Omar was our tech for our air conditioner. We are beyond amazed with his professionalism, prompt response time, and knowledge of how our system works. We called around before we found Zimmerman. Every other company we called had long wait times. And August in Texas is hot, so we weren't too happy with that. They came out the same day, arrived early, and got our system going again. I am extremely satisfied with my overall experience. I highly recommend Omar. Thank you!!!

Our AC stopped cooling in the early morning of Memorial Day. We gave Zimmerman Services a call and they were able to come out same day and repair our AC very quickly. The technician, Albert, was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Also, I'd like to note that the lady who set our appointment over the phone was super sweet, which made me feel like we had definitely chosen the right company. I would recommend them and plan on using them again in future!

We’ve used Zimmerman at our home for everything involving our air and heating after hearing great things from my in-laws. They have. Not disappointed at all! They’re always on time, very professional, and get straight to the repairs/work needed. They’re also always great with my kids, but that’s never a requirement! We’ll always use Zimmerman, if possible, and I cannot say enough good things about the service that we have received.

I called today and needed same day service for an AC unit that wasn't cooling. They were able to accommodate my service request and were even able to come 3 hours ahead of schedule which in this heat is AWESOME!!! Omar was my technician he was very courteous, informative, and knowledgeable. He promptly diagnosed the system, went through the unit and made some recommendations. He welcomed me to walk through the inspection and repair work with him. He was very transparent and trustworthy. I would recommend Zimmerman Aor Conditioning and Heating to my friends and family, ask for Omar!

Had an issue with my AC. Called and they had someone out the same day, diagnosed the problem and worked diligently to solve the issue. The entire team was very helpful and professional, going above and beyond to ensure the issue was resolved. I cannot recommend them highly enough!

Zimmerman is a great company and has been servicing our HVAC units for 3 years. They are trustworthy and do not push unnecessary services or fixes on you.

AC has stopped working on us at 8:00pm at night and they were able to come out that evening before 9:00pm and fix the issue quickly and affordably.

For reasons unknown to me my thermostat kept resetting itself,  I did not think anything of it, I thought it needed a battery replacement, no Biggy. Then one day my AC/heating system went out. I heard a clunking sound and a bang, then it stopped working. I called Zimmerman Air Conditioning and Heating. They gave me a same-day appointment. They were upfront with the cost for them to come out and  give me a repair estimate. I had a bad thermostat; my blower motor went out and I had a damaged blower wheel assembly caused by a previous electrical surge and repairs. I had no clue what just had happened to my AC/Heating system, Dave the technician took his time and effort to help me understand what all that had gone wrong with my system. I was feeling hopeless and unsure about everything, but Dave answered all of my questions and concerns. I was very pleased and thankful that he was so helpful. They were so thorough that the owner Terry came out, and he was great,  he reassured me that I could be confident in their work and  the quality of the replacement equipment  that they utilized. Terry the owner meant business he had Max bring the replacement parts, making the work  that needed to be done quickly and very efficient. The company is very much invested in giving back to the community and has a special program available to clients in need of services with financial restrictions, I was able to utilize the program. I was so impressed by Zimmerman’s services,  I  never write reviews, because they are qualified professionals, but I had to. My system is now working fine, I am so happy with my  AC/heating system. I highly recommend their services.

Today on the coldest day of winter so far and snow on the ground our heater went on the blitz. I called Zimmerman AC and they were here in under an hour. I explained to Terry the issues at hand and what we have been dealing with ever since we replaced this unit a few years ago. We went out the unit and began to talk, about what had been serviced and worked just a month ago and all the service calls over the past couple years with this new system. Impressed doesn't even begin to cover it. He is knowledgeable and definitely knows what he's talking about, he is professional, courteous and well spoken. But the most important character trait That stands above all the rest is his ability and willingness to communicate. He informed and educated both my wife and myself to the point where we now understand why we have some of these issues and what needs to be done in order to correct them. We are extremely grateful we called Zimmerman. I'm actually looking forward to spending some money to correct the inefficient and subpar workmanship that has previously tested our patience and drained our wallet. Before choosing Zimmermann I received several quotes. However, after speaking with Trey and the recommendations from friends we knew whom we should choose.
I was very impressed with the install crew. They were extremely courteous and respectful of the property. They always made time during the install to answer any questions or concerns I had even though we had quite a complex install.
The support I have received after the sale has been excellent. Their team is quick to respond and that has been a load off my mind.

