The service at this store is exceptional. This is my main supply house for all my HVAC needs. Jameson, Alex, Evan, and John are the best.

These guys deserve nothing less than 5 stars, they are always quick to answer questions, have orders ready when it’s time for us to pick up, offer assistance in anyway and never a bad attitude unlike other manufacturer supply houses.

This is a great team and I plan on doing business with them for many years in the future.

Rodney Scott was the technician who performed our service. He was extremely personable and highly professional. He performed his checks, documented his results, offered additional services and answered my questions. Extremely pleased with his service and would be happy to have his service again.

Eddie was great. He spent the time necessary to get it right. I took a star off because it should have been done right the first time (not his fault). But Champion is doing what they can to make it right. I’ll update this once the work is finalized.

Robert Castro did an outstanding job with our AC and heating inspection. He was extremely thorough, professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly. It’s rare to see that level of care and attention to detail — he truly went above and beyond, and I couldn’t be happier with his service.

My only hesitation is with the overall value of the service plan which is outside the tech’s control obviously. While the inspection itself was excellent, the plan feels a bit expensive for what’s included, and some of the individual quotes for additional services seemed higher than expected.

Miguel was great and did top notch work. He took plenty of pictures, provided me with great documentation, and even trained a newer employee at the same time.

Rodney Scott serviced our four HVAC units last week. We are very satisfied with his service. Rodney knew how to service our systems quickly and did it with a smile. We appreciate his professionalism.

Chad Lee did an excellent job of checking and tuning up our gas furnaces for the winter heating season. He was very pleasant and agreeable and cheerfully answered any question I threw at him about the state of our heating systems. Would look forward to having him again as a service tech.

Peter was very friendly, and took the time to ensure we fully understood the scale and scope of the issue and possible solutions. He was great and I highly recommend his work.

Brian provided excellent service! Very thorough and respectful of our home. He and partner, Pete, cleaned up after climbing in the attic.

Raymond Camacho from champion services came to my home to service the heater system on December 26th, He made sure that it was in proper working condition. Mr Camacho explained to me in detail the work as he went through it. Mr Camacho also explained to me in detail other possible protection equipment that I find to be essential for my family’s safety. I really appreciate the information that he provided and I will definitely look into that. Mr Camacho was very thorough as he went through the details, thank you Mr Camacho and thank you Champion.

I was pleased with Brian work. Arrived on time well within the time period promised. Very polite, friendly, and he took the time to explain the status of our AC system. He showed us the instruments readings that recommended the installation of an start up kit, mainly to protect the unit compressor.

Thank you Rodney for yet another great experience. You truly have my trust in servicing my HVAC. You continue to show me respect, trustworthiness, expert skills, and patience. I couldn't ask for anything better! It really meant a lot to me for you to take the time and patience to show me how to set my thermostat!! I appreciate it!!!

Very unhappy with checkup of a/c heating. Many pics taken of a/c with no explanation of anything. Was told vent line to roof was plugged due to a motor over-amping. Paid $200 to a company to check and unplug line, but nothing was plugged. So, problem still exists I guess. Also, they recommended a surge protector on the unit and quoted me a price on the invoice. Never talked to me about it. I would have told him the entire house is already protected. Sounds like a money grabbing technique to me. Technician was very rude and unprofessional and a quick talker. He’d be a great used car salesman. I’ve been using this company for years with no trouble until this occurred. I may cancel using them again

From consultation to the end of installation (Peter, Adrian, and Nicolas), the team was professional and knowledgeable. They answered all of my questions and thoroughly discussed system costs, maintenance, repairs, installation, and preventive care. I had a great experience and am very satisfied with the service. Today I had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Rodney Scott. He arrived early for my scheduled HVAC check. He was very thorough, he took time explaining the status of individual parts and functions of the unit including photos to support the discussion. He is very professional and respectable. Most of all I really appreciate his attention to detail.

Raymond is the AC Whisperer. This was 6th visit by Champion in 5 months for the same fuse popping. He was the first to find the wire on the compressor that was causing the short. Very friendly, explained everything, showed me where a wire tie had broken and allowed the wire to contact the copper tubing. First time I feel confident the problem is solved. Honestly, I was ready to give up on Champion but Raymond will keep me coming back.

It was a pleasure working with Champion AC technician Sergio. He called to let us know when he would be here, was on time, polite, kind, and respected our home inside and out. Sergio was also knowledgeable and kept us informed of the progress. The good news is Sergio got our system up and working, plus everything was covered by the warranty.

Very knowledgeable, professional, excellent troubleshooter, got both my AC units back up and running in a very efficient way. Throughout our years of AC issues, Colin is the best I have seen. Thank you !

Mr Eddie Miller my technician was absolutely professional, walked me through my options and estimate. The whole process didn’t feel forced like someone was trying too hard to get my business. Took the time to understand my concerns and needs for the home water heater.
