Had prior work done by another A/C company to install Heat Pump Condenser inside the house. They did not complete the job properly. As a result my Compressor went out. Temp Tex made sure to match up the compressor with the year old Heat pump the other A/C company installed and corrected the issues the other company failed on to maximize the overall efficiency of the 2 units. Set up a maintenance assurance program at a very reasonable price to help keep both units in tip top shape. Temp Tex is my go to A/C company from now on!

Thursday called to set up install appointment and by Saturday my new system was installed and I had peace of mind. They even thought me how to use my Thermostat. Our AC went out in the middle of the heat wave (104° today). They were the first of seven repair companies to show up and I’m sure glad they did. Our condenser fan motor seized up and they went to get a new one fast!

Temp Tex Air Conditioning & Heating saved the day on Christmas Eve. After paying another company the day prior to repair my heating unit and them leaving only for it to stop working immediately after. Leading to a miserable night and no response from that company I had no choice than to look for another company. Temp Tex came and the 3 gentleman went to work and fully diagnosed the problem and fixed it. They were very professional and communicated every step and possible solutions. The fact that even into the afternoon on Christmas Eve they did not quit until our heat was restored. I highly recommend this company to anyone who needs their heating or ac units repaired or maintenance.

We have used Temp Tex for repairs, and to get a whole new HVAC system. Tony was always honest, fair, and caring, and took great care of us. Our system had problems after the big freeze in February, but they had a crew out right away to get it up and running again! Our A/C died on us in the middle of a San Antonio summer and we had pets and small children that were at serious risk of suffering heat related complications for their young age and size. They first responded with a call back and assured us we would be seen as soon as possible. A technician even stopped by to let me know that we were next on his list but they were very busy attending to A/C issues all over the area. When they got there the first they asked us if everyone is feeling okay, advised us to keep drinking water and that they would have us running again soon. They needed to replace the condenser and the Freon and gave us the most discount that they could before they weren’t making a profit. They were very professional and prompt and just an awesome company to deal with! I would highly recommend Temp Tex to anyone in their service area! You won’t be disappointed!!!

Very professional from the call to the fix. Had technician here within 2 hrs on this Labor Day weekend. Diagnosed bad capacitor, replaced and back up and running. Will definitely recommend to any of my friends that need A/C and Heating assistance. Pricing was reasonable. Would also recommend getting their service contract.
