, professional. He explained everything clearly, provided options ,and diagnosed the issue with my AC unit and the repair was done the same day! Anyone needing AC service they're the ones to call!

We have used Service First for years and have been pleased with the service. Kevin arrived to inspect our AC and informed us of the issues he saw with our older unit. He explained the repairs that might be needed and also showed us what a new unit would cost. Kevin was very thorough and professional.

Service First technicians did a wonderful job they arrived at my home promptly and in no time my AC was working again. The two technicians were very professional and answered all my questions explain to me how this new unit would work. They answered my questions about temperature settings and changing frequency of filters. What a wonderful experience thank you very much I will recommend you to all my friends and family.

They were very professional, courteous, reliable and took the time to explain the workings our 3-zone system in full. We are now able to set any and all of the 3 thermostats remotely, which we couldn't do with our old heating & cooling system. Today, hour AC shut down, that included the compressor, furnace, fan. Nothing worked. We checked all of the breakers both inside and outside the house and the main switch. Nothing was flipped. We had had a incident in the past similar to this which turned out to be the float in the catch water basin below the AC unit in the Attic filling up with too much water and shutting the system down. I called Service First and explained the situation and asked if I could get a call back from a technician. The young lady on the phone took my request and said no problem we will get a technician to call you back in a few minutes. Junior, from Service First AC called me back to see what was going on. I explained the situation and we took a look by exchanging photographs as to what was going on with the system and float. He guided me on what to do. The system resumed functioning without a problem. No charge. This is a continuation of the great service we have gotten in the past. Junior called me from his home for this situation and I could hear his kids giggling in the background. Pretty cool. I made sure his call was worth his time.

Our family has been using Service First for several years and they have always been excellent. On a very hot Christmas Day, we called and they came out to fix our A/C unit , and got it back up and running within a couple of hours. We are very thankful for the quick and reliable service that they provided today, and the wonderful experience we have had with them over all these years.

I’m very happy with the customer service and work that was done with replacing my furnace and hvac. The guys were so friendly and educated me when they found mold in my old furnace system. Prices were really fair compared to other businesses and they made sure everything was taken care of. Big thanks to them and their hard work!

I had a leak in my AC system late Friday night. Turned in a service request on their website with a request for service Saturday morning. The dispatcher called me early Saturday and set up an appointment for that morning. Jack arrived on time, quickly assessed the issue, fixed everything, and took the time to explain everything. Awesome customer service and reasonable prices. No pressure to upsell or fix more than what is needed. I will absolutely call them back next time I need AC service! Highly recommended! FIVE STARS!

First house, first time having AC issues this past October and was beyond impressed to have been able to call on a Sunday morning and have my unit fixed by that afternoon. Left a voicemail, received a call back shortly thereafter, serviced my unit in less than 30 minutes and charged me way less than I was expecting. 10/10 Reddit recommendation. Will be calling them out for a refresh soon.

The gentleman Joseph who came to our home was very polite, thorough and we truly appreciated him being patient with answering all questions we had. It truly was a great experience and Joseph never ever made us feel like we “needed to buy” something. You can tell he really is knowledgeable with his job and definitely earned our trust and Service First will always have our business as long as he is with them

I’m very pleased with service first air conditioning and heating services. Shane came by to provide a maintenance check on my heater. He was extremely thorough and recommended a new capacitor and replaced it. He showed me pictures of his work. I was very impressed with how deep He went. Very competent and professional young man. If you get your air conditioning or heating unit service, please ask for Shane.

We have had incredible service with Blueline. This is the third time we have called them and once again, they diagnosed the problem very quickly and were able fix it on the spot. They did not cross sell their service plans or tell us we needed a new system, which has been our experience with other providers. The technician was very professional and knowledgeable. We were also able to make our appointment online, which was convenient since our AC stopped working after business hours. We highly recommend this company!
