Excellent service by Texas Techs Heating and A/C, Alfredo Martinez! They did a CPS tuneup of our 2 A/C systems, went way beyond my expectations. Alfredo was very thorough and meticulous with his work. He tested and cleaned both the inside and outside units. Highly satisfied, would recommend calling him for a CPS tune, which by the way is free to CPS customers.

While deployed, I texted Texas Tech at 9pm. My home had stopped cooling and my wife and daughters where in a tough spot with the heat. I kid you not Alfred cleared his schedule and made himslef available the next day to help my family when I couldn't. I can't thank texas Techs enough for their professionalism and responsiveness. Theynare the only HVAC company I would recommend to anyone.

Alfredo Martinez did an excellent job trouble shooting my central heat! He answered all my questions and explained everything he did. Great customer service along with a great attitude. Will diffently keep him as my HAVAC technician for all my heating and cooling needs.

Alfredo was very punctual, nicely dressed, and put on booties to protect the inside of the house. We called to ask for help on our AC unit that had stopped. He thoroughly checked the outside and inside units and came up with a diagnosis. I will call him to do the work when a third party approves the payment. Yes, I would recommend his service to anyone who asks.

The second time he came out was to recharge the system with freon. This time is was able to fit us in between scheduled clients. He knew that we had been without our AC for 7 days and were suffering.

Technician Alfredo Martinez is a great techician and customer service asset to your company He lcalled to schedule my appointment and sent several folllow up messages, and called me when he was en route to my home. He gave me a thorough briefing on how and what he would be doing on my system and approximately how long it would take. When he was finished he gave me a complete explanation and sent me a comprehensive report with pictures of what he had done I am 84 years old and have dealt with a lot of workers at my home and Alfredo is defiantly among the best. I do not give out a lot of reviews like this but he earned this review

Alfredo Martínez III was the best technician you could have ever asked for. He went through all of the procedures of what was being performed on the unit, provided advice regarding future cleaning, maintenance, and what small improvements I can make now that will save me the most both in time and resources later. I highly recommend you take advantage of the services they have available and request for Alfredo specifically if you can, he was really top notch on his knowledge and care for the unit in the home. Most of all he was kind, respectful and patient with all of my questions. He answered them with absolute certainty, never left a single detail up to doubt, leaving me with the confidence to be able to learn and understand more about my unit as well. 10/10 definitely recommend!

Our mini-split system stopped heating so I called Texas Techs. Alfred gave me an appointment time and he was prompt in arrival. He went through all the necessary diagnostics of the system and explained each step in the process and his findings. I found that Alfred was extremely knowledgeable with mini-split systems and most importantly he was very honest when asked how to address our issues. We now need to decide how we want to proceed but when we do, Alfred at Texas Techs will get our call.

Alfredo was very professional and kept photo records of his findings. He gave me a very thorough report of the condition of my AC and was impressed as to how our old system was kept clean by our regular maintenance. He did suggest we consider updating our 25 year old system to save money for the future, but did not insist on using them for that service. There was no added cost for the check-up. I will seriously consider them for further service.
