Miguel came and replaced a horribly installed AC unit in my Business. He did an amazing job. He went above and beyond to bring my business up to code. I will be recommending him to anybody who needs their AC serviced.

Technician Miguel is very knowledgeable in this expertised field. Any questions I have, he explains the problem, provides a generalized optional solution and execution status for either choice to be made. I have referred him to others and will continue to do so for honest services.

Miguel came out and did a full service of my AC unit. He was thorough and friendly. He advised me on a couple of things to be aware of but did not push any kind of sale. I will continue to use Blueline in the future!

Oh man oh man, if I could give Blueline a million stars I would! Yesterday evening our A/C went out, we made one phone call and JC, the owner of the Blueline, came out ASAP. He diagnosed the problem and fixed it very quickly. We slept very comfortably! We are so grateful for BLUELINE and JC!!! Definitely recommended for all your A/C and heating needs!

Zach came by and got my system back to normal quickly. Turned out to be a simple fix he brought to my attention right away. He was honest, polite, and professional. Highly recommended.

I called because my heating wouldn’t kick on. I called and a technician by the name of Zach showed up within a couple of hours.
He checked out the system thoroughly by that time the heater had already kicked on. He again went and checked the system and said that everything seems to be working fine. I apologize to him for the false alarm, but appreciated him coming and checking it out. He was very professional and courteous. Will not hesitate to call this company again if needed.

Recently relocated from Salt Lake City. Not used to the Texas heat and humidity combined. Had issues with my HVAC; thought about trying to fix it myself but have learned the hard way from doing that before. Miguel came in was friendly, efficient, professional, and very informative. I called for a AC check just to check things out before this Texas heat hits. I also had some tape on the ductwork that connected to the unit that had fallen down. The price for the AC system check was 100% reasonable. They were flexible as to when they could get me in and since it wasn’t an emergency I was in no rush. I called over the weekend and they got me in between 9-12 today (Wednesday). They called me this morning to confirm and let me know he was on his way out. Zach got here and got to work. I did show him where the tape had fallen and he said it wasn’t a big deal and fixed it right up for me. He was friendly, professional, respectful and i can say he would be welcome to do more work at my house in the future if needed. I would 100% recommend BLUELINE Hearing & Air Conditioning and Zach as well

Zach addressed my issues and explained everything. He followed up with checking warranty status on my coil and returned to examine a possible gas leak, which he resolved.

Great company! Will definitely be using them again should future issues arise.. Our AC stopped working, I called in the morning to have them come out for service/estimate, and they were able to come same day, even earlier than quoted (on a Friday afternoon, that was very nice). Miguel diagnosed the issue, explained what the problem was (and associated cost to repair), and made the repairs. We now have operational AC again, thanks to Blueline! Highly recommend.

JC is the man to call when your A/C or heat is in shambles. I’ve had JC out three times over the last couple of years to fix a/c or issues with ductwork. The guy is just a straight shooter, which is what you want when you’re dealing with HVAC systems. Our system was close to 20 years old the first time he came out. I knew the time was coming when we would need a new system. Most would upsell you and try to say you need a new $$$ system now and yours irreparable. Not JC. He saw a glimmer of life left in it, repaired it and it lasted another 2 years. It finally bit the dust a week ago right before an ice storm. JC and his team came out in the nick of time and had our new system up and running a day before the storm. Once again he gave me options of systems and just told me what he would do if it was his house. It wasn’t the most expensive system either. I highly recommend JC and he will be my first to call or refer to others.

Zack was very professional and courteous. He answered all my questions. Gave me options to choose from and fixed my A/C fast.

Came home from work and my A/C was out. I requested an appointment on Blueline’s website for the following morning and Zach is the technician that came to my house. He quickly diagnosed the issue and had my A/C fixed in less than hour. He also answered all my questions in regards to getting a replacement system since mine is probably on borrowed time. My house is cool and I didn’t have to take time off of work to wait around the whole day. I highly recommend Zach Stanley and Blueline Heating and Air Conditioning!

AC went down last week and I thought I was going to have to replace the whole system. Turns out it was only the thermostat that failed. Miguel was honest, courteous, and fast. He saved me a ton of money instead of having me buy a whole new unit. Good to know there are still honest techs out there that care about their fellow man. Thanks a lot man!
