Excellent responsiveness from the main office staff in getting my annual service appointment scheduled.

Our service technician (Josh Q) was a absolute pleasure to work with as well. He was very knowledgeable of our system and went above and beyond to get us taken care of.

In a day and age where customers are taken advantage of, we really couldn't ask for better support and service.

Great people to work with, I called today concerning my daughter AC with in few hours the technician was at the front door, I appreciate the fact they communicate with me.when a what time he will arrive.
Technician was very nice and helpful.
I do recommend this company, they will be the company I will go to for further evaluation on my AC

Isaac just dropped by to make sure my HVAC system was ready to be turned on to now heat my house. He checked the inside thermostat, the attic system and the outside unit to make sure all were functioning properly. The system started to emit warm air, and I was so relieved that my house would be warm this winter. Another great job by this company!

Josh did a brilliant job of diagnosing the problems with my HVAC system and laid out all the possible solutions for fixing it. I really appreciated being able to work with him! UPDATE: we decided that putting more bandaids on an old system was not the best long term fix to our system, so we decided to go with a completely new system. The team of Fabian, Andrew and Ernesto came on Sunday to install it. Do you notice that this company has a 5 star average for reviews? That’s because they do everything right with skill, honesty and sincerity. They even figured out why the master bedroom has always been 15-20 degrees warmer. Other companies have said they couldn’t do anything about it; All About Air fixed it, and made the indoor fan so much quieter. I love this company! (And so will you.)

Dor (Daniel) was out from 1 day to the next. Daniel is friendly & professional. He was very efficient at his job and offerred tips for future use & maintenance. He cleaned up any mess and showed me pictures of his inspection with solutions. I definitely recommend Alamo Fresh Air to anyone concerned about the safety and appearance of their fireplace and chimney.

Excellent AC service company. We use them for our businesses. Fast and friendly service. Usually out within an hour or so. Josh has been our technician on our last two emergency calls. Really saved our butts. We would’ve lost money without him coming through so quickly.

Fabian arrived on time. Introduced himself. Asked the appropriate questions. He worked diligently. He was very quiet but responsive and conversant when appropriate. Very professional and personable. We did not have any issues at this time. We thought our thermostat was going south. It was operator error if anything. Fabian checked the heat exchanger. No problem. We ended up buying the seasonal check up. 5 stars

Wow, i just found my go to air conditioning company! We needed our ac unit replaced and we googled air conditioning companies and dozens of businesses came up, we picked this company and we are so happy that we did, they came out same day! As others have mentioned Fabian and Samantha are super friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. Technician Josh first came out to check everything, he was super friendly as well, explained everything in a way we could understand it offered us several options and explained some of our financing options. Then next day Lead Technician Andrew and technician Savvas showed up early and on time and ready to work. They put covers over their shoes even though I insisted they didn’t have to do that. They put really nice covers over the floors and took other precautions to protect the home. They replaced our old unit in one day, did an incredible job, very clean and very professional. They kept us informed along the way. They wore nice uniforms, they have awesome looking work trucks, top notch tools and equipment. When they were done they walked us through all the features and left everything very very clean. Lead Tech Andrew was very nice, incredibly knowledgeable and super professional! He upgraded us to a super nice WiFi thermostat, super happy with it and all the work him and Savvas did! Impressive company for dam sure. I will for sure use them as my ac go to company in the future.

From the first phonecall with Melissa, to coordinate service to Issac coming to our home and getting our heating up and running again, took all of one hour. FAST!!! Issac was super polite, prompt, and diagnosed the problem immediately. Our Google Nest was throwing a W1 error, and a faulty contactor was the issue (we also had a fuse out). Honestly please give Issac a raise; we are so thankful for your hard work and professionalism!! Our house is finally heating back up. It was, thankfully, a quick fix (and repair price quote was very reasonable at $179). For the rapid turnaround it was so worth it. I am considering their services for heat pump installation (we'll set a separate appointment to get a quote for that). Thank you again for a drama-free experience today!!