Fortunate to have met Terry Wallace outside the business fishing one night amongst friends . He is genuinely a great honest guy and stands behind his work along with his fellow workers. Just had my unit installed in no time and got my heater back up and running with professional quality unsurpassed. Was well informed about the unit and products installed and warranties that came with it. I definitely recommend this company for all your AC servicing needs. The price was very reasonable. Was a long time customer of a different HVAC company who had become much more pricey and significantly less responsive/attentive. When my 20 yr old system stopped working recently...again, I decided to try another route. I was made aware of Zimmerman through friends of mine and decided to call. Phone rang twice and within minutes had an appointment scheduled for 2 days later. Trey arrived right on time and immediately proceeded to provide very informative and professional service. Within an hour my AC was fixed, I was a member of their club and was having estimates for a new system drawn up. I was given 3 options, all of which consisted of better equipment, a better system and considerably more affordable than quoted by others (including who I was a long standing member of for years). Trey was extremely professional, personable and patient. My new system will be installed soon and I couldn't be happier with the choice I made, with the service I was provided and with Zimmerman. My unit stopped heating in the middle of the night, and we were freezing. I called Zimmerman midmorning they came the same day, on time, diagnosed and fixed my A/C Heating problem right away, and charged me fairly for their expert and professional service. I was so impressed that I signed up for their regular maintenance service, and even saved some money in the process. I'll recommend them to everyone from now on.

I needed a new 14 Steer Unit. Called 2 different companies for estimates. 1 company came out and gave me an estimate, but would not return my calls with additional questions I wanted to ask. The other one did not return my call. I called Zimmerman and received excellent service from day one. Trey came by and walked me through everything I needed to know, plus I received a great price for a new unit. On 8/10/2021, Taylor, Edward and Max did the installation. These young gentlemen did a excellent job!! They worked for 8.5 hours, stopping only for breaks and lunch. It was hot inside and out of the home. I was so impressed. Wow! Great company! I am totally satisfied. Company like Zimmerman are rare these days. They deliver everything I wanted and needed. Thank you again for excellent service!!

Zimmerman AC did an outstanding job and I would recommend them to anyone. My AC system had a clogged condensate drain pipe and I needed some assistance with clearing it and making sure there were no other issues affecting the system. A work colleague suggested Zimmerman and I could not be happier with the service I received. The technician, Terry, was prompt, polite, and professional. He quickly diagnosed the issue and got to work fixing it right away. Terry also spent time giving me tips and tricks for properly maintaining my system by myself, which I very much appreciated. Terry took the time to make a couple other minor fixes, such as patching up some loose tape on some of the pipe installation and even dug out some loose insulation, which had fallen into my drain pan. The price was very fair and the service was impeccable. I wholeheartedly recommend Zimmerman AC to anyone looking to fix an HVAC issue without getting taken advantage of or getting poor service. Zimmerman is top notch.

The techs showed up on time and we're very knowledgeable on my system. Did the yearly check-up on my A/C system. Fair price and cleaned up after themselves. Will use them again and can recommend based off my experience.

Update one year later.....just got my new system installed. Could not happier with Zimmerman A/C. They came out to my house multiple times to get the right system we needed. My household has a lung transplant patient under the roof so filtration was very important for me. After spending a year of multiple contractors submitting bids I picked Zimmerman because it is a local family business and Mr. Zimmerman came out and spent time explaining the pros and cons of all the options. The install guys are all Zimmerman employees they were polite, respectful, clean and very knowledgeable. When the install was completed my house was completely clean as if they had not been there
They we're competitively priced and have a great warranty. The office folks took care of all the CPS rebates. Painless. I would recommend this company to family and friends.

I cannot recommend Zimmerman AC and Heating enough. Luke and his team did an amazing job replacing our entire AC and heating system. We had 4 different companies come out to evaluate our old unit and his team was the most honest, identified all potential issues/code violations that other companies missed, and was one of the most affordable! I would hire them again in a heartbeat and would recommend them to anyone who needs work done or needs new AC/heating units!

The AC techs were called to fix a unit that was leaking. The AC tech fixed the unit.. paid $250. The 2nd time we used the AC unit it started to leak again so we called Zimmerman to come back n fix. James, the manager, reviewed n said it was a plumbing issues n recommended we place the unit(they quoted $8k)... so I called to get a 2nd opinion. The 2nd company I called cleared the leak by pushing out all the dirt with a nitrogen tank. Next day, James called n asked if we made a decision for replacing the unit... I told him what happened n he was sooo offended he cancelled our $1800 maintenance agreement...

And, the previous maintenance run with this company they had they installed the wrong filters... the filters were falling out of the units ...turns out they installed the cheapest filters on the market. I don’t recommend this company... owner is great... staff is incompetent 🤷🏻‍♀️... they never replaced the filters... I had to purchase out of my own pocket (even though it was part of the maintenance agreement)!

Had a new Ecobee thermostat installed. Terry helped me set everything up. Great customer service!
