Great service. Technician came to my house and helped diagnose my AC problem for free. Told me my capacitor was blown. He said I could fix it on my own if I was willing to fo labor myself or the company could do it which would be more expensive, obviously. I replaced the part and AC worked just fine. Great company. That's the kind of service that will make me come back.

Guy from Wilks is fantastic! I appreciate the annual service plan. They email or call to remind me that it's time to make an appointment, and then they are timely and efficient for the appointment. Keeps my system in good working order. Thanks Wilks!

Wilks Air Conditioning is a fantastic company. The moment you call them there is a warm and friendly greeting at the other side of the phone and they are always really quick to provide a technician out to your home. Should you be in the market to purchase a new unit they have an incredible salesman who is kind and listens and answers all questions you may have, he also works to get your home a unit that meets your specific home needs. The install crew is great and the owners are truly honest, reliable, trustworthy, and kind humans who deserve your business. Unfortunately, this has not been my experience with other AC companies or other trade companies I’ve come in contact with in the past.

So incredibly thankful for people and business owners like Wilks, who are genuinely happy to help and not because they see you as another of their 100’s of customers but because they are great people.

Wilks has been our AC/Heating go-to for years, as they were for my parents back in the day. They are reliable, knowledgeable, on-time professionals who unfailingly serve their clients in every regard; and that includes competitive pricing. They are truly remarkable.

I have used Wilks for over 3 years since moving to San Antonio from Austin. They have serviced and maintained the A/C heating and cooling systems in both our home and at our rental property. The in office staff is wonderful to work with and ALWAYS polite and kind and professional. Brittany is amazing! The technicians are so knowledgeable in their field. They are polite, on time, honest, neat and clean and respectful. They are also fair in pricing. Zach was my last technician and he like those before him was wonderful!! I have a maintenance membership with them (ask about that) and see them at least once every six months and the same technicians and in-office staff have been with them this whole time. That alone speaks volumes of Wilks as an employer as well. I highly recommend them.

We contracted Wilks to replace our 25 year old AC system with a duel fuel heat pump system in March 2024. Our AC actually still worked, but it just wasn’t keeping up with our harsh San Antonio summers.

With the old system, our house never really felt comfortable. With the new system, the house feels spectacular! We are truly astounded that it has made such a difference!!! And our electric bills are down by at least a third… possibly by a half. (We added an electric car to the household mix at the same time as upgrading our HVAC so it’s hard to know exactly the difference. But even with charging a car, our bill is a fraction of our past bills!!! So very pleased!)

Every step of the way, our experience with Wilks has been exceptional.

Their price was competitive with the other bids we received. And like other providers, they offered a financing solution that, at our time of purchase, was 0%.

Their installers were very careful, prompt and skilled. We just had a first maintenance inspection and the tech made sure to test everything very carefully and review observations about how the system worked with us.

Wilks was thorough and professional and responsive at all times. I would highly recommend them!

Saturday night our AC stopped working, we went online and booked an appt. for Monday morning. The technician arrived on time and within a short while found that we had a major freon leak that probably killed our compressor. Long story short we chose to replace our old system, Wilks didn't hard sell us, simply told us the options and price and why they would suggest one over the other. After we had decided I called and the next morning they came to install the system. What impressed us most was their care for the little things, most companies don't care about the details. The person who installed the system cared about the details and it shows. If you need an AC trust Wilks!

Wilks came by and completed my spring system service. The office was easy to work with in making an appointment, and we also had to make an adjustment due to weather but they were still able to complete the job the same day. The technician did a thorough job and also paid close attention to wearing covers on his shoes when inside the house.

So thankful for Wilks A/C. The technician was very professional and efficient. He quickly diagnosed the problem and had our A/C fixed in less than an hour. It is easy to schedule and they communicate well with expected arrival times. Highly recommend!

I called late afternoon on a Friday when I got home to find my thermostat screen blank and air conditioner not running. They sent out a tech immediately. He arrived and was such a great listener and problem solver! He reset my thermostat and checked the unit and got life back to normal. My dogs and I are so thankful for the amazing service and support!

I’ve been using Wilks for years now. Everyone who comes out has been kind and knowledgeable. Their scheduling has been quick and responsive. I am not the easiest to please overall, but I am very happy with how Wilks has been able to assist me over the years.

When we were shopping around to replace our entire unit, we interviewed several companies in town and Greg and team were the most honest and straightforward with us and their units were more than fairly priced. So naturally we went with Wilks and the service has continued to be top notch. Their very knowledgable technicians always take their time and are thorough when we have needed a service.
