Your technician David did a great job! I do believe your rates for this replacement of the blower motor are higher than they should be because of the motor (system only 4 years old) being under warranty. Researching cost through AI and having wo other estimates found the cost a few hundred cheaper. It does cost to keep good technicians. Price was a shock given my fixed income.

Just a little over 2 years and of course our warranty is out on our new home!! The central unit gave out!! 😭Thanks to AC Doctors who came out over the weekend and got us going here early today on Monday!! Very professional and fast service 100% reliable! Highly recommend!!

We recently had our entire HVAC system replaced, and I couldn’t be more impressed with how smoothly everything went. From the initial estimate to the final walkthrough, the team was professional, knowledgeable, and respectful of our home. We purchased the Daikin FIT inverter system, AC Doctors completed the full replacement in one day without cutting corners or sacrificing quality. Dec 2025 Update:
I had my fall maintenance completed today, and Josh did a fantastic job, as always. Samantha reached out ahead of time to get me on the schedule, and Josh arrived right on time, even with a 2-hour window. AAAC&H continues to deliver consistently reliable, professional service.

Ernesto and Andrew came in and looked at the install and left to get all necessary fittings. Their install was efficiently completed where the family was not out of the use of their A/C for any great length of time. We were kept in the loop when a trip to get extra fittings was necessary. They stayed till the project was complete 4pm on a hot San Antonio day. We received a summary of all the things that were addressed as the helper cleaned up. Will be keeping them as our go-to for A/C support.

This place is great! I woke up to an AC that wasn’t blowing cool air - they came out and really went above and beyond to help. They replaced a part, didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t need. Got it all fixed within an hour. Our technician was really great and kind. He did a great job.

Our AC Unit went out this morning, we called All About AC and they came out to service and repaired what needed to be fixed. AC is working now. Thank you Issac for repairing our AC. If you need to have your AC Unit to be fixed this is the company you call.

Excellent customer service, courteous, and honest. When other were saying our ductless unit would have to be replaced, Fabián and his technician Joshua took the time to find the problem and fixed it, never mentioning having to buy or replace anything, definitely the go to when you need a honest HVAC company and we highly recommend them.

There was a bad miscommunication with customer service at first. Nevertheless, minutes after I received a call from an owner - Ms. Samantha, and very professionally handled the entire emergency situation with curtesy and professionalism. Fabian was very responsive, friendly and knowledgeable. He responded right away when we had our heater go out during the cold weather. Showed up promptly at 8 am and diagnosed and fixed the issue quickly. We had a great experience!

I called them because I felt like a cooked chicken in my house! Theu answered quickly and gave me a time frame. They communicated so well through text and was quick to get here. He was able to look at my unit, my thermostat and diagnose the issue. He fixed it right away and sure enough I knew I wasn't crazy it was 92 and since installation it's going lower.

This is the absolute BEST company!! They came out so fast and got our system replaced in the blistering heat. They made the whole process simple for us and even tried to deal with our (horrible) home warranty company (DO NOT USE CHOICE HOME WARRANTY!). We would choose All About AC over and over again!!!! I was so impressed with my HVAC tech, Josh!!! He took time to do a thorough assessment and answer my many questions. They were able to come out and repair my AC system at the time of the initial assessment. They correctly diagnosed the problem and were able to quickly get the system up and running on a hot summer day. They even called the next day to make sure that the system was still functional after the repair. I would highly recommend them and will plan on using All About Air Conditioning moving forward for all my HVAC needs.

Savvis and Andrew both came out on a weekend and fixed a brokeN A/C compressor. They were some the friendliest and most professional technicians I have ever met. They were quick, courteous and and explained all details of the repair. Definitely a great company experience.

My Technician was a guy named Josh! Very friendly. He explained everything to me very well and got my issue fixed. He explained what maintenance I could do to help keep my unit running smooth. I called them and they could have given me an appointment the next day but it didn’t work for my schedule so they came on the 2nd day after I called. Told me my appointment was 8-10 and promptly got here at 8:15. This company was great. If I could give them 10 stars I would! But I cannot so they get the 5 stars I am allowed to give them. I recommend this company to anyone with A/C needs. They are not only about A/C but customer service too!
