I scheduled service with blue line after reading the reviews and due diligence. I am a tech by trade and have worked on hvac before. Their tech was prompt, polite, and straightforward. He diagnosed the issue within ten minutes and did not try to push any unnecessary services. I plan on calling them again to do my tune up before the summer hits. Blueline Heating & Air Conditioning LLC was absolutely fantastic. After I reached out about an issue with our mini-split HVAC, they had their technician call us directly, and instead of pushing an unnecessary service visit, he kindly walked us through a simple reboot over the phone. The honesty and transparency were truly refreshing, and the quick fix solved our issue immediately.

We had a great experience with A-Arctic Air Conditioning Inc. Carlos was truly interested in what we wanted and didn’t try to sell us something beyond our needs, or frivolous accessories. He was quick to order and install what we needed. He was patient and kind when we failed to communicate a detail about our thermostat that cost him extra time. All employees were respectful and cheerful. I will definitely recommend this company to all family and friends in need of AC & heating services.

Fantastic! In every area, in every level! We're senior citizens on a fixed income. The A/C went out and we were having guests the next day. Mr Carlos and A-Arctic team came in, then quickly and accurately diagnosed the problem. But what about the cost? A previous company came 2 days earlier and gave me a quote of $5000-$7000!
But A-Arctic looked over the equipment - it was very old, replacement was required. Mr Carlos figured out a way to replace only what was necessary and significantly reduce the cost! Repairs were complete and our guests enjoyed the 'cool'.
To say we're extremely grateful, doesn't say enough. As I'm writing this I'm also referring a friend to A-Arctic. I pray God's richest blessings on Mr Carlos and A-Arctic. Thank you!

Carlos, marcos and his crew did an EXCELLENT JOB. Carlos and Marcos spent about 40 minutes thinking and trying to fix what was wrong with my air conditioner. I have called numerous places and other places did not know my problem and left. But Carlos marcos and his crew did an EXCELLENT job and they will be getting 5 stars. Prices were amazing 🤩

Carlos and his crew are extremely helpful and professional. He has taken care of a few small service calls for me and recently replaced my system. He gave me a very fair price and was extremely prompt and responsive throughout.

The owner of A-Artic Air Condition has decades of experience in HVAC maintenance and installation. I have personal now Carlos for about 9 yrs. My first experience with Carlos he helped me trouble shoot an ac issue. Carlos spent 2 hours trouble shooting the issue never giving up. He could have told me it was the compressor like the previous company a week earlier. He didn't give up. He finally traced the problem to a wiring short. After having the electrical problem fixed the HVAC gave me 9 more years until recently. I had Carlos replace my unit with a great unit. As always Carlos with his crew did a marvelous job. We have been using this company for years. Carlos and his crew always do excellent work. They know exactly what they are doing. We have a zoned system with two heat pumps (one with an air handler) and two package units, so there is always something to fix. Latest problem was rock squirrels under the house destroying ducts. Carlos does great work but he also has very reasonable pricing. He never tries to talk you into something you don’t need. He does his best to fix what can be fixed without resorting to replacement. I’d trust him with anything.

When my AC went out in the middle of the night and I thought I was in trouble. I was leaving on vacation in a few days and did not want to come back to mold due to the humidity. I called A-Arctic Air Conditioning & Heating first thing in the morning, and to my surprise, Carlos was able to get me on the schedule that same day!

Carlos and his son showed up promptly, ready to help. From the moment they arrived, they were professional, friendly, and efficient. They quickly diagnosed the issue and got straight to work. They gave me helpful recommendations without trying to push any unnecessary products or services—just honest, reliable advice. That kind of integrity is rare these days.

Not only did they fix the problem, but they also cleaned up afterward and even flushed out my AC drain lines—something they didn’t have to do but did anyway. It’s clear they take pride in their work and genuinely care about their customers.

Amazing service!!!!! This is the only A/C company I will ever use from now on and recommend to family and friends. I had my air conditioner stop working last week when the temperatures were 100 degrees plus!!! Mr. Sandoval addressed the issue quickly and at a reasonable price. No sales pressure at all. He never tried to up-sell expensive services or to replace my entire system. My experience with Mr. Sandoval was that he is fair, honest and professional. He explained everything and answered all of my questions.

Allstate Air and Heat is the best air conditioning service company that I ever had the pleasure to deal with. Mr. Sandoval and his crew were friendly, professional, and did an excellent job with the installation of my new unit. Mr. Sandoval even shared with me some tips to help keep the unit running well for years to come. His prices were very reasonable, and he never pressured me into either buying a new unit or parts that would not be required for my old unit that was in place since my house was built. Before contacting this company, I read all their reviews from Nextdoor app as well as other websites, and his 5 star reviews were spot on from what I personally experienced. I will be spreading the word to all my families and friends about the company!

I'm so glad that we found Allstate Air and Heat! He called back quickly and was able to fix us in fast! Usually with our companies you have to wait a day or two but with him, same day! He was very nice and explained things to me to be able to understand. And he was very reasonable with his pricing! If we ever need our a/c fixed we are definitely going to be calling him back!

Let me start out by saying Joe is absolutely the best and knows exactly what he’s doing! My coworker Yolanda and her husband referred me to Joe and I couldn’t be more grateful. I had two other AC companies come out before he did and right away they wanted me to get a whole new system installed. I called Joe and right away he said I can be there today I’ll let you know what time I’m on my way. He came while I was at work and called and advised on his findings and said he could fix it he then just gave me the price and got it done the same day. He’s definitely a blessing to me coming from a small town where you have the people who dont own huge companies and fixes everyone’s AC’s in town for a small price to a big city where you have people that have commercials on tv or radio is tough! Allstate is a lifesaver! After my A/C unit went out during the brutal San Antonio summer and I was unable to fix the issue, I called around to several HVAC repair companies and the earliest I could get a tech out was in 3 days. But I called Allstate and Mr. Joe was able to come out the same day and had the problem solved in less than an hour after arriving! He was friendly, knowledgeable, and showed me everything he was doing so I know I wasn’t getting ripped off. Top-class service. I’ll definitely be calling Mr. Joe if I have any issues in the future.
