Just called to ask for a consult for a new A/C Unit. The person who answered the phone was very polite and knowledgeable. However, the company wants to charge an $89 few for the consult when most other A/C Companies do not assess a fee for this service. Unfortunately, this is something that influences my choice of who I will select to install a new A/C...

I wouldn't trust my house to anyone else. They didn't try to upcharge me (like some other companies) and took care of my system. They were courteous and professional. I felt comfortable with them in my home.
