Ramon was my serviceman, and the level of expertise he has in HVAC is impressive. I always appreciate someone servicing my home that seems to be an expert in their field. He took the time to explain everything he was doing to me, which I always appreciate as well. He wasn’t rushing around, trying to hurry off to the next job. He was thorough, and again, explained why he was doing/checking everything he was. HIGHLY recommend this company.

We appreciate Aaron for coming quickly to resolve our AC issues. Our AC went out during 100⁰ weather. He was very helpful in explaining what choices we had. He did a great job of addressing hidden issues and getting us taken care of in a timely manner.

Our AC went out two weeks ago, and we had Quality Star Services out to fix the issue. It failed again this past weekend (the AC was installed in 2006), and I am so very appreciative for the service that we got when we called back for help.

They gave great feedback on the pros and cons of repairing vs. replacing our system. They also made sure to tailor those recommendations to our needs instead of pushing for the option that would make them the biggest return. The owner came out himself on the day before July 4th, and they worked late to finish so that we would have AC that evening and his employees could have the holiday off. He also offered the option for us to use their window AC units temporarily if they couldn’t get the install done in one day.

These folks are very professional, very knowledgeable, and they look out for their customers.

Aron and Ramon took our a coil ou,t, the blower out and everything and took it all outside, gave it a very thorough cleaning and reinstalled it all. Then took motor out of outside unit and cleaned those coils and put it all together, charged the unit and it’s working great. They kept us informed of everything they were doing and were very honest about it all which you don’t find much of these days. We really appreciate the good service they provided to us.

Quality Star Services worked on our ACs. They listened to our concerns and were very helpful Aaron and crew are very friendly and took the time to explain what will work best for our rental property. The best part is that they fill out all the necessary forms for us to get our CPS rebate. I highly recommend them.

We dealt primarily with Ray (who came highly recommended). Ray came out same day I called to assess the situation. Then he ordered parts and he and Aaron were out a few days later. These guys really know their stuff. They were extremely professional but also personal and relaxed. They even asked if I minded them playing music while they worked. After I said yes, I kinda giggled at the low volume - like that would have ever bothered me.
They were tidy and cleaned up as they went. They explained every step - especially the ones I asked about (I’m nosey). They got the whole system replaced in about half a day and we were completely cool and back to “normal” within a few more hours. In addition to all of this excellent service, they also installed a cut off switch in the event of a back up so the AC wouldn’t leak on to my water heater. Above and beyond service. I recommend them to anyone needing AC service!!!

We had a fantastic experience. Ray came out promptly and was quickly able to troubleshoot the problem we were having with the AC. He was very thorough in explaining things in easy to understand terms and fixed it to proper working order. Now our house is nice and cool just in time before summer. I would definitely use this service again highly recommend this service to anyone who is in need of AC service or repair.

Aaron was fantastic! Very professional, knowledgeable, and kind. He took the time to explain how to adjust our thermostats to most efficiently cool out home. It’ll save us a lot of money! Couldn’t recommend them enough!

Quality Star Services (formerly AllAir) is a great company and went over and beyond by providing us with a holiday (Labor Day) service call when our air conditioner unexpectedly quit working. He had several emergency calls that day and still fit us into the schedule giving us timely updates on his arrival time. Aaron was quick to diagnose the problem, get the needed replacement part installed and have us up and running again. He was quite thorough and checked out attic and other areas just because he wanted to insure adequate air flow and assuage our concerns about future problems. We were more than pleased with the service and personal attention given by Aaron and his company. They care about customer satisfaction and quality service. We highly recommend Quality Star Services.

Aaron and Ramon were great. Aaron spent a lot of time looking at the issues in our house and understanding our hotspots and developed a great plan to adjust the ducts along with the install of a new system. They found other duct issues during the install and corrected them without a hitch. They even helped me fix the inadequate duct for our bathroom fan with leftover material from the main ac system job. When the new thermostat was acting funky a few days after install they came out the day I reported it and got it fixed promptly. Would definitely recommend.

