My air conditioner stopped working, mid an early, sweltering heatwave. Upon short notice, I had my AC unit serviced today by Zimmermann AC and I'm very happy with the results. The technician, Luke, was knowledgeable, professional, and punctual. He explained the issue clearly, and I appreciated his thoroughness and attention to detail. He went above and beyond to ensure my system was running optimally. I would highly recommend Zimmermann AC for their quality service and excellent customer care!

Luke did a fantastic job upgrading our home with smart thermostats. The comfort improvement is already noticeable, and the energy savings are a bonus. He took care of the entire setup, ensured the app worked on my phone, and fine-tuned the settings to meet our needs. His attention to detail and professionalism were outstanding. After deciding on the appropriate systems for our home, Michael came out with the installation crew and installed our new systems within a couple of days. Can’t forget to mention Tracey’s quick and great office fulfillment with paperwork and scheduling!

Just completed our fall maintenance checks - something we’ve been doing with Zimmermann Air Conditioning and Heating for years to keep our system running issue-free! Always prompt, on-time, and professional service - It’s why we’ve been customers of Zimmermann almost 20 years.

Issues after installation:
1) Censor not seated correctly.
2) Primary drain line was slowly draining.
3) Drip pan was plugged and not connected to drain line sitting next to unit.
4) Two re-scheduled appointments for a first time, new installation customer.

Follow up:
Installation Manager scheduled an appointment and showed up on time. Remedied slow drain issue and ran a secondary drain from the drip pan. Took care of water stains.

Monitoring dry wall to see if replacement is necessary.

Love being on the maintenance plan. Regular check ups prevent problems and keep our system running smoothly. Have been customers of Zimmermann for over 20 years. Great customer service.

Terry came by today to discuss the condition of my 28-year old ducts which need to be replaced. He was very knowledgeable, professional, answered all my questions, and gave me several helpful tips. I very much appreciated his honesty and friendly demeanor.

I ran into service tech, Julian, at the gas station and took a chance to ask him a question about my unit making noise. Julian was more than willing to explain a couple things that could be wrong and gave me contact info for me to call and make an appointment for him to come check it out. So grateful for his time and look forward to working with them in the future!

We had an American Standard, 3.0 ton, 14 SEER installed. Luke and the rest of the ZIMMERMANN team proved honest and hard working getting the job finished in about 6 hours, despite oppressive summer heat! The unit is working great! House is comfortable once again. I definitely give my best recommendation!

First time customer with Zimmerman, and man, I am very happy with my choice. They are a great outfit, with timely communications from Carla in the office and Luke, the tech who checked out the A/C units and got them ready for summer use. Luke was forthright as well as approachable as he answered my questions and explained his findings on the state of the units. I know I slowed him down but there was only patient regard for my questions and commentary as he completed the inside tasks. When he completed the outside tasks (in the full south TX afternoon sun), he took the time to return the fully extended 75 ft. hose, neatly coiled, to the hose hanger. In my experience, this is a courtesy not always extended, and I really appreciated it. I was already pleased with the Zimmerman experience, but that small courtesy sealed the deal. Plan to stay a customer.

This company has secured my future business based on their honesty. Terry came out to check out our system and could have charged me hundreds of dollars. Instead he walked me through what the problems were and informed me the original company was actually on the hook for repairs/maintenance. I will be switching to Zimmerman for my HVAC needs in the future. They also sent someone same day with no struggle, versus the other company who I had to fight to get someone out a week from the day I called.

Steven was amazing! Changed our filters, made sure everything was running smoothly, and even made friends with our 1 year old. He was super informative and went above and beyond. He dusted off our vents and even offered to sweep up dust. We were so pleased!

A/C stopped turning on and was not sure of the issue. Had water in the drain pan under the coils so knew i needed to contact a hvac company. I took photos of everything and submitted them to Zimmermann ac and explained the situation. I contacted them at 6 pm on a Tuesday night. Terry from Zimmermann immediately responded back to me and asked for my address and if he could stop by later that night to see what was going on. Terry showed up at 7pm that Tuesday night, showed me what the issue was and explained the repairs needed to be done and why the system was malfunctioning. He got the system to run temporarily to get us through the night. Now we are in the middle of getting everything fixed and Terry has given me multiple quotes so I can lay out all the options and cost differences. Will continue review after install this week.

Terry went above and beyond every step of the way during his visit. Even though he knew I probably wouldn’t be able to use them to replace our air handler, he still made sure that I had every detail I needed to make sure I got quality service with the company that works with the manufacturer of my HVAC equipment.
