How rare is a perfect 5 stars in ratings? Because of that, I knew they would be busy. I called Joe hoping just to schedule an appointment but he fit me in the same day because his team had big jobs lined up the rest of the week. He arrived on time and was friendly and easygoing. He ran through possible issues quickly until he figured out that it was something minor. He got things going and had everything put back in place in no time. The cost was very reasonable, especially for such a high level of service and professionalism. I'll definitely be recommending Allstate Air and Heat to the neighbors!

Joe is a super nice guy who was referred to us by a friend. He was timely, courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. Most importantly to me and our limited budget, he provides pricing that is competitive, and, if you compare the pricing he provides to other similar providers, you know you're neither being scammed or price-gouged which can be such a problem in these niche services! He did great work and it's really nice being able to support a local small business that you feel like you can trust. I had contacted Joe from the Nextdoor app to get a quote on replacing my ducts. I've received other quotes as high as $27k and I'd heard great things about how Joe works and his knowledge of the HVAC systems. I messaged him and he messaged right back. Told me he could come by the same day and take a look. He showed up and introduced himself asked questions in regards to my family's needs and he didn't try to sell me a new unit. He actually looked at my unit and educated me on what size it was and how the air flow works and much more. He told me my unit is old but its working. He gave recommendation on how to warm my home during the colder days and how to cool our home during the hotter days. My homes ducting is was not dispersed evenly to have a nice flow through out but Joe helped get some of the air so we can be comfortable. He is the real deal and as kind as they come. I appreciate all he had done for us. The next day, he sent a follow up message to see how my unit is working as he adjusted the air flow. Who does this anymore? Joe does!! If you need an honest, kind, and a person who has integrity-call Joe. Go ahead and call him!!