Samantha and her crew are truly amazing business owners and amazing people. They are great at what they do and they really put the customer first. I have been using AAAC for years now for my personal home as well as for our investment properties and they always do a great job. I also refer them to my clients and they always come through when Im in a bind. Thank you guys again for all your help over the years! We were really having problems finding someone that would repair a mini split unit that they didn't install themselves. Thankfully I found All About A/C and they have been wonderful. Quick response, fair price and so friendly and professional Our Tech, Josh, was amazing!!

We have worked with Zimmermann three times now, and cannot say enough good things about Terry and Abel. They first did a careful job of draining and raising our outdoor condenser about 17 months ago, in order to protect it from flooding, and then they came out last summer on short notice when it needed repair. Just recently, we had them back to install a new HVAC system, which we could not be happier with. Their work is stellar and thorough. Terry is a great communicator, and so positive and professional - if there is ever a problem, he will make it right. When it comes to HVACs in a climate like San Antonio's, you don't want the cheapest, you want the best, and the best service, and you get that with Zimmerman. You will also be supporting a great local business, and their families, not some careless corporate chain. Zimmermann has our business for life.

My A/C picked a Saturday to stop working and after calling a few places Zimmermann answered and were able to come out. They diagnosed the problem, gave me a few options for repair, but were not pushy at all. Since it was old anyway I decided to get a whole new HVAC system. They gave me a fair price and the installation was very thorough and even did a follow to make sure everything was good. I went ahead a signed up for these guys to due the regular maintenance, highly recommend Zimmermann A/C and Heating.

After 23 years, my AC unit decided it was time to retire. I contacted Zimmermann and Luke was sent to help me out. Luke was very friendly, professional, informative and answered all my questions. His service was excellent and left me feeling reassured I made the right decision on the replacement unit. Everyone I have worked with at Zimmermann has been beyond helpful and I feel like they truly strive to do the best for their customers.

I switched to Zimmerman from another company, and was so, SO impressed! Luke, who did the initial visit for regular maintenance and fine-tuning of the system which hadn't been done since 2020 was extremely helpful in finding the causes for some of the things that had been frustrating us. He also took the time to SHOW me the problems, taking me up into the attic for myself so I could see what was going on and why he was recommending the solutions he did. Then, when we scheduled the repairs that we agreed were necessary, he was there again to work with and explain directly to the installation crew what needed to happen. In many situations like this, one person does the inspection and recommendations, and then a different crew of people come in to do the work, sometimes leaving some questions or unanswered issues. The direct handover worked great in this instance and we're so happy. They also left our attic so CLEAN after they finished! The previous installers left much of their trash up there, but the Zimmerman crew took all their waste out, leaving it looking much, MUCH better than when they started. They were also able to get us scheduled quickly for both the initial visit and the subsequent repairs, although we weren't in the hottest part of the summer. I can't recommend them enough!

My AC went out last Wednesday. Within 30 minutes of calling the amazing Trey came to my house, did a thorough inspection of my ductwork, AC system, and thermostat and gave me an honest assessment. He guided me through the different systems sold by the company and even managed to get me a special unit that fit my needs better than those normally carried.

Today I had an awesome crew that worked tirelessly for 12 hours to get my system installed correctly and cleanly. They fastidiously protected and cleaned their entire workspace, in addition to the flawless install they provided. They did so with a great attitude and radiant smile even though it was toasty in my attic. Taylor, Max and Rene are champs and by far the most pleasant home repair professionals I have worked with.

I can't recommend Zimmerman enough - more so since not only were they the most professional of the 5 AC companies that gave me quotes, but they did so at an honest and fair price.

I can't say enough good things about my experience with Zimmermann AC. Everyone I dealt with was polite and professional. They did a great job on replacing a 40 year old system. I felt they were respectful of my time and property. They took the time to explain the features and benefits of their systems and helped me find the right system for my needs.