We were fortunate to have time to get 6 quotes from local A/C companies. With the exception of a couple of outliers (2 big names/lots of advertising) that were much more expensive and quoted brands I'd not heard of, most prices for the units were comparable. While all 6 visited our home, Aaron was the only one to sit down with us and give detailed information on what he planned to do to make our system cool/heat better in trouble spots. In addition, I had LOTS of questions and he was always so gracious to answer to help me become a more informed consumer. He and Ramon went above and beyond to "organize" the drain lines, ducts and wiring in the attic which was totally unexpected. I heard and read "The brand you get is not nearly as important as the installers you chose" many times during this experience and I'm certain we made the correct choice in Aaron and Quality Star. They are a fantastic family owned business and I would not hesitate to recommend them to friends and family.

We had a problem with our A/C, these guys were highly recommended. They responded quickly and were able to come the very next day. Aaron worked hard to track down the problem and get it fixed right. Honest and hard-working. We will definitely be calling them again in the future for all our needs.

My A/C suddenly stopped unfortunately. I had planned to have someone come out and repair it the following day, but Aaron (Woody) so kindly made it a point to come by to check it out and get everything squared away. I can’t express my appreciation enough, as he was on the complete other side of town, it was getting a little bit later in the afternoon, and he still got to my home on time and ultimately got everything resolved. He was incredibly knowledgeable and walked me through his processes while providing clear explanations. He was very thorough and didn’t rush, unlike other companies I’ve had that experience with. Overall, a wonderful experience! My home feels amazing now and I would absolutely recommend their services to anyone!

The company name says it all! Aaron, Ramon, and the team were very efficient and professional. We had to replace our HVAC system due to signs of failure. They were able to temporarily fix the problem before replacing the system. The replacement was completed in a day, and any hiccups were taken care of while they took precautions to prevent damages to the furniture, walls, or floors. They even went the extra mile to ensure that our system was optimally set up by coming back the following day. We were very satisfied with the work. Company highly recommended!

I agree with all the excellent reviews for Quality Star Services, particularly those that mention Aaron's HVAC expertise and his overall professionalism and demeanor----he truly exceeds all expectations. After having dealt with questionable HVAC businesses providing excessive quotes for unnecessary repairs, Aaron was able to get my AC cooling again for a very reasonable price. I only wish I had known about Quality Star Services sooner. Trust the amazing reviews---they are true! I very highly recommend this business.

Aaron and his team are picture-perfect professionals. They are very polite, social, and punctual. After another San Antonio company tried to overcharge us for work that reputable companies do not even perform (repairing the coil) Quality Star Services gave us a simple, honest second opinion and assessment of the situation. We were provided with 3 different reasonable options for moving forward and were able to chose the one that fit our budget. The completed work was done in a professional manner with regard for my carpets, baby gates, etc. We couldn’t be happier with their service and recommend them 100%!

Aaron and his crew were amazing! They are extremally hard working, professional, and their quality of work is next level. They perform maintenance regularly on our units and when it was time to replace my older unit they gave us an excellent price but also several options to make sure we got what we wanted as well as understood our options to make the best choice for us. I will always use them and am grateful I found them. Aaron is always a really fun to talk to and super patient with myself and my kids running around while he works.

They didn’t show (I received email confirmation of appointment day/time). No one ever called about a delay or to reschedule. I understand things happen, but no one even bothered to return my call or text the next day either.

Ramon came out to our home and installed a mini split for us as well as installed an Ecobee thermostat. Ramon was super friendly, helpful, and professional throughout the entire process. He took time to explain what he was doing and made me and my family feel comfortable with the work that was being done. Once the work was finished, he invited me to inspect and the level of detail and care that he put into the installation was great. I’ve never had this level of care and attention, and it left me hoping to find another reason to have them come out. I had multiple bids for the job and I am so thankful that not only did we choose Quality Star Services, but that we were lucky enough to have Ramon take care of our family. I’ll definitely be recommending them to friends and family and while I hope I don’t have to call them too soon, I look forward to working with Ramon and Quality Star Services again in the future.

Quality Star Service has always been dependable and professional. They always do a great job. I've used them back when their Dad owned the business. They are fair, honest and a good family business. They were recommended to me buy a coworker who could only say great things about them. My appointment today was for cleaning my AC filters outside from the inside out just to maintain my AC unit. They also did some maintenance inside as my AC pipes started to leak over the weekend right before my appointment. Ramon is a super nice guy and always does great work. I recommend them to everyone I know.
