JC helped me out. Had an emergency call last night right before the hard freeze, and he was able to walk me through getting an issue with my thermostat figured out. Needed a new HVAC system in my home and started calling around for estimates. Had several companies come out, but then I called Blueline Heating & A/C — and I’m so glad I did.
I first spoke with Mrs. Amanda, who was very kind and professional. She told me their technician, Miguel, would be in touch — and he was, right away. I let Miguel know I had already received multiple estimates from other companies.
From the moment he arrived, Miguel was thorough, respectful, and transparent. He took the time to explain everything in detail — what I needed, why I needed it, the cost, and how long the whole process would take. He didn’t pressure me at all, just laid it all out honestly and clearly.
When it came time for the installation, Miguel and his team were efficient and professional. They cleaned everything up like nothing had ever been touched — including hauling out the old units.
And the next day? Miguel came back with doggie treats for my pups and checked to make sure everything was running smoothly. That kind of care and thoughtfulness is rare.

My downstairs unit wasn’t cooling efficiently so I contacted Blueline. Our technician Zach did a thorough inspection of both the indoor and outdoor units. He found the freon level low, but couldn’t visually see a leak. I followed his suggestion on how to test for it and I scheduled a follow up visit for the results. I highly recommend Blueline for all of your HVAC needs. Zach was prompt, courteous, and honest. I am highly satisfied with their service.

The team was fantastic all around.
The phone operator was super professional and scheduled me in way faster than expected which was a huge relief with the current weather.
The tech was able to diagnose the problem, give me my options, and fix the issue within a couple hours from the time I talked to the office.

Had an issue with my A/C and needed a quick fix. I called Blueline Heating & A/C, and Amanda let me know that their tech, Miguel, would be reaching out. He called me right away—very courteous and professional—and told me exactly when he’d be arriving.

Once he got here, he quickly assessed the problem. Then we sat down and he clearly explained what was wrong with my system. What I appreciated most was how honest and detailed he was—he told me what I did need and, just as importantly, what I didn't need. That gave me real peace of mind.

Best part? Miguel had all the necessary parts right in his work truck and was able to take care of everything on the spot. Great service from start to finish!

Hey everybody, turns out there is such a thing as an honest AC repair business. These guys came out and quickly repaired my AC for literally a fraction of what I was quoted by one of the big corporate outfits. Friendly, expert service. TLDR: Blueline Heating & A/C (Miguel was our technician) were extremely accommodating and helped us out with a leak quickly before we left town, giving us peace of mind during our trip! I would definitely recommend their services.

We recently woke up to a leak from our A/C unit overnight that resulted in a lot of water seeping into our floor. We were supposed to be leaving town that afternoon and this is our first home, so I was panicking. I found Blueline just from a google search and decided to give them a call because of the 5-star reviews. After I told them about the situation and the fact that we were leaving town that afternoon, they sent Miguel out right away. He quickly figured out the issue and fixed it right then and there. Their quick response then gave me plenty of time to clean up the water and rent big fans to dry out the floor while we were gone.

I'm a new homeowner, so I am still navigating the stress and anxiety of these kinds of situations. I am so appreciative of how willing Blueline was to accommodate our emergency because that gave me peace of mind before going out of town, and we were able to enjoy our trip! We signed up for a service agreement and Miguel just came back to do a full service on our A/C unit and that went great as well. So, I've only had two interactions with Blueline so far, but both have been great! I would definitely recommend their services!

We're so thankful we found Blue Line to replace our AC unit! They were very knowledgeable and offered competitive pricing. After receiving an evaluation and quote and discussing different options, they were out here the very next day to complete the replacement. They were here for quite a long time which told me they take their time to make sure the job is done correctly and to not to cut any corners. They were also very friendly and even made sure that our new thermostat was working properly and connected to our phone. I can't recommend them enough and I'm glad we found a reliable AC provider for any future work!

My AC wasn’t working properly and I couldn’t get in touch with my AC guy, so I searched online and found Blueline Heating & Air Conditioning. I noticed they had a 5-star rating and I was a little skeptical until I saw the rating was from 270+ reviews, so I decided to give them a call. The phone operator answered right away and said they could have a tech at my house within the hour, which was very surprising since it was after 5:30pm. Miguel arrived on time and quickly diagnosed the problem. He was very friendly, honest, and professional, and he took the time to explain the issue with my unit. The price for the service call was very fair and I’m extremely happy that my AC is now working! I've already recommended Blueline to a couple of my friends in case they need any AC work done.

