After two years of searching I have finally found my HVAC service. Tony and Thomas took a lot of time to educate me on my system. They were careful stewards of our time and schedule, and very common-sense oriented towards possible versus urgent repairs. I felt like they were helping me arrive at the very same decision-making process they would have used in my shoes. It didn't hurt that they were vey quick on their feet answering my call and estimating the time they might arrive to begin a service.. Honestly, I wish I'd had their service for the past 50 years, even though I only moved here two years ago.

Recently, my family has encountered some significant challenges related to inadequate HVAC work that was performed in the past. Since 2018, we have enlisted the services of a well-known local HVAC company, which unfortunately resulted in substantial damages to our home. This unfortunate situation was not confined to just one, but rather two different companies. As a consequence of their incompetence, our home suffered extensive water damage, necessitating costly repairs. However, the purpose of this review is not to dwell on those experiences. Instead, I would like to commend and express my gratitude towards TempTex. TempTex came highly recommended to us by another reputable local HVAC contractor, and we are immensely thankful for this recommendation. Their team efficiently rebuilt and properly installed our AC units, proving to be a lifeline for us. As of now, our AC is functioning perfectly. I highly recommend TempTex and affirm that Tony and his team conduct their business in an exemplary manner.

The staff is really friendly, always willing to help. Provide great customer service. The phones calls are answered on point, as a technician busy on the field I (we) dislike having to wait forever for an answer. As a dealer I haven’t had an issue with any depot. However I my favorite is at Alamo Downs! Speedy Gonzales AC, Heating, Refrigeration.

We had a terrific experience with AC Doctors, specifically Erik Castillo. He was on time, asked what we needed and thoroughly explained our options and what he found. So thrilled we found them & they could come out timely. Highly recommend!!
