, were great to work with, very professional & hard working group of people. Install day was very cold & very rainy. The install team worked hard ALL Day to get the unit installed. When the going gets tough, the tough get going. And that they did that day. The owner, Mr. Zapata, came by after the install. He went over the new thermostat with us & also made sure we were happy with the install. We feel like they are a very reputable & honest company. We would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone.

Ez AC/Heating lived up to their reviews and BBB rating. I have to acknowledge the customer service from their office team along with Nick and Jaime who came out for their initial evaluation for my concerns of mold growth in my duct system. After evaluation, Nick informed me of the required product replacements necessary along with pictures of where the mold was. When speaking with Nick he gave me a sense of peace of mind and TRUST which is hard to come by these days and assured us they would provide the best work to meet the needs of my family.

I scheduled to proceed to have work done and they were on time for their appointment. Nick and Jaime went straight to work. When they finished up the team showed me around and I was very impressed with the workmanship throughout plenum and air ducts. Nick and this company have earned my service for any future needs.
