Joe installed a brand new 5 ton ac/ heat pump unit at my home today. His price quote for installation of my new unit was very reasonable. I have no problem paying someone that going to give me my moneys worth and Joe did just that. I couldn’t be more pleased with his professionalism , his attention to the installation details that make a difference to get the most efficient performance of my new unit. He explained in detail the operation and the unit and if I ever had any questions to call him anytime . It’s hard to find this kind of service these days!!! I recommend him to all my friends and family.

Our air went out during some of the hotter days in July, of course. In looking online, I normally like to look around my side of town and a smaller business, as I normally have better luck with them. I hit the nail on the head with Joe and Allstate Air and Heat. He came out quickly to assess and the entire time he was at my house, explained every single test and each portion of his assessment clearly so that I could understand. I truly felt like he wasn't trying to "sell" me on anything, but rather wanted to give me the best and most honest information to make an informed choice. I had others come out, and one larger company wanted to charge 3x the price to replace one of our units. Joe's business is both fair, a great value, and work was quick and easy. They cleaned up after themselves and had our air back on quickly and efficiently. Highly highly highly recommend Allstate Air and Heat.

As I said before I would definitely use them again and we just did. Complete upgrade with 1st furnace and A/C system and a repair of a 2nd much older furnace unit to meet code. Replaced both 30 year old thermostats with digital. So much quieter running systems.
Definitely will be using them from now on.

Joe did an excellent job with our regular AC maintenance, explaining exactly what he checked and did and offering advice for keeping our AC system free of debris. I appreciate that he worked us into his schedule so quickly after we called him.

We were experiencing problems with our AC for several days with the AC blowing warm air, I looked for a AC company with good reviews I came across Allstate AC and Heat. Joe from Allstate Air and Heat came real quick and informed us that our heater and AC were running at the same time. That was very nice of him to inform us that our cps bill may be high this month. He was very informative and efficient. I highly recommend Joe for any AC problems.

I can't recommend Allstate Air and Heat enough! I found them on the Nextdoor app. After texting Joe he came out that day and took a look at my system. I told him I was interested in getting a new system because my old one was too expensive to fix. Joe was very professional and the quote was was more than fair. He even wanted to get the old one up and running free of charge but I didn't want him wasting his time on it.

Joe offers better customer service, a reasonable price and financing if needed. Why would you waste your time and hard earned money with a big box store or large overpriced AC company? Thanks again Joe!

Joe, came by yesterday on a short notice, other AC cos. was going to be several days before they could come! One company wanted to charge me $130 for a diagnostic and another couple hundred dollars to fix the issue, I told them I knew what the problem was and not charge me the diagnostic but they said that's their policy, well my policy is not to pay for something that is already know. Thank God Joe called me and said that he had another job in the area and would come by afterward, which is what he did. He wasn't sure what the real problem was and if it didn't work he wouldn't charge me (who does that!!). Well thankfully it did work because my carpet was getting soaked and his charge was less than the diagnostic charge the other company wanted.
If you have AC prolems call Joe you won't be disappointed! He's my guy from now on.
