Our AC went out and AC came as soon as I called. We decided a new unit was necessary, and it would take 4 days to get in the shop. Robert and his team brought two portable ones so we cold at least be cool in our bedroom and living room. Today they put in the new one. It is working!!! I have asked for Robert since he came to check our new 1946 home's AC 3 years ago. I've asked for him every time since then. He and his team always go above and beyond what is expected. I highly recommend AC Doc - you can't do better!

I use AC Doctors for all my rentals and have used them for years. They are incredibly reliable and I trust their technicians. If I have an AC not cooling in the summer for a tenant, to me it's an emergency so I always call them because I know they will show up.

AC Doctors was on point! From the moment my daughter set up an appointment for an estimate till the job was complete. Raul the owner actually was the one who showed up to give us a little more insight on different AC systems and answered all of our questions & took the time to listen to our concerns. Later that day he came back to sit down with us to show us our options and estimated cost. I bombarded him with more questions & I gotta handed it to him, he was very patient & never made me feel rushed into anything. We decided on a York 16 Seer system. Raul & his team were able to get the job done the very next day. All the AC technicians were very courteous & respectful. Would definitely recommend.

I have been in my brand new now for 2 years and since day 1 I have had cooling problems airtron has gone out a total of 10 times and every time something has been found

I was tired of dealing with them so I called AC doctors on Friday night told them my ac was not cooling and they were able to schedule me the next day.

Raul showed up and checked my whole unit and found out that they had done a horrible patch job in my attic.

He repaired it and checked temperatures just to make sure it was cooling.

They have Great customer service and will definitely be using AC DOCTORS again

We have used AC Doctors for the past few years and Robert the Technician has always been the one to come out. He does an awesome job, is professional but more importantly he is super personable! When you need AC work call AC Doctors and ask for Robert!

Technician fully explained how new thermostat placed on wall works.
He then placed the thermostat app on my mobile phone and explained how the app works.
He also asked me if I had any questions on wall thermostat or
the thermostat app.

The tech Dave was here to do the work and did an excellent job, however my only complaint is that, we spent over $800 dollars to get a repair done after having had paid up to $15,000.00 for a brand new York 3 years ago.

Robert from AC Doctors was very quick with follow-up. He showed up the same day, and gave us a temporary fix to get us by until the new unit came in. They always do great work – and are very honest and reliable. Highly recommend them if you need your AC fixed!

Robert had to replace the thermostat on my A/C. It had to be ordered, he stayed on top of it, keeping me informed. I’ve used him for a number of years. He’s very knowledgeable, always very dependable. and tries to solve the problems, to save you money. I would highly recommend him.

He called me Monday morning at 7:30am that his crew was in route with a replacement outside unit. I can’t express my appreciation for his dedication to his craft. Quick, professional and ontime. A/C failed on a Saturday afternoon, Luis came out within 2 hours, diagnosed the root of the problem quickly, got everything ordered for new system and installation setup for that Monday morning. All went well ... problem solved and our home is nice & cool again!

I had the best experience with AC Doctors. I called on an off chance they would have availability today because it was unbearably hot in my home and Luis had me up and running with in a little more than an hour. He had everything needed to fix my AC. There was no waiting for parts or materials. On top of that, he was super knowledgeable and had a great can do attitude! I bought an older home a few years back with an even older AC unit (18 years old to be exact) that was running on its last leg. I’ve had AC Doctor come by 1-2 times a year in the summer months to service it the past few years. AC Doctors explained that I would need to replace it eventually. The owner, Raul, gave me price options that best fit my finances without any pressure. One morning I woke up and the AC wouldn’t turn on. I text the AC Doctor and they arrived at my home quickly to diagnose the issue. At that point I decided to replace the inside unit, Raul gave me a great price and they installed it that same day. Just had another great service experience! Big shout-out to Robert K., who was on time, super professional, and really thorough with his work. It’s service like this that keeps me coming back year after year. Seriously, 10+ years and counting! If you need a service you can trust, this is the company to go with.

The technician was on time and provided the required service to check our system. However, it took two days of our home not cooling down, after the service, to realize the technician forgot to turn the compressor back on after he was done with the check. Our system ran continuously for two days trying to bring the temperature down and all along only the fan was running. We have done business with AC Doctors for many years and have had many good experiences. This service wasn't bad; however, had I not figured out the compressor was not turned back on, it would have required another service call.
