I have to say that Ray and Sam definitely went the full 150 percent over and above what they came to do today. The ac was not cooling properly. They quickly diagnosed the problem and replaced the coils. We had 2 other company's out in the last 2 and a half weeks and no one could find the problem. Aaron and team did an outstanding job on advising the best replacement HVAC system American Standard in our home. I had a lot of questions and Aaron was very professional in answering all my questions. They were the best in cost and quality compared to advertisements you see on TV. Reference to service, they covered 2 years of FREE service if anthing goes wrong v.s. there compeditors which cover only 1 year.

Ramon is a true professional. He helps me with a couple of rental properties I have. The tenants always comment on how responsive, polite, and honest he is while fixing their air conditioning. I would never give my HVAC business to anyone else.

Quality star service has done AC and heater repair/replacement work and my home and a rental property. They are professional, courteous, and very honest. Among the several companies I have used in San Antonio, they are hands-down the best. I will not go anywhere else for my heating and air conditioning service.

I will not use specific names for this review, however, the employee I had the interaction with may possibly be the owner or related to the owner. We initially called to receive an estimate for service that was supposed to be $70. We clarified this fact with the employee after he evaluated our system. After he completed the evaluation which was required to retain his company he did not give us an answer on what the issue with the AC was. Prior to him leaving our residence he let us know he put in a small amount of Freon however when we confirmed what we owed him he stated the $70 would take care of the visit that day. Ultimately we decided to go with a different provider and when we called, as a courtesy, to inform the company that we were going another direction the technician informed us that we now owed $200 for the Freon. We explained that this was surprising as we had clarified his fees prior to him leaving our residence. The employee admitted that he forgot. We explained that placing $200 of Freon in a system is something that should have been divulged. The employee then stated that he could come back to the house and take back the Freon, alternatively, he requested the $200. In the end he accepted $100, however, his business practices were questionable and we are considering reporting this incident to the licensing board that regulates his industry. Typically when businesses mess something up they should take responsibility accordingly instead of planting it on the shoulders of customers. If this company used these tactics on us they most likely do this often and I would advise caution in accepting services from them.