Wow! Ironically “out of the Blue” an HVAC vendor that I previously brought over to quote my project said
“ Call Blueline”. I did, and was impressed by the transparency of the salesperson and when my multiple bids came in on Tuesday night, selected BluLine Heating & Air Conditioning LLC that evening and they started on Thursday morning. No cash up front. Great Team and fun to watch them work together. Almost like Santa and magical Elves. Thank you Zac, Fred, Jesse, Martin and JC.

Zach from Blueline Heating and Air came out during a holiday weekend. He not only charged less than the other company was going to charge just for showing up, but he also delivered more. He installed my new condensate pump and in the process he also fixed some of the sloppy work that had previously been done by the original HVAC installation! So lucky we found this company!! No wonder they have such high ratings, as they outperform every other company I have had experience with (many)! Outstanding workmanship and service!!

I am very pleased with Blueline. I have used them in the past, and they are always very professional, courteous, and prompt.
I called them, this time, because my compressor went out on my AC unit, and my house was very hot.
Amanda answered, and dispatched Miguel. She told me he would be at my house in about 20 minutes, and he arrived in less than that.
He was friendly and very helpful. Miguel explained my options, and gave me a good deal. Miguel ordered compressor and got it for me a day earlier than expected by going above and beyond and picking it up in San Marcos.
JC and Miguel came out to install compressor, and perform some other work that was needed for AC, and they were quick and professional.

Had several issues with workmanship and had to call them back multiple times to and refill a multitude of issues. Had to have units replaced. Ducts reinstalled that were never installed. Add supports to the ac unit. Rewire float switches and fix drain pan as the drain was not installed correctly. After every call they left trash and debries in attic. Had to fix the wall where they took out my old panel. While polite the workmanship was not worth the price. I am still dealing with issues and will have to engage another server company as I can not keep using a company that does work like this.

Blueline is a prompt, thorough, knowledgeable, and courteous service company. They have been out twice to my home now and the service was top notch! Definitely using them for my go to HVAC needs!

I highly recommend Blueline AC for any home HVAC needs in the San Antonio area. JC, Miguel and Zach have been absolutely amazing in assisting me with diagnosing and repairing issues with some troublesome older units and also installing new units. They are easy to communicate with and always make an extra effort to address issues quickly and efficiently. Their prices are very reasonable. Amanda in the office has also been wonderful and always extremely helpful also in coordinating service calls.

My AC went out in the middle of November, but of course in Texas, that’s an issue. Called a good friend of mine and he did a great job, but referred JC, the owner of this company, to triple checked his work. He was just amazing. Super nice, professional, and fast at finding the issue and fixing it. I highly recommend this company to anyone needing work done. Thank you again!!!

I had Miguel come out today to perform my semi-annul check. He was very professional and he gave me a run down of all the checks he performed on my ac/heating unit. I’m way behind in my recommendation of this company.

In November 2023 - I was searching for a new AC service company since my original one sold their client list to another company who I wasn’t happy with (they are a larger company who insisted that I needed a new system). As I always do; I took time to research and interview who my new AC service company would be.

After several interview meetings with many different companies and after meeting and talking with JC in person, I KNEW that Blueline was the company for me. He was honest in what needed to be done with my system (which did NOT include replacing it…unless I wanted to). He did some repairs that had helped it run more efficiently and quieter and I even signed up for the maintenance program where it covers 2 seasonal checks and gives a discount on repairs. (Well worth it in price for peace of mind!)

Fast forward to this weekend. My unit stopped blowing cold air, but the air handler was running non-stop. Zach came the next morning as the first appointment of the day. He determined that I needed a new fan motor and it was replaced and running within a couple of hours. I had another issue the following day and he came back to fix that too!

They are Family-owned/run and they honor the military. I’ve been pleased with their expertise, quick response to my questions and top notch customer service from start to finish. I like to be treated as person, not just another number. I feel heard when I’m asking questions. They treat me as I’m their only customer…even though I know I’m not 😉

If you want to work with a company that isn't in this business just for the money — but truly wants to help people be comfortable with their HVAC systems — then Blueline is the one you want to do business with!
